i created my apple id a long time ago , and i forgot my security questions anwsers and my apple id is constantly asking for them !
i tried resetting by email and the destination email is correct but im not getting any mail what so ever !

ITunes purchase requires answering a security question that's not mine

twice now I have tried to purchase an app from the iTumes store and it has wanted me to log in and then answer two security questions. Problem is, one security question is not mine and I dont have an answer to it. This is frustrating and I am tired of dealing with stuff like this. Any ideas why this is happening and how to permanently get around it so it no longer is a bother?

You can get the questions reset. If you go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, and then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page, then which questions appear on the right-hand side of the screen ? If they are the 2 that you know then you can answer them and then change the questions. If one of them is the one that you don't know the answer to then do you get the 'send reset' link immediately below them ? That reset option only appears if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) already set up on your account.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.

Bought new Ipad 4Gs to replace Ipad2. Tried to purchase stuff from Itune. No problem inputting my Ipad ID and password but can't remember answer to security questions. Try going to Manage Account and click on resetting security questions. Clicked on "Send email to ....email address" However despite trying umpteen times, the email with instructions how to set new answers to the security questions haven't reach me. i checked my primary email, alternative email an even icloud email. It isn't possible to create a rescue email address without correctly answering two of the questions. Nobody on these boards can reset them for you.

What Do I Do If I My Security Question Reset Email Won't Send

Hello. the reset for my security questions will not send to the email they say they are sending to. For example under the security question fill out area on the Manage Your Apple ID website there is a button that says "Forgot security questions? Send reset security info to (insert email address here)". The button has my email address on it so I know it is supposedly sending to the right email, but it will never actually send, so I'm wondering what I should do to get the email to send.

As these are public forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support, I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post - it's not a good idea to post it unless you like spam email.
The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address on your account - a rescue email address is not the same as an alternate/secondary email address, they are different addresses/settings on an account.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
