Help remove gmail signature from emails sent from Blackberry 8700c

I have a Blackberry 8700c and use gmail on my device to send/receive personal emails. (The primary email function for my device is work-related and, therefore, used for work emails.) About a year ago I set up a signature for my gmail account (on the computer). I have since changed and/or deleted that signature multiple times and the emails I send from my computer reflect that change but the ones sent from my Blackberry still have the old signature. Gmail claims this is a device problem and not a Gmail problem. I have done everything I can think of on my Blackberry including deleting Gmail and then re-installing it. I have searched for solutions in multiple forums and only found that others have the same problem but I haven't seen an answer that works. Does anyone here have a solution?

Your BIS account is the Blackberry Data Plan on your account with which your email is enabled to your BlackBerry, the "push" email to your device. Someone would have had to set it up, either you or your mobile service provider.
I don't know your carrier, so please look at this list and login to your account, you will need to know your username and password for your BIS account, and since you don't know you have one I am suspecting you won't know your username and/or password.
This same can be accessed from your BlackBerry at the personal email setup icon.
Go to the Personal Email Set Up icon and log in. Then under Help!, select Service Books, then select Send service Books.

Gmail cannot receive email sent from SBO-Mailer

Dear All,
I can receive emails from SBO-Mailer to my company email. My colleague can also receive email sent to her company email. However, I can not receive email if it is sent to my gmail or hotmail or yahoo. Did I miss something?

You may try to use this sap note solution if probably you are interested to use gmail smtp :
SBO Mailer doesn't work in Login Authentication mode

You test connection in SBO mailer with Login Authentication mode unsuccessfully and the error message below is shown:
Login authentication failed. or
Login authentication not supported by SMTP server.
Also, you fail to send emls in SAP Business One with Login Authentication mode.

This is usually because of wrong settings in SBO mailer. Gmail for example, you should set as the following:
SMTP Server: smtp.gmil.com
SMTP Port: 587
Username: ***@gmil.com
Password: ****
Encoding: English (United States)
SMTP Client: Microsoft .NET
Authentication: Basic Authentication
Use TLS Encryption: Yes
If you choose Microsoft .NET as SMTP Client, the "test connection" button in SBO mailer is invalid but it can still send emails in SAP Business One.

Need help removing hard drive from Time Machine exclusion list

I have a 1TB Western Digital Essential hard drive with about 500Gb of music, movies and other assorted data tethered directly to my iMac. I also have a 1TB Time Capsule that serves as my wireless router and connects to my iMac over the wireless network. I'm trying to use the Time Capsule as the ultimate backup device, to backup the data on my iMac and the tethered 1TB Western Digital hard drive via Time Machine. It already backs up all the data on my iMac, but unfortunately, Time Machine places the 1TB Western Digital hard drive in the exclusion list (which I understand is normal), but will not let me click the minus sign to remove the drive from the exclusion list (which is where I'm at a loss). Someone please help me find a way around this as I've been unable to find a way to remove the Western Digital drive from the exclusion list and have Time Capsule access its data. Many thanks in advance for any help with this.

Forgive me, but are you highlighting the drive in the list before you click the "-" button?
Also, were is the external drive? Connected to your Mac or the TC. If the TC, then Time Machine won't backup the external drive. It needs to be connected to the Mac directly.
Otherwise, you can delete the TM .plist.
*Delete The Time Machine Preference .plist*
Go to --> Macintosh HD / Library / Preferences (Note: NOT Home / Library / Preferences).
Drag the .plist file labeled,
com.apple.TimeMachine.plist
to the root level of your Macs’ hard drive.
Reboot your computer.
This .plist file is automatically recreated at startup if it is missing.
You will need to reselect your Time Capsule in the TM Prefs for backup.
Now try 'removing' the other drive form the exclusion list.

Neither remove the html, can anyone help?

The related functions for replacing strings using regular expressions are REReplace and REReplaceNoCase. For example,

How to remove gmail-account from Mail

Now that my MobileMe-mail is up and running, and the mails to my gmail-account are forwarded to MM, I want to remove the gmail-account from the sidebar in Mail. However, when I right click theaccount I want to remove and click "delete mailbox" nothing happens, and the gmail-account still appears in the sidebar.
Does anyone know what I should do to delete it?

