Help Required using the staic Ip with the DHCP

We have a server on which SBS 2011 is installed. I have installed the DHCP role and configured the DHCP on the server. The following are the details of the server
IP address : 192.168.100.65
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.100.1
DNS server : 192.168.100.1
This server is connected to the BT Hub 3 router. But the problem is i found that Public Ip of the server changes frequently. this IP is configured in BT HUb router at
Settings --> Broadband --> TCP/IP Settings--> IP Adresss
Now we have purchased 5 static Ips out of which one I want to configure on this server. So that I can have the fixed Public IP. I dont want to change the DHCP Settings on the server. How to achieve this??.
When i configure one of the the static ip for the server in the settings --> Business Network. The internal Ip address gets replaced.
I tick mark both options while configuring static Ip
a) Use public fixed ip address
b) Always use this Ip address
And when i again manually enter my internal DHCP address, it again takes the public Ip from
Settings --> Broadband --> TCP/IP Settings--> IP Adresss
And my server is not visible in the Business Network.
How can i configure the static Ip on the router????

suggest you try Compatibility view (for IE7 Quirks mode emulation) or the Developer Tools, Emulation tab for something else. (F12, Ctrl-8).
The problem is that the site is not designed to handle a modern browser and then its default is, when it can't recognize a User-Agent string, to assume the worst: No capabilities.

Requirements for the DHCP extention

What are the requirements to use the DHCP extension in SCVMM 2012 R2? I do not use network virtualization and in SCVMM I have one logical switch configured (no virtual network adapters)
I have multiple VLAN's so I am doing tagging on the teamed NIC's (my logical switch).
I am unable to get DHCP to work properly with SCVMM.

You have to run xvfb (X Window virtual frame buffer) on the HP-UX box. You have to download that from HP's website. Run it using root user only. Set the DISPLAY of your admin server to the xvfb and then you will be able to see the graphical view.

User requirement is to get the report as follows

Backlog is the formula for planned order & production order.
My problem is that, In the cube the data for planned order is the char value 'X' or a blank.
It has to count the total of planned order for the entire month of feb,& print the value counting the number of 'X',here as shown as 15.
Planned order, Production order are in rows & are chracteristics.
Is thr any solution to count master data which has a char value(X).
I have tried using the formula variable.I had created the new formula.Then using the data functions as count(Formula variable),using the replacment path.But it did not work
Help me out to find the total for the char value of the master data.
Help would be rewarded!

For BACKEND:
1) Create a normal KF say counter and include it in the cube.
2) Now you can populate the value for this KF via end routine in transformation.
3) You need to check whether the value for planned order is X. If yes then update KF with value 1.
4) I hope you can take care of this routine part. Once this is done the data in the cube might look in below manner:

If you see the counter is getting aggregated to give you the sum against the value of planned order as X against month.
I think this should work.
If this dosent work let me know i will let you the alternate solution for frontend. but for that too you need to make the above backend changes.
So do the backend changes and try to use counter KF for showing planned orders and i think it should work fine.

Do you mean Photomerge Faces? Open the two photos in Guided Edit. The Final photo is the one you will move the features into from the Source photo. It helps to make sure they are a similar size before you start. Then you put the little targets over the eyes and mouth and do the align, then use the pencil tool in the source photo to indicate what you want to move to the Final photo.
Guided Edit should walk you through it pretty well, if you just follow the steps there.

Help in using the plugin to import Aperture Files into Lightroom?

