Help setting up sent mailbox both on my mac and on the server

First things first - I have an exchange account and use Mail.app. The sent folder is set to store on server. That part works fine. What I want to be able to do is have subfolders under Sent mail the same way I have under trash and junk - options for both the exchange and "on my mac." Right now, all I have is a single sent folder (see screenshot below). When I go into preferences and uncheck the box to store on the server, there's still only one folder. How can I get both options to appear? Is there something special I have to name the "on my mac" folder so it's recognized?
I have to download my sent mail periodically or I run into mailbox size limits, and storing mail locally changes the format so I can only see the from line, instead of the to: line. I've seen other people's mail where this is set up, so I know it's possible. I must be missing something.

The only remaining logical drive (partition) is labeled Untitled, which tells me OS X is seeing it as a FAT32 (MS-DOS) drive. Which would also be why you can't choose it to install OS X to. Less likely, wrong partition map, but I'll explain that next.
So, you're going to have to run Disk Utility first. Click on the physical drive (the left indented name of the hardware) and repartition it. Change Current to 1 Partition so it activates the Options button. Click that and make sure the Partition Map is GUID. Change it if necessary and click OK. Make sure the drive format is Mac OS Extended (Journaled). Click Apply. Exit out of Disk Utility.
You should now be able to choose the new partition to reinstall OS X to.

To reset the SMC means to reset the power management settings for your Mac. To do this, follow these simple steps.
1) Shutdown your Mac by going to the Apple Logo in the upper left hand corner of the screen and selecting "Shut Down" from the drop down menu.
2) Turn your machine back on while continuing to hold down the power button.
3) After the initial boot chime, your power indicator light should flash three times.
4) Your screen will remain black and you will hear the boot chime again. At this point, you may release the power button and allow your Mac to boot up normally.

I will address your second question.
First, make sure your iPhone and iPad have absolutely identical Apple IDs. If they do, use that Apple ID in Settings > iCloud on your iPhone to select the "Notes" option. Lo and behold, all your iCloud notes should appear on your iPhone.

Removing Exchange 2007 from SBS 2008 (In an Exchange 2010 Coexistance Scenario) - In order to remove 2007 Mailbox Objects from Active Directory and remove the SBS2008 server completely

I'm trying to remove Exchange 2007 from an SBS 2008 server
(Server 2008 Standard FE). My ultimate goal is to completely remove the SBS 2008 Server from the network environment.
We have an Exchange 2010 Coexistence Scenario and Mailboxes/Public Folders/etc have been moved over to the 2010 mail server, on Server 2008 R2.
I have moved all Shares, FSMO roles, DHCP, DNS, etc over to their respective servers. We have two full blown DC's in the environment.
I'm ready to remove Exchange 2007 from SBS 2008 and DCPROMO the server. I can NOT seem to find a TechNet article that shows me how
to proceed in this kind of scenario. I am trying to use the TechNet article:

This article references Disabling Mailboxes, Removing OAB, Removing Public Folder Databases, then uninstalling Exchange using the Setup Wizard.
When I go to Disable Mailboxes I get the following error:

I really don't see why I need to Disable Mailboxes, Remove OAB and Public Folder Databases since they have been moved to 2010. I just want
to remove Exchange 2007 and DCPROMO this server (actually I just want to remove any lingering Exchange AD Objects referring to the SBS 2008 Server, using the easiest and cleanest method possible).
Can someone point me in the right direction?

(If I currently fetch my emails on the iPhone, then they don't then appear later when I want them on my iMac and I need to forward them to myself again - crazy!) If you are using POP email accounts, this is how they are designed to work. POP mail gets offloaded from the mail server onto the device used to access it, so it will not show up on another client later as it literally no longer is stored on the server. It may be possible for you to configure your POP mail account to keep messages on the server, so they will always appear every time you access your mail (from any device). The downside of this is that most POP accounts have limited online storage, and the messages will never disappear until you manually delete them, so if you are not very diligent at cleaning out read mail, you run the risk of your account filling up.
Really, for what you want, you should switch to an IMAP mail service. IMAP mail is always stored on the server, not on any one client/device, so it is always accessible from any client on any device. Given that, most IMAP accounts have much larger online storage than most POP accounts, since the mail is intended to stay on the server.
Check with your email provider and see if you can switch your account(s) over to IMAP. If not, there are a number of free IMAP providers, such as gmail from google.

It means you are already signed into the ID as a secondary account on your Mac. Go to System Preferences>Internet Accounts. If you see this iCloud listed on the left sidebar, click on it and confirm that it shows your iCloud ID. If so, click the "-" sign below the account list to delete it. Then you should be able to go to System Preferences>iCloud and sign in with the ID as your primary iCloud account without getting this error.

I noticed the same problem after upgrading a few iPhones to IOS 8, all use the same Apple ID. However, I now notice when I go into Message and instead of selecting a person from my contact list, I start typing their name which brings up a list of people, some of which are not in my contact list and are on one of the other iPhones. There's a circle/exclamation point next to the name which I click on, and one of the options is to "Remove from Recent". On my mac calendars are intended to be private calendars that aren't synced, if you merely want all your calendars synced delete any calendars that are on my mac (or just uncheck them to hide them - make your default calendar an iCloud calendar) and just use iCloud calendars.
If you have any appointments in your on my mac calendars, double click them to edit and change the calendar to an iCloud calendar before deleting or hiding.

Did you reboot the TC? That is always the first step.
Reboot the whole network if that is not enough.
If you still have issues.. come back to us but generally the best way is to factory reset the TC and start over.
We need a bit more info on the whole network layout and what OS you are running. What model TC you have??
