HELP PLS: my Silver G4 wont startup...but ventilator keeps on spinning

Hi!
I recently had my Powermac G4 933Mhz on sleep mode. One day, girlfriend unplugged the whole system from plug unaware that Powermac was "sleeping". Since then, the computer is always "ON". i.e. when I plug it back into the powerline the ventilator spins... HOWEVER, the computer is NOT on (screen is off). IF I push the "Start" button (either on computer or screen) the computer will not start (the screen will go to sleep immediately). WHAT can be done? is there a way to reset the machine? It clearly has to do with the fact the computer was on sleep mode when it was unplugged...
MANY MANY thanks
raz

I Could Kiss You! That seemed to do the trick! I dont know why it cra pped out on me half way through this process.... but it updated now and all seems well. The only thing is that when I went to Utilities on my PowerMac... Disc Utilities doesn't seem to exist there... so I opened it up using the help tab and when I got to it, the FirmwareRestorationCD.dmg didn't even exist... it doesn't even seem to be in the computer. Have any idea about that one?
I had to download the dmg off the website.
Thank You so much for the help too! You Just saved my laptop and turned it back from a Huge Paper weight to a Working MacBook.
