Help signing into Adobe when downloading photoshop elements
I'm trying to download Adobe Photoshop Elements. At one point I'm asked to sign into Adobe, which I do but it will not open. Can you please help me?

Make sure you follow the Very Important Instructions on that page (that includes signing in with your Adobe ID).

Cannot sign into Adobe Revel from PS Elements 12
This is the 2nd time of asking this question as no one got back to me after giving me a link to 'Troubleshooting Adobe Revel related issues', which I tried and did not solve the problem.
There is nothing wrong with the computer's clock, changed my password omitting possible symbols, this I have done twice, I can sign into Revel on my iPad, and through the internet on the PC.

If I could get your problem right, you are able to signin from Revel app from iPad and adoberevel.com. However cannot signin from Elements. Could you try the follwoing:
1. Check your system date to ensure it is set correctly to today's date. If not, change it and restart revel agent.
2. If your password has some special characters like &, >, < etc, you might face issues signin from Elements. Suggest you to retry after changing password. For details you may refer to: http://helpx.adobe.com/elements-organizer/kb/invalid-characters-password.html

Why must I have Internet access and be logged into Adobe to use Photoshop Elements?
I can not use Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 unless I have Internet access and log into an Adobe account. Why? This means you can't install the software on a laptop and use it while traveling unless you have 100% Internet access throughout your trip. What a load of ....... Why is this? I there a way around it?

i just downloaded photoshop elements 7.0 to a new box and it tells me that my serial number is not valid. the adobe support team says the number is valid, but that they can't help me
Which operating system are you using?
When you say downloaded, where did download pse 7 from?
Do you have the original install disk or original download for pse 7?
I believe the serials won't interchange between the disk version of pse 7 and the electronic down load version. -
Cannot sign into Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 - no access to online services or tutorials.
Anyone else have problems signing into Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 tonight? I keep getting error message 400 or the program simply freezes. My adobe ID and password are valid. Help Line told me to post this question here. Any and all help are greatly appreciated. I would like to access the online storage, email capabilities and tutorials.
Thank you!It works OK and the syncing between devices is nifty. At least it is with my daughter's ipad, the Android app does not work with the Android 2.2 software version on my phone.
Why not give it a try. If you had images on photoshop.com they'll have been transferred to Revel (same id / password as you used for photoshop.com). and you can install a trial version of PSE12 and see if you like the mobile albums feature. Installing PSE12 will not mess up anything in your PSE10. And you can see if you like the new PSE12 new User Interface.

Please help! I can power the device off but when i try to unlock the screen its like it cant feel my finger tracing over my unlock design, thus I cannot sign into itunes to download what i have before I possibly loose everything My warranty is expired and I dont know if there is any other solution before I dump a bunch of money into this devise. If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

My Adobe trial for Photoshop Elements 10 for the Mac was over and I wanted to buy the application. The screen message was "Your trial has expired...but the fun doesn't have to end! Buy now to continue using Photoshop Elements 10 without having to download or re-install. " and then the button "Buy Now". When I hit the Buy Now button I am put in a field to buy Photoshop Elements 13, with no way to change to Elements 10. I do not want to go through the hassle of reinstalling etc. In fairness, it's been over a month since making the decision to buy. Still, I consider this a nightmare. Any ideas on how to buy the app I've got withou having to purchase a whole new one? Thanks.
If worse comes to worse, will I need to uninstall the trial if I buy a new version? Can I use part of it lime download assistant?Adobe does not sell older versions of their software. If you wish to purchase an older version you will have to find and take your chances with a third party vendor.

I was referred here by customer service. I have downloaded Photoshop elements 5.0 to a new PC. After accepting the agreement I receive an error message saying "Your Adobe Photoshop Elements user name, organization, or serial number is missing or invalid. The application cannot continue and must now exit." There is no place to enter the serial number.
All your pictures will remain safe even after uninstalling the program. Your pictures are saved to your system in form of catalog present at C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\Catalogs\<your catalog><br />When you reinstall the program you can open this catalog and view all your photos again.

I have downloaded Photoshop Elements and all went well. When I went to open, it opens but the content is unreadable. I have a Mac and my flash player is up to date. Can you please tell me what I am missing?

NikkiI did try to uninstall and reinstall. It messed up my computer. I had to "RESTORE" from the prior days backup. This was not helpful at all. I'm used to losing all my stuff when I connect to iTunes, that's a whole other issue, but now I'm completely banned from any updates to my phone at all. Geeze.......
