Help! should i get my replacement phone exchange again? because there still has somebody's information left!
long story short, got my new iphone 5 on two weeks ago from radio shack, and got replacement from radio shack with same day due to overheat issue, and there cames a problem with battery drios with this replacement phone, because I don't know that radio shack got 30 days reuturn policy and they really gave me a hard time when exchange, so I went to apple store with two times and got my exchange, and I wasn't know the replacement phone was refurblished neither they told me, otherwise I definately won't change.
and I just found in setting-general-profile, there is somebody's profile in here , check the attachment, please note that this is after I restored with itunes and this information still in here.
I really don't know whether I should get exchange again? because they will still get me refurblished phone right?

Stop being so impatient.
If the device you received as a replacement from Apple has someone else's information they would not have allowed you to leave the store with it. This would have been extremely obvious from the moment the device was powered up.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish here? This all seems very suspicous.
Also, there is no such thing as a "new" iPhone5, they are no longer produced. All iPhones come with a 1 year warranty... if the device is under warranty and the issue is covered, Apple will replace the device as many times as necessary until the warranty is expired.
It sounds more like the device was purchased as refurbished in which case there may be no warranty and everything may need to be addressed via RadioShack.

ahaYou'll need to contact Apple about this. No one here can say what they will decide to do. If you purchased your MacBook in the past 14 days, you can exchange it... if it's longer than that, Apple will most likely repair it. Speaking to Apple should be your first course of action.
Your question was probably deleted because you weren't actually asking a support question. You're not asking how to resolve anything... only if you should get a replacement... which we can't answer.

I have a black iphone 4s and it's cracked/chipped at the right corner of the screen. The damage isn't too bad, but it's still not perfect in any way. I have apple care on it and I was wondering that if I was going to get a replacement phone for it and pay 50$ can i get the white iphone 4s instead?
If you want the iPhone in a different color, you can buy one at full retail price. The $299 price is subsidized from your carrier and you will be very unlikely to qualify for another subsidized device.

Eversince I updated my iphone 4 to IOS 5.0.1, sometimes I get a 'No Service' or 'Searching' signal where my network signal should be upon which I have switch the phone off then on then 'Reset all Settings' to get the phone normal again.Is there a solution to this?

I have gone through more apps and have had good luck on all but one more. And it's not that the app doesn't work, I am talking about the Yahoo Weather app, It works fine, but when you swipe between cities the screen lags a bit and it sometimes doesn't move between pages the way it should. On iOS 7.1.2 it was smooth as butter but on iOS 8.0, not so much. I will post a note in the app store to let them know. I really like the Yahoo app better than the new stock app.
I have been going through my games and they all work fine. Angry Birds (Original and Stella), Canabalt, Minecraft, Bejeweled 2, Silly Walks, PopWords, Doodle Jump, Deep Green all seem to work just fine.
Starbucks app works as it should.
I will stop back again next week after I have had the weekend to play with it in detail and post my thoughts again. -
Well I have two problems with my 2G ipod touch:
1. its battery will drain 50% or so overnight sometimes, and that gets really irritating. is this a hardware problem or a software problem? should i get a replacement or wait for a firmware update?
2. the Wi-Fi will not work sometimes. again, is it a hardware problem or a software problem? should i replace it or wait?

No, he hasn't. I listen to music to fall asleep, right after surfing web for about 2 hours and keep wi-fi on all night, and my battery never drains that fast, I usually charge it ones in every 3 days or so.
To the original poster, check in your settings to see if it's pushing emails, fetching new data, that might be draining your battery. -
Do you get a replacement phone when you send yours in?
When something messes up on your iPhone 5, and you send it in, do you get a replacement phone?
Apple does not repair your iPhone (at least not that I've ever heard of); they replace it, usually with a refurbished unit. You'll only get your original iPhone back if the technician can't reproduce the problem, or it turns out not to be a hardware problem.

What this message means is that you have more music in your itunes library than there is free space in your ipod.
I had this same issue at one time. This is what helped me put my music on the ipod. I used manually manage.

i just got a replacement phone from Asurion because my iphone 4s had issues, i tried to dl music from apple itunes and it keeps telling me that there is another id associated with this device and i have to wait 45 days to associate mine, is there a way around this problem or do i have to actually wait?
Either wait it out or contact Asurion and complain. They sent you a used phone as JB said above. There is nothing anyone here or at Apple can do about it.

I get the message 'your startup disc us full' at random time points. I'm trying to import photos to iPhoto and get'iPhoto cannot import your photos because there is not enough free space on the volume containing your iPhoto library'. Apple is legally entitled to keep your old iPhone if you are taking advantage of their replacement price. That's why they offer a reduced price; they'll take your old iPhone, refurbish it, and use it as a replacement for someone else's failed or broken iPhone. If you want to keep your old iPhone, you will have to purchase a new iPhone at full price.
