I'm freaking out because someone got my account info and spent $400!!! My bank account is froze and i have no money because iTunes took it!!! No one has responded from my email!!!
Call your credit card company FIRST and put a hold on your card. Then tell them the situation and they will help you solve the issue.

Hello, someone stole my sons IPhone today in his gym class. I have the "find my iphone app" on my phone BUT he is not a listed device. I went into his itunes account and downloaded the "find my iphone app" app under his account. When I try to log into "find my iphone" under his name on my device I get an error msg involving icloud......he is MUCH better at this stuff then I am BUT he is in school and now I need to figure out how to use the "find my iphone app". PLEASE HELP
It doesn't matter whick account you use to download the app.
You have to sign into the app (or iCloud.com from a web browser on your computer) with his Apple ID & password.
Find My iPhone will only work if it was enabled in the iCloud settings on the device and it was powered on with a connection to the internet -

I authorized a second computer on my iTunes account and tried to get my first computer's library on my second computer via the Cloud. Many of the songs only partially downloaded, and I am having a hard time getting rid of the library with the partial downloads (so I can get full songs). I am considering nuking the current iTunes on the second computer and re-installing, giving myself a clean slate to work with. Is this the right way to go?

Help, I have two Itunes accounts, and one ipod.
I downloaded Itunes on a friends computer and purchased a bunch if songs. When I tried to get my tunes onto my laptop, the message came up "the owners I-pod is linked to another itunes library. Do you want to change it (or something like that)?" The problem is that i've bought all of these songs but they don't show up when I hook the ipod up to my laptop. I even deleted the Itunes and ipod from my friends computer. I still cannot put the songs into my library without erasing them. How can I get my songs back onto my my laptop without having to purchase them again?
Ipod nano Windows 2000You need to switch your iPod to manual update so you can safely connect it without having your existing library erased. When you connect your iPod you will get a message that your iPod is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press *No*. Pressing "Yes" will irretrievably remove all songs from your iPod. Your iPod should appear in the iTunes source list from where you can change the update setting to manual.
You can use a keyboard command to prevent your iPod auto-syncing with iTunes. While connecting the iPod to the computer on Windows hold down the Shift + Ctrl keys (on a Mac hold down the Option and Command (⌥ and ⌘) keys). This will stop the iPod from auto-syncing with iTunes and the iPod will appear in the source list. Wait until you are sure the iPod has mounted, and that it will not auto sync and then you can let the keys go. This may take between 20 to 30 seconds depending on your computer. Then go to Preferences>iPod and check the "Manually manage songs and playlists" box: Managing Your Songs Manually

Someone hacked into my account and used up my credit of $50
I received an email that someone made a purchase using a device that was not associated with my account. Then I see that someone bought a game for $49.99, using up my $50 credit from a gift card. I changed my password. Do I need to do something more? I contacted apple about a refund but have not heard back yet.

Can i get my money back after someone hacked into my account and bought something with it?
I got an email telling me that someone in another country used my Appstore account to purchase something. I checked my bank statement to see if this was a hoax message but it is true as I can see the same amount from the same country withdrawn from my bank account.
I changed my Apple ID password afterwards, but is there anything I can do/that Apple can do to get the money back that was stolen from me?Your best bet is to work with your bank to get them to reverse the charges by filing a fraud complaint.
