HELP please in deciphering these Broadband line sp...

Hi Everyone
This is my first post so please be gentle with me!!
I have been in my present property for a couple of months and decided at the weekend to see what speed it was getting for my internet (please excuse terminology but I am a not a techie).
I ran speedtest and got a download speed reading of 2.4 megs. I used to get 6 megs at my old address so I delved a little further.
To cut a long story short I believe that my line is capped to 2.5 megs. My download speed is always around the 2.4 megs which is OK but I was informed that it could be up to 7 megs when I took over the line at the end of May. I have ran the BT speedtest and also attached info from my Homehub.
I have contacted the call centre a number of times now but seem to be getting no where. They have had me unscrewing sockets, changing filters, even my router etc but to no avail. However surely this is only if the problem was with internal wiring. If the speed of my line is capped nothing I do with my set up will make a blind bit of difference.
I would be eternally grateful is someone could cast an eye over the results and see if my original assumption of the line being capped is correct. The BT Speedtest results were run at peak time last night (keep getting error message when I try today) hence the slowness in the download speed.

I have just managed to get the BT speedster test to run, so these tests are just a few minutes apart. From the master socket.
