i cancelled my phone# and calling plan a year ago, but skype just billed me again! what do i have to do to cancel a subscription with these guys? SUE THEM?

Hello skype community, I have a problem.
My skype wont stop crashing.. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, ive updated my windows, I don't know how to fix this, Help please? Thanks! (Windows 7 by the way!)

Please, run the DirectX diagnostics tool (32-bit version).
Go to Windows Start and in the Run box type dxdiag.exe and press the OK button. This will start the DirectX diagnostics program. Run this diagnostics and save the results to a file. Please, attach this file to your post.
Be aware that you will have to zip this file before attaching it here.

HELP Ipod wont stop on any song. Randomly shuffles all songs w/o playing

The screen comes up 1 of 320 songs then starts to go through all songs w/o playing them...shows all info. even shows time line @ bottom with how long song is but the song timer never starts. It plays the only two instrumental/classical songs I have but no others. The last time it worked was after i downloaded like 70 songs in one day. When connected to itunes/laptop u get error message that says "cannot read contents"

Please help - mail wont stop pushing

I've read several places that to save battery life, disable push.
Well I have disabled push. My yahoo mail is set to fetch, 30 min. Also advanced is set to fetch. And the push "slider" is off.
However, I still get mail pushed down within minutes.
I want to maximize battery and don't feel the need to have it pushed right away. 30 min would be fine.
I've looked allover and cannot find resolution. Can someone clear this up for me?

I understand, however it does it even while the mail app is not open.
I've heard some apps say running in the background. Is it possible its leaving the program open? If so, would that cause it?
I dont think so because just because its open (if it even is) then why would it constantly fetch?
Either way, push IS off, and I get email instantly. I have set to 30 and 60 min with no change.

i tryed everything i can in the setting and so on , i even clicked on the downloads arrow to pause it and delete them but like i said it will now stop.
theres apps i just dont want. theres a list of them but theres not a place were i can get rid of them. it also says some stuff about icloud yeah right like i have ios 5 or 7 ha . pod touch 2 is what i have lol . plz help thanks.

to the right by search library theres an arrow there click on it : it will show you what it is downloading , from there you can pause and select all and delete them but still will continue to download them if you tell itunes to check for downloads. that download engien is crazy i tell yeah.
no matter what we do it will still download them trust me i tryed everything and i also went to icloud to see if it was there but to what i see is that there is no apps there this is some crazy itune program that needs to remade.

Help :( Skype 7.1 won't stop crashing no matter what I try.

Last night I got a msg to update my skype to version 7.1, so I did that and turned off my laptop.
Today I logged on my laptop and logged in Skype, and right after I logged in, not even 30 seconds later, on the home page it comes up with a msg that says "skype has stopped working" and the program closed.

There was no problems with my laptop, no viruses, nothing blocking it from working, and no corrupted files or errors. I even tried to install a previous version of Skype, and tried older Skypes, (7.0, 6.9) as well. But nothing has worked so I uninstalled all of it, and put 7.1 back but I still can't get my Skype to stop crashing at startup.
I keep thinking it has to be caused by the Skype 7.1 update because up until I did that, my Skype worked perfectly. I haven't been able to use Skype all day, can someone help please? I don't know what else to try.

Adobe content viewer wont stop crashing ... Help!

Hi,
I am running the newly updated ACV on the iPad 3 with vers 19 tools and it wont stop crashing when I get to the 6th or 7th article, dosn't matter wich layout it is it keeps crashing.
I have tried everything : renaming Indesign documents, folders, articles in folio. Creating new folios, creating new articles. Reinstaling content viewer, erasing articles... keeps on crashing...
Got any suggestions I could try?

My folio has stopped crashing all of the sudden. This was after I literally tore apart my iPad and my folio trying to figure out what was wrong. I got tired of it all, and I simply uploaded the original article layout, with all the objects, media and interactivity, and everything works like it did before. I am positive that this was because of the service outage yesterday. It makes me upset though, because I wasted an entire day trying to figure out what was wrong, when NOTHING was wrong on my end. I'm pretty sure this is probably the case for you too. See how everything works today...

Wont Stop Syncing

So, everytime for the past few weeks, wehn i plug in my iphone to my PC, it wont stop syncing. Its shows that its at the end and should be finalizing but it stays there for ever and doesnt change so i usually just cancell the sync. any help on how to get it to finish?

p.s. there's one more thing he can try. if he has a working swf, he can trying decompiling it to get a working fla or, even if that fails, he will be able to get a non-corrupt fla whose assets can be extracted.

Skype wont open, saying its "not supported on this Aschitecture". How can I get it to work??
I have downloaded Skype from its main website for MAC, but still it says " can't open Skype. not supported on this Architecture" when i click on it. I don't know why it wont. This isn't an old Desktop Mac computer, and Skype downloaded with no problems on my Mac Lap top. So what's wrong this time?

ITunes Helper Module has stopped working

I just downloaded the new version of iTunes and now iTunes and Quicktime wont open at all. When I click on iTunes or when I first turn the computer on, a window pops up that says the iTunes Helper module has stopped working. Then another window pops up right after that says "iTunes has stopped working". It checks for a solution to the problem and then says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." When I try to open QuickTime, it says "Runtime error! Program:C:\Program Files\QuickTime\QuickTime Player.exe This application has requested the RunTime to terminate it in an unusual way." I have Vista which seems to cause problems with the firewall and iTuens, so I turned off the firewall from my security software, switched on the windows firewall, and made sure the settings were right. I even tried doing a System restore to the previous version (same problems) and then tried reinstalling the new version (Still same problems). Anyone have any suggestions?!?!

I have the exact problem you have. I tried deleting (went into program files and deleted the folders ) from my system and reinstalling it. It worked until i rebooted my system, I am still on xp. The restore doesnt help either. It cant be my ipod ( its quiet old!) as it isnt even connected to my system at start up. I think maybe a bug with the new version that will eventually have more and more users affected when they update. I f i find a solution I will post asap... good luck

Skype has stopped working message on Android Table

I have the RealPad with Ardriod 4.4.2 version OS. I got the above message this morning when I tried to use Skype. I did an uninstall and re-install from Google Play Store and still recieve the same message that Skype has stopped working. Is there an issue with Android devices. I have contacted RealPad and they have recieved at least 2 other phone calls about this problem as of 7:00 AM MST. Please advise.
