HELP! Rouge Server Appears & Contains Computer Contents?

Normally the Network section of the Finder Window is empty, until recently! Now when I log onto the net (Yes, still on dial-up, but read on!) a server appears on the Network section of Finder and contains the entire contents of the computer, including Applications, System, Library, etc.
When I attempt to "Trash" this server, I'm told that I "don't have privledges" to remove this. When I click on more info, I get Kind: Alias; Where: /automount/Servers; Server: nfs://automount%20-fstab%20%5B269]. The last digits change each time I log on The Server Name in Finder also changes containing things like... "dialup-4.88.56. ... .level3.net" or "1cust2913.an2. ... .uu.net" (I can give complete name if that helps?)
This appears to have started after I backed up my pictures and documents on a new Western Digital My Book external drive in preparation for switching to DSL and upgrading to Leopard. Both actions are on hold until I can get rid of the rouge Server! I don't know if it's a "craplet" that WD gave me to push some online backup service? Can't get an response from WD!! Or is this something more dangerous???

Hi Steve,
You can be right that DISM don’t support the scenario that User profile and System are in the separated volumes.
As a workaround, we should use the defaults to put the profile on C: during capture image, and then set the profile path to be on the D: drive after the image deploying.
Please refer to below KB for how to using Sysprep to redirect profiles’ locations.

I was trying to create/Maintain JCo destions on Web Dynpro Content Administrator caught up with the 500 Internal Server Error
Error Summary

Possible Reasons:
1. Some fields for the backend system used to setup the JCO destination are not updated properly (i.e.
empty) in SLD.
2. Ensure that the SLD is setup properly. Click on the u201CTest Connectionu201D to check that the SLD is up and running.

Spry accordion widget - SSI (server side include) as content in the panel

After having inserted the following command <!--# include file = "content2.asp" -> in the accordion Panel Content I get an error in Dreamweaver - every time I open the file. See the error in the attached picture.
Once all files are uploaded to the server it works apparently without problems or script errors.
Is there anyone who can help me to use SSI "server side include" as content in accordion panels?

The fault lay in the SSI file. This file contained these tag:
</ html>
And of course the tag </ html> generate an error if the tag is inserted in the content of the accordion panel via ssi file.

Why do I see: iTunes Help is unavailable because your computer isn't connected to the Internet. IE9 works fine but iTunes does not connect to the store.

I have tried 4 days to get iTunes 10.4 working on my Win7 x64 machine. I purchased a new iPhone4 and after syncing it the first time, I can't connect to the iTunes store.
When I try to run iTunes Help, I get this message "iTunes Help is unavailable because your computer isn’t connected to the Internet." However IE9 and Google Chrome run as always...... no connection problems.
I have already uninstalled IE9 x64 and iTunes 10.4 x64 and reinstalled but still the same. I followed all the instructions I could find about firewalls, ports, SSL etc.

on one mac account but not the other why?

k finally my account is receiving mail. But it was out of service for over 15 hours. And on only one of my .mac email accounts don't know how or why. Yet I even deleted my account from my mail and re-entered it but that didn't help, only time did. So strange and discerning for a paid mail account service. Great when it works. But it might be nice to have an auto forward feature for when the accounts go down so that emails may still be sent and received at one of my free email providers that has not ever had any issues. Top level navigation appearing below the content area

Hi ,
I have modified the standard look and feel of the portal . We have our own masthead now and a custom footer as well . The problem is the top level navigation is appearing below the content area . I presume that there is a possibility of arranging the ordering of all the different objects in a frameworkpage . How can this be done ? Please help .

How do I change it ? Do i need to modify any property for these components like the sort priority or the merge property etc for the same ?

Mail server appears to lockup

Hello, I have OSX Server 10.2.8 and it has been running fine for the past 3 years but now all of a sudden I have problems logging in to POP and IMAP accounts or even sending mail through it? The server appears to be unresponsive but then works again like it is processing to much work and then when it is done it will respond again like it should. I feel like it's under a DOS attack or something.
My mail error logs are littered with messages such as below:

Cant Publish site through IWEB 09 FTP server in my computer

Hi everyone, I have trouble publishing my site in FTP server in my computer. Each time I tried, its saying my password is not correct.I have Macbook pro 10.5.6 intel. I tried publishing my site through another computer and it did!. I dont know whats wrong with my computer. I have Protec Mac antivirus installed. do I have to remove it? I have tried to disable its scan and still not successful. I have my own domain and purchased a 3rd party hosting service.

thanks for the reply. yes I can publish it using local folder. But the web site address in browser is sooooo long and starts with file://user/admin/folder/name of my folder/name of my domain name/page name in my web site. Not a good business image and looks so unprofessional I have specifically purchased a domain name and I would prefer it would show up when a client type my web address.
What I dont understand is that It has published from my husbands computer. Isnt the reason why we buy software and install in our computer is for us to be able to use it whenever we want to? (of course with compliance to rules and regulations) I have Ilife 09 and cant use the IWEB. I know that something is causing this "behaviour" in my computer because I am able to upload my site from another computer. I have to borrow my husband's computer everytime I need to update my small business web site.
can anyone suggest something I can do to resolve this issue?

I didnt find documentation for NW7.4, I used this link:

I left it blank.

FP destination services are maintained with correct ADS_AGENT password?
to test prefix path try the URL http://<adshost>:port/prefixpath (eg. http://smprod:50000/Adobedocumentservices/Config?style=rpc)

AppleTV1 only supports HD upto 720p - chances are the iPad HD vserion is 1080p and beyond ATV1 capability.
Also do not expect recent iTunes purchases to appear on AppleTV 1 store menus as purchased - ATV1 does not know about 'cloud access'.
Best option is to download the 720p version (set in iTunes Preferences on computer iTunes) and sync/stream to AppleTV 1 from iTunes.

Folio not appearing in Adobe Content Viewer on ipad

folio i created in indesign cs5.5 not appearing in Adobe Content Viewer on ipad.
I have CS5.5, Apple ipad 1st gen ios 5.0.1 Adobe content viewer 1.9.1
the folio appears on the acrobat.com site in the FOLIO PRODUCER
but nothing is appearing on my ipad in the Adobe Content Viewer.
I work for a large magazine publisher and would like to demo the folio on the ipad to sell the concept of the DPS.
However if i cant get this on my device, its going to be a no go.

Your doubts motivated me to do some testing on the subject;-)
I made several files of different dimensions, and uploaded them to the cloud. All of them rendered correctly on the desktop. But only those which used exact 4:3 width:height ratio appeared in the Content Viewer on the iPad. And only those, which were at least 1024x768px. A perfect 4:3 document sized 768x576 did not show. But the 1536x1152 one appeared correctly.
I am still certain, that the reason of absence od James' file in his iPad was caused by the dimensions of the folio. I would however modify my statement:
Only the folios sized exactly 1024x768 px (Landscape, portrait or both orientations) are valid for iPad
It should be: Only the folios sized 1024x768 px or more, with exact 4:3 ratio (Landscape, portrait or both orientations) are valid for iPad.
