Help required to reset security questions
trying to purchase app from store, telling me to log my answers to security questions. No idea what these are , asked for email to be sent too allow for me to reset, but email never arrives.
You've checked both the inbox and spam folder on your rescue email account, and tried clicking the reset link again ? If you still don't receive it then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address on your account, an alternate email address is not used for resetting security questions.

The reset link, as described in steps 1 to 5 on this page, will only show if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. If you don't have one then go to (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

my problem is that I got an iTunes card, now already placed without problem but when I try to buy it as I jump first time I reply back security questions, what happens is that this id what I have long ago and i do not remember the answer and you and blocked the account 2 times and I have to wait another 8 hours.

hi! I just found out that my apple id has been stolen. I managed to reset the password and recovered it, but now I want to change the security questions that this so called "thief" entered in the settings. If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