I’m attempting to use your installer plugin to import my Aperture photos (with Aperture edits) into a Lightroom catalog. The Aperture photos are referenced files on a remote drive. When I select the “Select” Aperture Library on the plugin installer it will not let me select the files on the remote drive. The “Select” button for “Copy images to” works and lets me select a location. I do not want to move the files, but want to be able to access these file from Lightroom and from Aperture (eventually not use Aperture). Please advise me as to how to proceed… Ken Harper

Correct, I am using the Import Dialog. Menu | File | Import Photos and Video... -OR- From the Library, click on the Import button to the lower left.
The images have not been imported. I even created a brand new catalog with nothing imported - Same results.
During a normal import, the impages do show during the import process. In this case they do not.
Move does not work. The only mothod that does, is for me to try the import first and let it fail. Lightroom, does however build the directory structure / files for the days the pictures were taken, it just does nothing else. I then copy/move the files in to (as noted above) from Drive A to Drive B by myself and then use that drive as the source to do an Add.
When I use the <Copy> the only message I get is one with "Some operations were not performed." at the top. Next line down has "Could not copy a file to the requested location."
Now for the kick in the teeth.
I, to make 100% sure everything I was telling you was correct. I manually moved the from from A to B. Chose the <Add> option so that it would be in the Catalog. Verified it worked, it was in the catalog. I then went back to try the <Copy>, and it withed with both the JPGs and MOVs files. LR4 copied the files form A to B and did the Catalog import.
Go Figure.

Need help cant use the printer

Does the printer you get for free with the macbook work with airport....
i dont know why but it is not understanding it by the way the printer is hp photosmart c3100.

There is an option, but it's a rather complicated process. If you feel you're up to the task, read on.
You can try using the hpijs driver. You won't get access to printer status or the card reader, but you can at least print over the network. In addition to downloading and installing the two packages from this page, you may have to download the PPD file for the 3100 from this page and install in the /Library/Printers/PPDs/Contents/Resources/en.lproj folder (or the .lproj folder connesponding to your primary language). A new printer model called "HP Photosmart 3100 Foomatic/hpijs" will be available in the Print Using popup.
If Bonjour printing doesn't work, the process gets even more complicated: you may have to use the Advanced mode in the Printer Setup Utility to configure the printer for AppSocket/HP JetDirect printing to port 9100 of the Express. To get access to the Advanced settings, go through the motions of adding a printer in Printer Setup Utility but instead of selecting a printer from the browser, hold down the option key while pressing "More Printers...".
In the resultant dialog, select "AppSocket/HP JetDirect" from the Device popup, give the printer a name, enter a Device URI of "socket://<address>:9100". Replace <address> with either the Express's IP address or its Bonjour host name, which will be the Express's name with punctuation removed, spaces replaced by dashes, and ".local" appended. If you want to be sure to get the right address, use a utility like iStumbler to get the Bonjour host name (minus the ".local", which will still need to be appended). Finally, select the printer model and click on Add.

Help require coloring the Tabbedpane in Unix

Hey i have problem in setting the colors to tab in unix.I have written a logic to set colors to tabs using the setBackgroundAt(int,Color) method of each tab.It work fine in Windows platform but when I run the application in Unix it displays its own color and does not make use of the setBackgroundAt() method.Can anyone suggest me a solution for this problem.

Is the version of Java you're attempting to run supported on SunOS 5.5? I'm not certain, but isn't that quite an old version (My Solaris 8 and 9 systems report as SunOS 5.8 and 5.9). You might also need to install one or more patches to the system, but the page where you downloaded the Java install package from should have more details.

HELP tones using the linksys PAP2T-NA

We have some clients that are reporting that they are making outgoing calls fine however the recipient is complaining of constant or sporadic tones. They say that is sounds like someone is holding down the key on the phone itself. We wondered if there was an operator error however we have multiple clients that are complaining about the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions or noticed this problem.

OK, so I've tried a different setting to see if it'll work.
Previously I had not configured the WAN of the Linksys router at all and left it on Auto (DHCP) even though I disabled the DHCP for the LAN. I've now set the WAN up to a random Static IP and hopefully this will solve the problem, but I'm not sure as of yet, if anyone could look over the settings to see if they're correct please let me know.
Router 1- (Router)

The WRT54G was a bit of a pain in terms of what Static IP and Gateway values they would accept, so I had to randomly put in values until I found something that worked. So far no disconnects, but it's only been half an hour. I can't seem to access the admin page for my Linksys router at 192.168.1.2 anymore though.

