Help please guy's
I am trying to redeem a voucher in Itunes on my laptop running Windows 7.
However, when I go into the store there are no quicklinks showing on the right hand side and when I click on help I just get a blank page.
All I want to do is buy some music.
Help please!

You might try uninstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other essential software components and then doing a clean install of the latest version

As Tom pointed out, could you please clarify the ‘edit’ and ‘test’ database?
Which account you used for SQL Server service?
It seems a permission issue. The account should have the permission on the location which you placed the mdf file and ldf file in. And have the mdf and ldf file in the right location.

i'm doing everything he says up until about 3mins30secs where i need to copy the mask over to the cracks layer, it just completley over writes my cracks- it basically deletes them then there is a massive mask (yellow) outline around the out side of the project (the grey void space) i really want to make this and i have tried looking all over the internet and can't find anything he just copy's and pastes it but when i paste it the cracks just dissappear

TravIt sounds like the mask you are pasting in is just too big. If you do the very next step - changing the Mask mode to Add instead of Subtract, do the cracks re-appear?
Try resizing the mask so the yellow boundaries are inside the comp. Note that you can turn off the visibility of the yellow mask lines by clicking tha appropriate button (shown below) -

I had a similar problem myself. This is what helped me.
I went to the App store app, scrolled to the bottom, logged out of the account, re logged in with my Apple ID. Then went back to app updates. Once I put in my ID password all was fine. -
After the IOS7 update, i can no longer use my imessage and facetime. It says "waiting for activation" and tried to log in on my apple id but it turned out to connection error. Please help me guys! Thank you.
Have you tried to reboot your phone(hold home and lock button simutainiously)?

I bought an iphone 4S from somebody at the airport and the person was stranded. but l forgot to ask for the Apple id and l did hard reset when l got to my destination after using it for a week now l am stuck at that page where it needs the apple id to continue set up. now l dont know what to do so that l may start using it. l tried using my apple id from my previous iphone but efforts became fruitless it is giving me a hint of the email like [email protected]. please guys help me out.
You've encountered activation lock.
There is no way to bypass it. If you can't get hold of whoever you bought it from, just turn it over to the police. It's probably a stolen phone.

First off, you need to post in the correct forum. 10.9.2 is not the same as Mac OS 9.2. (12 years separate those two).
I'll ask this thread be moved.
Secondly, look at your Apple menu -> About This Mac and tell us what you have now.
If it is some version of 10.8, you can upgrade to 10.9, and then 10.9.2 free:

Guys, a little help please before i launch my new toys out of my pram I've got the new apple TV, Ipad2, and IOS5 update. I'm trying to set up mirrorring , however, when i double click the home page and swipe, the only options it gives me are Ipad or Apple TV. The video shows that i should be able to simply click on mirrorring and whazam it appears on my TV... I can't get this option.... I've rebooted them (router, ipad 2 and Apple Tv) numerous times but still can't get it.......Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Check current AppleTV software version in Settings>General>About
Latest is 4.4.2 - there's a sticky at the top of the page about updating - if you're on 4.3 or lower just update from Settings.
Maybe someone can confirm the video you mention is actually the correct way to invoke mirroring - link?

Guys am using an iphone 5s that is sealed new, and i tried to restore my backup from my itunes and it was restored a wrong backup that doesnt belong to me and it contains an icloud account, and i want to delete this account. Any help please.
This phone was new. And it was sealed from the box that was closed. And the backup was on my laptop. And this icloud account was saved by mistake on my laptop.

Just updated to new version of Photoshop and when I double click on a psd, a new instance of Photoshop opens but it doesn't open the file. Any way to fix this?
