Dear All,
My requirement is to display the following fields for bill of lading
1. Number of packages
2. Package type
3. SKU
4. Description of articles
5. Qty per package
6. Total Quantity
7. UoI
The print program iam considering is RVADTR01.
Does the table XVBPLS serve my purpose?

Help required in Development of Dynamic forms

Hi all,
I want to design dynamic form (using forms 6i), in which the end user will display the screen according to his own requirement i.e on the run-time screen user want to display particular field or not.
In this we have to re-arrange the position of the fields at the run time.Suppose, if the one field is not displayed then immediate next displayed field should take the position of the first non-displayed field.
Can anybody share their ideas ??

Yah I have tried this link, although I have followed the steps but first problem is this that in this example work has been done on Jdeveloper 10 g and I am using D.S 9i. Any way there is a jar file located in the zip file with it but it's not working as I have done all the steps correctly. I read in some one's conversation of how use Javabean that.... Try to set
FORMS90_BUILDER_CLASSPATH
but I do not understand where to set this property and how to all the steps ascending wise so that Java bean will be used as I do not much about D.S. Thanks for guiding me up...Waiting for your reply....

How to print a smart form in two diff languages runtime

we have a requirement to print a smart form in two langauges one in english
and other in Spanish those selection has to given by check box condition.

1. Create two different Smartforms
2. In Form Atributes Option -->General Attributes -->Language Tab -- there is a Optiona to select a Particular Language.( To select Language) there select the EN for 1st optin and ES for Spanish, Normally it will be in To all Language.
3. Create a report with Radiobutton (bz Check Box have an attributes to check both the Options)
 when option1 = 'EN'.
 call form1 with EN language
when option2 = 'ES'.
 call forms 2 with ES Language.

Smart Form convert to Pdf and send to email

hi,
ive dev the smart for me21n. its working fine. Standard programme is SAPLMEGUI.
now new requirement is , convert the smart form to pdf and then sending the pdf through email to customer.
Can any plz tell me is there any stadard programme or else need to custmise the print programme?

Help required in smartform output medium

Hi All!
I have a requirement where in the smart form, may be either:
printed,
saved as a pdf,
sent as a fax,
sent as an e-mail.
we want all the logics to be in the print program based on any criteria.
Is it possible to include all such logic in the same print program, and if so how can we choose the output medium, at the runtime i meant based on what criteria, the program is going to give the output.

This is possible.
You have to provide controls in your driver program and accordingly call the FM for either print, email or FAX on user choice.
1. For Printing you have to directly call the smartform in your program.
2. For Pdf - printing smartform
3. For email/Fax - How to send smartform as an email or fax

Preconfigured smart form for Bill of Lading

Hi all,
I am working on smart form to prepare a bill of lading. But I cant find a standard smartform for that. Only SAP script is there. But to import from script means only layout will be imported nothing else.
Pls tell me any standard bill of lading SF.

There is no standard smartform for bill of lading.
YOu need to migrate from the standard sapscript to smartform.

PO smart form help required

Dear Friends ,
For PO develelpment in smart form as per client requirement which are the details we need to give for developers . I had given only table and fiels name for the displaying elements in PO , message type , document type . They are asking conditions also , is it this the job of functional consultant ? .
If any one having sample FS for PO plaese send . Other than EKKO , EKPO which are the table are there for PO related...?

Hi...
Can u please help me out in my query regading how the data passes to
LBBIL_INVOICE. Billing Data: Transfer Structure to Smart Forms.
I have an smartform which runs through VF01/VF02/ VF03 while pressing the print preview button.
But if i try to run it directly from driver program, no data wil be displayed. Now i have the requirement to detach from VF03.. and make it to run directly from my driver program.
what shall i have to do to achieve this. Should i have to take all the internal tables saparately or else can i use LBBIL_invoice structure itself.
If i can use that structure itself, how to make the data flow into it. Pls help me.
In my codeing these includes were there. is there anything related , is the data passes because of these includes
INCLUDE rlb_invoice_data_declare.
definition of forms
INCLUDE rlb_invoice_form01.
INCLUDE rlb_print_forms.
Pls clarify my dobut...

1. These are normal structure
2. you can use anywhere but they designed for forms currently.
3. Yes ,it works like it will look at NAST Table -> nast table will connect the TNAPR Table -> tnapr will have smart form print program.
so smart form program calls smartform and it will show output
4. you can create your own structure and use them into anywhere like report program or forms..
5. you can see example simple form name SF_EXAMPLE_01 ,program name is SF_EXAMPLE_01 ,you can design your own form and print program.

         because while run our report then come printing pop box select out put device the will come report
                                         . but our user required no should be come printing pop box they are required when run report direct come report

make sure u've specified da style in output options of text element as
TIMES 10 in style field and select da desired paragraph and charcter format in general attributes tab of da text element.activaTE AND CHECK.
if problem still persists u can ask again.
