Help plz!! the SRS premiun sound disappear

I have an Hp pavilion dv2 1024 ca that comes wiht SRS primiun sound but when first update it upadates the IDT dirver to a IDT high definition audio codec, then when i check in the IDT control panel the SRS functions have disappeared, i tryed to roll back the driver to get the SRS back but after rolling back and restart the system the IDT control panel didnt work and there was no sound, so i had to instal again the high definition audio codec to have sound in the computer but i want the SRS premiun sound functions cuz they give better sound, do somebody knows how to get the SRS function back?? please help me....

Need some help. The top menu bar disappears when in an app...?????

I recently came across a problem that when I go into an application, for example MAIL, the above menu bar disappears. I am not able to access anything that would be in the above MAIL menu bar. I am still able to write/send/check mail but if I wanted to edit or change something the bar is not there. When I minimize MAIL or any other application I'm in and click on the desktop then the finder menu bar appears again. I'm not sure how to fix this...Thanks for any help someone can offer.

Try restarting the Mac and see if that helps.

Help! The imovie software has disappeared - can't be found anywhere...

As the title - I use imovie 09 a lot and thought it was running slow and glitchy - thought I needed more memory, but then yesterday when I started the mac up there is no imovie at all - just a question mark over the icon.
Projects etc are all still there but not the application. What has happened, and how can I get it back? HELP!

Look in the Applications folder. It may still be there, but due to a new version, for example, the icon in the dock may no longer work. If you find iMovie in the Applications folder, drag the icon to the dock and you will have it back.

HP 4330s SRS Premium Sound not working with External Speakers

And this is my second topic and rant!
The SRS Premium sound driver doesn't work with USB Speakers.
It doesn't work with Bluetooth speakers either!
In other words it only works with the Laptop speakers.

SRS Premium sound for Deeper Bass and Clear sound enhancement bla bla bla now in you HP Laptop
but ONLY with your LAPTOP SPEAKERS!

I believe I have used SRS Sandbox before and ALL THE SOUND was directed to that driver and it worked with everything!

Yes, the current version, 1.6.6.0 will work. If you have a previous version that is not working with these speakers, please upgrade to this version.

Dv4-1275MX SRS Premium Sound

Did a reinstall to Win 7 Home. Installed all drivers via HP site. System works great except the SRS Premium Sound.
No sound from the computer at all. Looks muted. (no speakers or headphones are plugged in) Sound from Headset or external speakers works fine.
Updated BIOS
Clean Win 7 64 Bit Install

Here is a hint: Reboot after every device drvier download before installing next.

Satellite P850 - SRS Premium Sound

Previous to having this Satellite P850, I had the P750 which had the Dolby Advanced Audio installed with also the control center. Included was the "virtual surround sound" which I really liked. Since getting the P850 it has been changed to the SRS Premium sound which I don't like.
I want to know if it is possible to find and install the Dolby Advanced Audio etc which is on the P750, onto the P850 without complications? Would/could the SRS and Dolby run side by side?

The Satellite P750 was equipped with the Harman/Kardon stereo speakers and the software called Toshiba Bass Enhanced Sound System with Dolby Advanced Audio (by Dolby Advanced Audio)
The Satellite P850 was equipped with the Harman/Kardon speakers with slip stream technology enhanced by the software SRS Premium Sound 3D.
Unfortunately the Toshiba Bass Enhanced Sound System with Dolby Advanced Audio software feature was not released for Satellite P850 series and it seems that this software part cannot be downloaded anywhere. Its just a part of the Toshiba image.

Ok 3 days ago the sound disappeared on my ipad,there was no slider on the music app or when I double click the home button,nothing happened when I used the volume buttons. However, when I slide the ringer in sounds in setting there is sound so that proofs there is nothing wrong with my speaker,and when I use headphones there is sound. I have tried everything, restarting,rebooting,checking if its mute,but then I read something and it told me to clean my dock connecter with alcohol and a toothbrush. So when I did it IT WORKED,but then sometimes it happens again and its really annoying and frustrating,also when I leave it and sleep in the morning it's working. Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

Why does the sound disappear halfway through every song???

I went jogging yesterday and about halfway through every song the sound would disappear without the song pauseing. When I skipped a few seconds forwards or backwards in the song the sound came back. Then it played for about 1 minute before the sound disappeared again. I am the only one using the account. I have tried to log out and deleteing the app and downloading it again, but nothing works :( This only happens when I am using my headphones from my Iphone. Spotify on my computer works fine and so does spotify on my phone if I dont use the headphones. My headphones are new and I have tried using others, but it is still the same problem!PLEASE HELP ME

DV7 Sound not good--fixed by finding the SRS Audio utility

The sound quality from my new DV7-2270/Win 7 was not good. Finally discovered the SRS Audio utility in the system Tray and two big changes made the sound much better:
1) Set the speakers to small (it was set to big for some reason)
2) Enable the SRS Bass simulation( as best I recall the name of the setting)
3) Crank up the first line in the SRS setting (affected bass, don't recall the name)
WOW. What a difference.

The sound disappear at all after some time of notebook usage. Sometimes it works well for long time without a problem, for example in games. But it can disappear when I use skype conference for a while. Or citrix gotowebinar.

I grasp that your audio will disappear after some time. At other times it will last for an extended period of time. It can disappear when using Skype conferencing or citrix gotowebinar.
Has there been any recent changes?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver?
Have you ran the Windows troubleshooter?
Have you ran the HP Support Assistant to check for HP updates?
You could also test the audio card for issues. HP Notebook PCs - Testing for Hardware Failures (Windows 8)

I downloaded IOS6 and all my apps, including the App Store icon, disappeared. If I go to the Passport icon, there is an App Store button, but I have to search through all the apps to find the one I want and then click on "Open" to use it. Help!

Now to use an icon, I have to go to Passport and click on the App Store button at the bottom and search through all of the apps to find the one I want and then click on Open. There doesn't seem to be a way to delete the app and start over.

It sounds like the application you are looking for is indeed still on your iPhone. You can confirm this by searching in the Spotlight Search for this application. It may have accidentally been moved to a folder, or an additional Home screen:
