Help required : Adobe AIR to Teradata connectivity

Hi,
I would like to know if any one has connected to teradata database from Adobe AIR. If so, please let me know how you did that.

Could you try manually deleting the following folder: /Library/Frameworks/Adobe AIR.framework ? Once deleted, try installing again.

Installation problem any program that requires Adobe Air

Installation problem
I just purchased a new HP Pavilion Laptop running windows 8
If I try to install any program that requires Adobe Air I get a failure message that says
"Sorry an error has occured
The applcation could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file for the applciation author"
I have version 14.0.0.110 of Adobe Air Installed.
I have installed all widows updates.
I have removed and re installed Adobe Air but the problem persists
Very frustrating problem, any help or direction is appreciated

Hey guys
I got my self a project which i need to use on the emulator.
But every time i publish my flash project to the emulator, i get an error saying
"This Application requires Adobe Air to be installed" eventho i do have Adobe Air installed & updated
In case it matters i have the Runtime_Emulator_Froyo_20100930 installed and i use Vista SP1.
Hopefully somebody can help me out here

No No, Sorry aha I installed Windows 8, which was fine. I didnt like it much so I tried doing a system restore assuming I could just go back to Windows 7 (What my friend told me). I found out eventually I couldnt obviously, but before I found out I figured the "Reset Your PC" option would be like a system restore and would go back to Windows 7. All my Programmes got deleted, which I was fine about so I just went to go install them again but Photoshop is telling me I cant install it due to not having the system requirements. But the only requirement I believe I dont have is Windows 7, but like I said before... I've seen others with Windows 8 having Photoshop..
A system Image Backup, nope.. I dont. My friend told me that it was just a trial and I would go back to Windows 7 once the trial is up. (I should do my own research in future)
I hope this was clear enough, again it's pretty late and I'm just stressed over loosing everything. Thank you for getting back to me so soon also - Any other tips on how to maybe get it? I dont think I have any traces of Adobe left since all my programmes got deleted, the only other thing I have is Adobe Flash.

Android - This application requires adobe air

I have made an android app and installed on the device.
i have searched the android market for the Adobe Air runtime and cannot find it.
when i debug the app it says
"This application requires adobe air. Install Adobe Air now?"
but when i click the install button the response back is
! Not Found
The requested item could not be found.
any ideas please.

i think it is something to do with installing the runtime from the cmd prompt
-e install -r <runtime.apk>

Pgms requiring Adobe AIR won't work. Update download fails.

Several programs requiring Adobe AIR have stopped working and a new one I downloaded fails to install. The AIR installer says I'm rummimg ver. 3.8.0.870 trying to load ver. 15.0.0.356. CPU is a Dell XPS running
Windows 8.1. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This can happen when the installer's certificate has expired and there's no time stamp in the signatures.xml file. Using the link above, please verify if the .air file has the right information and report back here. I see the time stamp in my install but I still get the same error message. I want to see if this problem is more widespread.

Installing Photoshop CS5 requires Adobe AIR to be installed

Hey Guys (I'm new so sorry if I do anything wrong here),
I just installed Windows 8, and while it was very confusing I accidently deleted all of my programmes (I got confused with what the Reset Tab was) and when I went to go and install Photoshop Trial, it's telling me I need to update Adobe AIR because It's not available to my system.
I've installed it before, the only change was from Windows 7 to Windows 8, and I've seen other people with Windows 8 use Photoshop CS5? Please Help!?

Help removing Adobe Air

I made the mistake of trying to install the BBC Iplayer desktop from bbc iplayer website for those that know of it as something seem sto have gone wrong with the install and caused adobe air to act all mental on me and now each time i visit the bbc iplayer website i get the message
"this application requires a version of adobe air which cannot be found, please download the latest version from....."
I also get that message if i try to unistall adobe air.
I googled this and seen that its a big issue with adobe air, tried all the fixes, the comman prompt tip but nothing works

Tried unisntalling and re-isntalling when I got a "please re-isntall air"-kin-of-message when trsying to isntall air-files. Did you find any solutions to your problem that might help me?

Adobe AIR requires Adobe AIR to install

I own a lot of Adobe products including Creative Suite Design Premium. I have tried downloading Adobe Air to no avail.

Need help with adobe air!

Error message " ask for adobe air.: "a download error occurred. try to download again?"
this is when I'm trying to download someting. Right now I"m using the update feature and or vudu (cloud service) Adobe air will not let me download to my computer!
error! : "a download error occurred. try to download again?"
I tried to reinstall it and the same..

Does it happen with all downloads? Does the same error happen attempting to access the same download from a different computer? What version of AIR?

Hii, i want to develop applications for android using flash cs5, i have gone through blogs which gives me useful information regarding how to develop android applications using flash cs5.
i was tried to use adobe air 2.6. , but as we know adobe air 2.6 extension is still not released, so i think to use adobe air 2.5 for developing applications.
So anybody can provide me-      1. adobe air 2.5 sdk for android,
                                                        2. adobe air 2.5
                                                        3. and most imp adobe air 2.5 extension(.apk) so that i can develop android apps using cs5.
if it is available on net somewhere then also tel me.
when they are going to release extension for adobe air 2.6?
can i use adobe air 2.5 extension with adobe air 2.6 sdk, adobe 2.5 air ?

When I attempt to use Help (F1) I get a window from adobe air that tells me application is damaged re install or contact publisher. I reinstall Adobe air with no problems but still get the error. Any suggestions?

when i try to play my MMORPG it says to install the latest version of Adobe AIR "click here".... so i click it and try to install... when it is in the middle of instalation an error thing shows stating it cannot finish because the admin wont allow it >_< i don't understand i AM the admin.. and the only one.. and i have no clue what to due........

Could you try installing the stand alone version of AIR 2.5.1? If it fails again, which I suspect it might, please post the contents of your AIR installer log and a few basic details of your system (cpu, os version.) Hopefully we'll get this straightened out quickly.

Unfortunantly, I'm not quite good in JavaScript to give you a good response. But I can you give you an advise, that can help you:
1. Add a simle system.out.println("Init called!"); message in public void init() method of the servlet RefreshInfo.
2. Try to access servlet by simple browser request "http://localhost:8080/yourApp/RefreshInfo".
2. If the message "Init called!" appears in the Tomcat console, your servlet code is correct and the serlet is described properly in web.xml . In this case, the possible problem is in the JavaScript code.