In Mail, select the File -> Preferences menu. Click on Accounts in the toolbar. Select your gmail account on the list on the left and press the Advanced tab. Uncheck the Enable This Account box. That should do it.

Add a Digital Signature to email sent from an APEX Application

Hi Folks.
Can anyone advise how we could go about digitally signing our outbound emails?
Anything that could be configured within APEX? Or would it have to be configured on the email server being used to transmit the emails?
Couldn't find anything relevant on the forum/documentation.
Any pointers appreciated.

I'm pretty sure it should be possible, but might involve a bit of pain.
I would be tempted to look at having your mail server do it automatically instead, as that should probably be a pretty easy route (although of course you'd need quite a restricted environment to ensure that other apps in your environment didn't have their mails auto-signed if you didn't want that).

Can't remove gmail address from sync'd outlook events

I have an iPhone 5. I like to sync it with my work computer for calendar only. I only like to sync it one way...from Outlook to the phone. I downloaded iTunes and used it to sync my Outlook calendar. Now all of my previous events in Outlook have my gmail address on it as an attendee. This is not good!! I cannot remove it myself since I was not the one who planned the meeting. Is there a way to keep this from happening? How can I erase what is already there?

No, neither in this forum nor from Club Nokia. I sighed, gave up and reinstalled PC Suite 6.4, which I knew had worked fine. I will never update PC Suite again! (Until I get a new phone of course...)

Need help removing apple id from old songs

hi, hope someone can help. just rebuilt my computer and put my songs from my old ipod nano onto itunes. only 3 songs were purchased yrs ago with my ex wife's account. when i click on those songs in itunes to play, it pops up with her apple id. how can i remove that so i can safely move songs back and forth to ipod and add new ones without losing those 3 or re-buying them???

The only way I know of to "remove Apple ID" info off of previous purchased tracks is to have the original ID purchase the iTunes Plus version (DRM free version). That makes it available on all devices, not just authorized ones. They are less expensive to upgrade rather than buying them again outright. Hope this helps and good luck!

Help Removing Music File From My Welcome Page

Any help would be really appreciated as I'm new to all this!
I have dragged an mp3 file from Itunes into the welcome page of a site I'm making on IWeb.
I don't want it there now as it takes the page too long to load. I tried removing it but its gone from the actual page but when I save the site ready to upload with ftp the mp3 is there in one of the welcome files, also when I go to the site at work using firefox its looking for Quicktime to play it but you can't see it on the page!

Welcome to the Apple Discussions. Did you empty your browser's cache after making the corrections to the site? You may be views the cached version of it instead of the new version. In Safari use the Safari->Empty Cache... menu option. Then refresh the page.

Need help removing adobe ID from creative cloud

I recently purchased a computer from a buddy. I uninstalled creative cloud then reinstalled it after logging in to my adobe id online. the problem is every time i go to download an adobe program a creative cloud window pops up asking me to verify my buddies email address (the guy i bought the laptop from) which i am not capable of doing. There is no option to login with another email address in the window. Is there anyway to disassociate his account from this laptop?

Help remove hot spot from sun

Help! I have no clue on how to do this. I have a wedding photo of mine, but the sun's glare is in the photo. I need to remove the color cast it's causing in the shape of a circle.
I have the raw version of the photo as well, if that helps.

Congrats on the wedding!
I tried the following approach:
• Create a circular Path with the Ellipse Tool
• then create a Curves Adjustment Layer and set the Vector Mask to a slight Feather in the Masks Panel (that’s in CS4 and CS5)
• channel for channel try to match the surrounding areas
As the edge of the Mask is almost impossible to fit perfectly I would recommend additionally creating a Layer on top of that and Clone Stamp (set to Current & Below in the Options Bar) over the edge.
Oner might be able to get a better result by applying the Curves Adjustment in two separate Layers set to Luminance and Color to be able to edit the two characteristics separately, but doing it in one go may suffice.

Help! Just swapped from Blackberry to iPhone & drowning in spam

Just got 3g iPhone and set up my O2 pop3 account for email and getting crazy amount of spam - any advice gratefully received.

Advice? Get another email provider... you shouldn't have to deal with that. I had the same problem before I got the iPhone and I switched to GMail for personal stuff... I now get maybe a few spams/month. I would guess that Yahoo is just as good, although I have little experience with them. Both work well with the iPhone.
