One of you will need to migrate to a separate iCloud account, then you can delete the other person's data from each account.
To migrate to a new account, start by saving an photo stream photos that are not in your camera roll to your camera roll. To do this, open your my photo stream album, tap Select, tap the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward pointing errow), then tap Save to Camera Roll. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted, provide the account password to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted, then sign in with a different Apple ID to create the new account and choose Merge to upload your data.
You can then each to to your iCloud accounts on icloud.com from your computer and delete the other person's data from your account.

Connect your ipod upto thecomputer
View > Show Sidebar then you will see your device on the left hand side.
Select Device by clicking on the name
Select Music from the options on the right
untick Sync Music
Click Apply bottom right.
All the music should now be taken off your ipod
When Finished
re tick Sync Music Select what Albums, Artists, Genres and playlists you want
Click Apply and you should be back where you started

I have 3 iPhones and 3 iPod syncing without problems on one computer.
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.
On your mum's iPhone go to Settings > General > About > Name - put in your mum's name so that iTunes can tell them apart.

I have the same problem. For about 1 month ago I extended my iCloud storage account (+20 GB) in order to maintain my backups for iPHONE and iPAD as my account would expire 14/10. In spite of this, I got an email 15/10, which said that iCloud was reduced to 5 GB. 2 hours later I received a new email with comfirmation on the purchase of +20 GB storage plan.
