Help - someone sent me an invoice, but it only appeared on my phone as a text, for some reason. I am unable to pay that way, and when I log into Paypal on my computer I can't find the invoice.

I also had to get the email address from my seller and then forward them the money, which looked bad because Paypal didn't report to them how much I forwarded, they just took their cut out of it and sent the seller the rest. I rang Paypal yesterday about this, and was on hold for an hour, only to be told that "Your seller didn't invoice you correctly". !?!?! WHAT THE !?!?! So I was notified by SMS by Paypal, by email from Paypal, and by my Paypal app on my phone, that my seller had invoiced me and how much my seller had invoiced me for, and I was given links to 'just click and pay' in all notifications, which I did click on, and in every case the links just took me to my account where there was no trace of the invoice. So they asked me to get my seller to send the invoice again, which I did...and again I was notified in all the same ways, but there was no invoice yet again. If Paypal had said "Look, we're having trouble with invoicing at the moment. We're sorry, but please get your seller's email address and send it to them that way until we fix it."...then I would have been entirely sympathetic to them. But blaming the seller?!?!...the person who they will be charging for the 'service' of this transaction?!?!?! I feel bad because it was my idea to do this by Paypal to start with. And there has been no help offered here in this thread either.Paypal really has a lot to learn about customer service.

A response I put together from another post. Also going into iTunes and choosing to sync phone to iCloud then back "this computer" sometimes works.
First thing.. Stop where you are. Don't try to sync, update, hard reset, iCloud... Just stop.
Check on your phone under 'SETTINGS' 'GENERAL' USAGE'. It should show some value for PHOTOSTREAM. Also, connect to iTunes and you will notice at the bottom of your phones summary page that there is a large amount of 'OTHER' data.
I used third party software called iExplorer (formerly iPhone explorer). In this program you select 'MEDIA FOLDER', then 'DCIM'. In the various apple folders (IE: 101APPLE) you should be able to preview your photos and copy them to your desktop.
From there sync them back to your device through iTunes or whatever method you use.
There is a simpler solution I'm sure, which may involve using iExplorer to delete some .plist files then restart the phone and let it rebuild. I'm going to try it myself AFTER I've finished copying all the photos to my MAC

I have succesfully created a ringtone on my itunes but it doesnt appear on my phones ringtones

when i connect my phone onto itunes it shows that i have synced my ringtone to my phone but it doesnt appear on my phone.

Most confusing that iTunes ask security questions when I try to bay some Apps. ID and password is ok, but I got to awnser som questions. And I´m not 100% sure of the awnsers. So I marked "forgot ....." And get an Email to confirm my ID. So far so good... I confirme that and got a new mail saying, we are sending information to help you solve this..
But I haven´t recive any mait regarding that.
What to do?

Thanks for the question. I understand you wish to reset your security questions, and it sounds like you've done everything correctly. One detail to remember is that the Security Question reset email is sent to your Rescue Email Address, not the primary email address. You may want to check any alternate email addresses you own for this email. The following article provides more information:

What do you mean 'cant get the music that is in my music lib' ?
If you mean that it's on your computer's iTunes library then connect your device to your computer and select it on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (you can enable the sidebar via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC) and then use the Music tab on the right-hand side of the iTunes screen to select and sync your music to the device.
If it's an iOS device, then depending upon what country that you are in then you might also be able to redownload some/all of your past iTunes music purchases via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on it

Help, I have a 1GB nano, but It only lets me fit 300MB of songs on it.

How do you get iMessages sent to your e-mail address only and not your phone number?

I want to send messages using my texts as well as iMessages to my girlfriend, she has a iPhone 3GS (I have iPhone 4) but i can't receive her texts when my internet is off, and only get her iMessages when I have turned my internet on. Is there something both of us have done or one of us?

Sorry about the confusion. What I actually meant was:
In Firefox you could use a method supported by the particular site like drag-and-drop from the desktop/folder into the webpage, use a button on the page to open/browse/upload an image/file etc.
But this error (send error) "1file can't be sent" seems to be related to the email site's service. The email site's support/forum could be helpful. You could also try to inform them about the error if they provide a contact channel.
You could also check the email site's help pages for information related to attachment size limits, and image type restrictions.

Site created on iWeb '08, but now only appears online, NOT in iWeb

I created a site on iWeb 08 and published it to web.me.com and to a folder (just in case!)
The site's currently viewable online, BUT now it's not in iWeb as one of my sites, so I can't make changes.
Anyone know if I can drag the site back into iWeb?

Welcome to the discussions. No, you can't drag the published site back into iWeb — only iWeb's Domain file can be opened in iWeb. See this Apple doc on How to back up MobileMe data. It says:
Any websites you have published with iWeb should still be available within iWeb. iWeb stores everything in a Domain file, normally located in the ~/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder (although it can be moved). If you no longer have this file, you can view your currently published pages and manually recreate them within iWeb, but there is no way to import published pages back into iWeb. You can manually back up the Domain file, or use Backup to back it up.

If you go to Settings then iCloud, you should see "Storage" which will show you how much iCloud storage you now have. But to reinforce the point previously made, it's iCloud storage you've increased. You cannot increase the storage space on the actual phone.

FF will load but website only appears when scrolling over icon. How do I bring to full screen, clicking will not work and max will not work

FF shows that it is loaded but the website will not come onto the screen. When I put the mouse on the icon, the website is there, apparently to be opened. I click on it, screen flickers and nothing but still showing on icon. I right click, select maximum, and nothing. I was on 3.6.15, upgraded to 3.6.16 and not to 3.4. OK, I found a way to do this. Might not be the best way, but it turns out that I can put a addEventListener(MouseEvent.MOUSE_UP, gottaMouseUp) in the calling class, add a public variable in the button class that lets me know if the correct button has been clicked, and use that in the calling class to decide which button was clicked. I knew it was something simple like that....

I added a theme, but it only appears in the toolbar, not the entire screen (new tab page). How can i get the entire theme to show (fullecreen)?

You cannot retrieve ringtone for free. You need to buy again if you forget to transfer the ringtone from iPhone to computer iTunes.
