Help please i cant figure out how to use 2 ipods on one itunes library

ive just got a ipod mini and i already have a 20 gig ipod and i just want to put music on the mini from my itunes library already on my computer, so i looked at the info on this site and it makes no sense to me now my computer wont work for either ipod when i plug it in it says theres no ipod connected what did i do. also when i plug them in it says that there is a user already usin itunes and to have them log out but how do you log out ot itunes. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.

In order for your iPod Mini to be detected you will need to first update the software if it has yet to be done (http://apple.com/ipod/download). Once this is installed follow this article to restore your iPod (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=60983).
This should allow your iPod Mini to communicate with iTunes. Since the iPods arrive Mac compatible. If you plug your iPods in and neither say Do Not Disconnect simply reset the iPod holding Menu+Select.

You can't. The iTunes Store does not sell CDs. The music it sells comes as downloadable music files.
If that is what you want, just search in the Store for what you want, and then click Buy. Note that the Store will collect sales tax. The amount depends on where you live, but in most places, you cannot buy a $9.99 album for $10 since the sales tax will put you over.

I'm visiting my sister in Baltimore, Maryland for about 3 weeks, and I want to set up the internet on my macbook so i don't have to keep using her powerbook g4. She has a Motorola Comcast Cable Modem set up for her powerbook, but I can't figure out how to find the info about her connection so I can copy it down into my computer. I keep going to her system preferences section and clicking the network button, but none of the various internet connections shown are actually the one she uses to connect. Please tell me where I can find her cable provider's info in her powerbook and where, in my macbook, i can enter this information and get on the internet.
p.s. i don't know if this is necessary info, but with the motorola cable modem came an installation disk for if you wanted to use the usb drive cord instead, but that disk isn't even read properly in my macbook. like, it lets me open up the disk and see all the files on it but it doesn't automatically start up an installation wizard so i really have no way of installing the items on the disk.

well, i can't really tell if i am only allowed one connection with this isp. basically, whenever i plug in the ethernet cord, all of the information gets filled in in the ethernet section of the network, except for the router info. there is router info filled in on my sister's computer whenever i plug the cord into her computer, though. does that mean i can't also use the modem for my computer? sorry, this is both my first time using a mac and my first time using anything other than dial-up, so i'm pretty lost. thanks for the info you've given me thus far.

Cannot figure out how to view ipod contents on itunes screen??

My kids have the nanos where I could see what had been transferred over and what wasn't. With my 5th generation, I can't figure out how to view it's contents. I get the summary screen and related screens on what to sync with the 7.0 version.

On the left-hand sidebar in iTunes you should be able to see your iPod - icon with name beside it. Underneath it, there should be listings like music, movies, T.V. shows, podcasts, audiobooks. (I guess if there's nothing on the iPod yet there may be none of that) Select one of the items and it will show you the iPods' contents of that particular thing.

I figured out how to get CD's from iTunes library to show up in iTunes Match!

I can't believe that this answer doesn't appear in the help section, since getting ALL of music, including CD's, to sync with devices appears to be a HUGE problem.

The iPhone does not sync iCal todo items. It syncs iCal events only.
I'm hopeful that a future version of Calendar supports this feature. Right now the only way to manage todo lists is by using a webapp (unless you're adventurous and are willing to try an unauthorized solution).

I would suggest that you start with this link to the Apple one to one site. Basically, this service is via a local Apple Store and is usually a one-year "contract."
Note that you can only sign up for this service when first purchasing an Apple computer at either the physical store or the on-line store.

Im also not sure if I have the structure correct.

If you bought and downloaded it directly in iTunes on the iPod, then connecting the iPod to your computer's iTunes and doing File > Transfer Purchases should copy it over to your computer.

maybe your power button is pushed down and won't allow it to turn on.
usually when you touch any button on an iphone, it will turn on. wether it's the home or power button.

when I run the same sql in sql prompt it gives me 10 groups with relevant counts.
but I cant figure out how to do the same using JSTL sql. in simple terms I want to display the count of each logical group ? I have tried all I can wit my little knowledge on the subject..