Need Help on using CAS Incremental Crawl with JDBC data source

As part of one of the e-commerce implementations, we are implementing a delta pipeline which reads the data from the database views. We plan to crawl the data with the help of CAS JDBC data source. In order to optimize the data reads, we want to use the CAS capabilities of incremental crawl. We rely on CAS to be able to identify the updates available in the subsequent incremental crawl and only read the updated data for any given crawl unless we force a full crawl.
We have tried implementing the above setup using JDBC data source. CAS reads from the database and stores it in the record store. The Full crawl works fine however; we observed some unexpected behavior during the incremental crawl run. Even when there is no change in the database, crawl metrics show that certain number of records have been updated in the record store and the number of updates differ in every subsequent run.
Any pointers what can be the issue ? Does CAS has the incremental crawl capability using JDBC data source ?

Generic Extraction is used to extract data from COPA tables. And delta method used to extract delta records (records created after initilization) is timestamp.
What is this timestamp?
Assume that, you have posted 10 records one after the other to the COPA tables. And we do initilization to move all these 10 records to BW system. Later another 5 records are added to COPA tables. How do you think the system identifies these new 5 records (delta records).?
It identifies based on a timestamp field (eg : Document created on ,a 16 digit decimal field).
Assume that, in our previous initilzation, say "document created on" field for the last (or the latest) record is 14/11/2006, 18.00 hrs. and timestamp is set to the 14/11/2006, 18.00hrs. then when you do delta update, the system treats all the records with "document created on" field is greater than 14/11/2006, 18.00 hrs as delta records. This is how new 5 records are extracted to bw system and timestamp is again set to the new value besed in field in the records.(say 14/11/2006, 20.00hrs)
Assume that, you have two records with "document created on" field as 14/11/2006, 17.55hrs and 14/11/2006, 17.57hrs. and they were updated to the COPA table after 14/11/2006,20.00hrs (at this time last delta load is done) due to some reason. How can you bring these two records? For this, purpose we can reset the timestamp at KEB5. In this eg, we can reset as 14/11/2006, 17.50 hrs) and do the delta again. So, the system picks all the records which are posted after 14/11/2006,17.50hrs again. But remember that, doing this, you sending some of the records again (duplicate records). So, make sure that you sending ODS object. otherwise you end up with inconsistant data due to duplicate records.

I wonder if anyone can help me please. I used to have PSE 2 and the screen was a blue and beige color and could be seen quite good.see attachment.
I now have PSE 7 and the screen background is a horrible brownish color. see attachment.
I am partially blind and have trouble with the PSE 7 screen. Can it be changed to the same as PSE 2??

Hi, Dede - just come on to the Forum site! I've been moaning ever since I downloaded PSE6 (an upgrade from the 4), as I was quite shocked to find it is an even worse colour than appears in your attachment for the 7. The 6 is black with the drop down menus being black and the writing/illustrations on the drop down menus black as well! Unlike you, I can see well and even I can't see a thing! The worst is the clone/brushes palette and the size slider. Coupled with that, they've gone and moved lots of features around, so you can't find them where they were in the 4! I've sent emails to Adobe to ask if the background colour can be changed - and their response was "no"! I've been scouring the internet trying to find forums to ask help from, and it seems that there are lots of complaints over the 6. Heaven alone knows who designs these things but obviously someone who never uses it!! My advice to you is to get a 4 - which has a clear screen and clear headings and menus - it doesn't have curves, et al, but it much more user friendly. Hope this helps.

You end up with a PL/SQL block that does something like :
declare
type rc_type is ref cursor ;
rc rc_type;
v_count number;
p_sql varchar2(500);
p_sql := ' select * from ..... ';
dbms_output.put_line(p_sql);
As you can see, I think it's simply that the last 2 lines above end up in your DECLARE
section, not (as it should be) after the BEGIN.
