Help - problems with 3 days ol Ipad
I have a 3 days old Ipad 32GB 3G.
When I same home from work, my Ipad showed the sign "Connect to Itunes" on the Screen.
When I try to connect to iTunes, Itunes comes up with a error message; "iTunes cannot connect to xxxx-Ipad because Ipad is looked with a code..."
The problem is that it is not poosible tro type any code on Ipad, - it just saying "Connect to iTunes" (picture).
Anyone have a clue?
Restoring you iPad via iTunes (see summary pane under the device in iTunes) should). If you did not set up a pass code (and forgot it) then you can restore form backup. Someone at work may have setup passcode or something just happened to your iPad. If restoring fixes the problem (need to use if for a while to ensure) than all is well. If problem comes back I would call AppleCare or bring it in to an Apple store.

But the new ipad mini keeps requesting the password for some user [email protected], and it does it from the first day of activation. This is suspect for me, so I checked it's serial with selfsolve.apple.com and it shows "Estimated Expiration Date: January 31, 2014" and since it has one year free service I am worried the iPad mini wasn't new.

Help please with my new ipad 4 Retna.
Please help find a solution to my problem with my new ipad 4 Retna. The keyboard seems to have a mind of its own and keeps jumping up and down on the screen without any assistance from me.
I did have the screen replaced and I am not sure whether that is the reason or whether it is a known software problem as I had only had it for one day before the screen got broken.
It seems to settle down for a while. The longest it has been normal without a problem is 3 weeks and now it is doing the same thing again.

Problems with the new iPad and Joikuspot premium after iOS 6
Hi,
I'm experiencing serious problems with my new iPad after last iOS update. Usually I was connecting to the internet through Joikuspot premium on Nokia mobile phone (E6). I was able to do everything, https sites surfing, absolutely everything with no exceptions.
Now, after iOS 6 update, I can't connect to https sites, google+, sync calendar etc.
I've tried to change connection criteria on joikuspot but nothing. The fact is also that other devices as laptop or other smartphones are still working perfectly, in any case, sharing the wi-fi connection created by joikuspot.
Finally the problem is 100% due to the iPad and the new iOS.
disappointing, amateur for such a device... (iPad I mean).
Any help?

I have a 64GB iPad Air WiFi+Cellular (Verizon), and I don't see the issues you are describing. First I would suggest that you update your iPad to the newest iOS update. If that doesn't help, then you may want to schedule an appointment at an Apple Genius Bar. If you go this route, I suggest that you let the iPad sleep for long enough for the problem to arise before you go to your appointment.

I notice that my new IPad (3rd generation) will not stay connected to the power cord at all, I'm not exagerating, if I plug it in and browse the Internet without fail it will become unplugged and I will have to push the plug back in (Ba-beep). Ive actually grown to despise that sound when you plug your iPhone or iPad in because it reminds me of how much money I spent on something that PHYSICALLY will not charge while I'm using it.
I know the problem with it holding a charge while in use, I get it, the screen is amazing and it takes a lot to run the display, however, it is unacceptable to me that I can't even keep the thing plugged in while I'm using it. I can not even leave it on my Cal King bed overnight because I will wake up in the morning to find that the plug has been jiggled loose in a corner, so it's still attached but not making a connection thus not being charged.
I love the 4GLTE from Verizon and I love the iPad, but I'm actually using my 1st generation IPad while I am at home so I can leave my new $900 iPad on a table to charge free of incident so I can use the 4G while I'm away from wifi during the day. I have been getting more upset about this because I can not even use the Griffin extended cord to charge the iPad and be far from the plug because only the original apple sync/charge cord will have a better shot at staying in. Absolutely none of my non apple cables will stay in the iPad 3 while having it in my hands.
The plug is at an angle, unlike the first iPad, not sure about the iPad 2. Please let me know if they have same issue.
If anyone else is having this problem with the Gen 3 iPad please let me know because I'm tempted to do something about it with apple and I'm hoping that I just for some reason have a bad cable receiver or something and maybe I can get a replacement and enjoy the iPad as I had expected to. There is no reason why I should be even using my first iPad and I have friends that want to buy it but I am not selling it because I'm unable to sell it because I can't handle the new iPad while it's plugged in, that is ridiculous if it's a common issue so please let me know!Thanks for the swift reply, I have been looking online and a loose plug seems to be somewhat of an issue with many, I hope mine is actually a problem and not what others are experiencing. It's taken me this long to even reach out for the simple fact I HATE being a complainer but this is just horrible.

Problem with newsstand for ipad
Hi there, I have been having a small problem with newsstand on my ipad.
I have a free copy of Jamie Oliver's magazine on there, which is fine.
However, now all I can view is this copy. I want to browse the shop for other copies of the magazine, or for a subscription option, but can't do this.
I had this browsing option before I downloaded the free copy, but now can't browse anywhere. I've gone back to the store, but can't do it in there either... it just seems to offer me the chance to re-open the app.
I can't work out how to browse the issues of Jamie's magazine.
Has it glitched, or am I being a noob?Rodrigo, I had the same problem, I think what causes it is the spanish keyboard. I asume you are using it. Unfortunately what I had to do to fix was perform a full restore. the problem is that the issue will return if you enable the spanish keyboard again. I hope this helps you.

Having problems with ios6 for iPad
Just recently installed ios6 to my iPad witht he following problems:
Cannoct connect to itunes store
Cannot download any apps
The new Maps app is unable to locate my current location
Some Facebook features are disabled. "Tap retry" doesn't respond
Some other apps are not working
Safari is not able to connect to the server.
My internet is fine throhg my apple laptop. No problems on this end
I have shut the iPad off completely and turned back on. No difference
I have accessed all the apps in "Settings" to locate possible problem. No difference
HELP!with network problems, try toggling airplane mode, leave it on for a solid 10 seconds, then off. if that doesn't help, try resetting the network settings by Setting> General> Reset
if those don't work, perhaps restoring the device would be in order. just be sure to save a backup of the device. -
Problems with Camera on IPAD Mini
New Ipad mini. Not able to switch camera to back. It only shows on the front then it freezes. I am also having problems with the number 1. All other numbers are working except no. 1. I have restored to factory settings and am still having the same problem.
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

We recently bought my mother-in-law an ipad 3. She has a tiscali account through talktalk. We are having problems with the email settings.
Any advice appreciated.Well, this doesn't actually solve my problem because even if I take your advice in full it doesn't help me connect the iPad to my PC in the future for other backups, transfers, etc.
Incidentally, the game I purchased was bought through the iPad App Store using my own AppleID and account number, so that one I should absolutely be allowed to keep. My in-laws had nothing to do with that. I think the only other app my mother-in-law had on here was iBooks.
Doesn't anyone else have any suggestions here? -
