Help something is not right!!!! Please email me!

I have tried to connect my ipod, with a standard ipod cable, to my tv and the picture is in black and white and the picture continuously rolls. I have tried different tv's and even a different cable but no luck. What am I doing wrong? Settings are all set properly. Help!

Along with the advice you have been given before me, I also hope this is helpful and does not frustrate you.
I recieved my iPod Video for x-mas, and of course like any techie I needed to put everything to the test.
Like you I did not want to pay such an outrageous price just for AV cables, so I went to the nearest RadioShack store (not to much cheaper right?).
Well I got the nearest tv and with anticipation I plugged my (gold tip btw, only da best for my iPod! lol), AV cables out (from the headphone jack), into the Video port of my TV. Can I tell you how frustrated I became when all I got was a black window? Color me confused (sound so nerdy now...), but I was just about done trying.
Do you know what worked for me (and I am hoping it does for you too), I swapped the Yellow (Video Port), with the Red (Left Audio - or is it right, who cares by this point), and voila! It worked, I could now see the movies, videos, photos from my iPod Video on my TV (if you need also help w/the settings I can tell you what I have on mine).

Whenever I open itunes in my ipad a message comes "cannot connect to iTunes Store"...help to get it right please, I have the new I pad and I was able to connect to iTunes before,and I use 3 g network..there is no network problem for sure because I could use safari and App Store perfectly...

Make sure cellular data is turned on..I checked and it was on
Tap Settings > General > Cellular
Switch Enable 3G to off then back on.
Same for Wi Fi. Tap Settings > Wi-Fi. Switch off then back on.'
Then restart the device.

Help! Missing notes! Please read

HELP PLEASE.
I did my summer homework assignment on the notes app On my iPhone. One I synced it my notes were gone. Anyway to recover them because I really don't feel like redoing the assignment and it's ******* me off. Please respond. I'll greatly appreciate it.

Do you have a mac? Because i know that in itunes there is an option for you to sync your notes to your computer so it could be the case that you can find the note in your email.

Ipod nano sound not right - please help!

Hi, I got an ipod nano for my birthday today, followed the instructions and loaded it all in, loaded all my CD's into itunes, loaded them all onto the nano, but when I finally came to listen to my songs, the sound is all weird. The vocals are very quiet and out of sync with the music, and the music sounds 'distorted'. Any ideas?? All help greatly received, I'm so sad!

Welcome to the Apple Discussion Boards. I assume as this is your first post that you have not used Macs or iTunes before. Have you listened to your music within iTunes on your computer? Does it sound OK there?
As a first step, I would check your settings in iTunes. Go to Preferences/Advanced/Importing and be sure the setting are at least 160kbs (High Quality).

Help needed: can not setup personal email account

I just got a new BB8900 without a data plan. I tried to setup my gmail account througn setup wizard-> email setup, but in this window,I only see the option of " i want to usa a work email with blackberry Enterprise server", but I don't see" I want to create or add an email address".
I am not sure whether I did somthing wrong when I first turn on the phone, but now I don't know how to setup a personal account.

To be able to use integrated emails, internet, and other things, you need The Blackberry Data Plan...even a generic data plan does not give you everything. Without any data plan, well...
If you want services, you should contact your carrier to enable the services that you desire.

Can someone help with 'itunes not responding' (please)

Hi, hope some (cleverer than I) person can help. I have a nano - working off laptop with XP home. I upgraded to latest itunes and now whenever I start itunes it freezes and if I open task manager it shows itunes as 'not responding'. I have reset the nano and ensured it has latest operating software on board. I have even got rid of all music files from laptop. I have tried (several times) removing itunes completely (including those files that do not get deleted by a standard 'undelete') and still this problem persists. It all worked fine prior to this ******* latest itunes download ****. Why are apple such greedy tossers? Please help if you can I am so ****** off.

Dont know if this will help or not do you have norton security. if so follow this
have found a solution that works for me with windows XP. First restart the computer and don't start up itunes. Open Norton Internet Security and click on Status and Settings. Then click on personal firewall and then click on Configure, and click on the Programs tab. Scroll through the list of programs until you have goten to Apple itunes. Change the interntet Access to Permit All. Once you have saved these settings start up itunes. That worked for me. Please tell me if this helps anyone.

I know very little about Imac, but I am becoming increasingly concerned that something is not right with mine

Dear All,
I'm rather new to all this so please excuse any bad forum etiquette. I have been noticing recently that I seem to be having less control over my Imac (purchased 2012). I'm assuming I have a virus and as much as it pains me to say it I think its been done by someone I know.
Please could someone have a look at these screen shots and give me your thoughts, It would be a great help as I dont really know where to start with all of this.

That window is your backup scripts - there is no reason for you to open or amend them, and doing so might screw things up. It looks like the app is AppleScript Editor - quit that app from the dock (force quit if necessary by holding down the option key while you click the dock icon and click Quit)
That entry in Console looks like either you tried to FaceTime or call your friend, or they tried to call you. Yosemite (if that's what you have installed) conflates FaceTime with audio calls, so it could be either.

Oops, maybe it is. Garbled menu headers... I see it now.
It may help if you provide some information regarding OS and iTunes versions.
Have you tried repairing permissions, or anything else? I have experienced this but it has only been a temporary ailment, usually remedied by using disk utility to repair permissions, followed by a restart.

Something is not right

When I call 611 and takes me to prompts it tells me my order was processed and shipped and I will get within 2 business days and press option 2 for tracking # then it tells me there is no order for my line not good

same for most people... I guess they're so backed up they haven't been able to enter it into the system.... *shrugs*

Okay, I think something's wrong with either my ipod or itunes.

As you can see, it says I have 3 GB worth of apps on my ipod. However, I only have 2 apps, each of which are far less than 1 GB each. Why do I have 3 GB of app space filling up my ipod's capacity bar?

Bought the new iPad and it's up and running, itunes and the app store are working well but when I try to open up either FaceTime or messages they won't open and a message appears cannot open try your connection. Help what is not right.

Have just bought the new iPad, everything working fine including iTunes, the app store and iCloud but when I try to log in to both FaceTime and imessage an error message comes up saying it cannot connect and to check my connections. What am I doing wrong.

In-Call Volume:: Something's Not Right Iphone 6+

Hello,
I recently purchased the Iphone 6Plus and whenever someone calls me, it changes their voice, makes them almost robotic. For instance, I called my father and truth be told, it sounded like my dad for about 5 seconds, then all of a sudden his voice was enhanced and it didn't even sound like him. Very robotic. Does anyone know how to fix this?

2 Things you can try:
1. Settings - General - Accessibility turn off noise cancellation
2. Settings - Cellular - turn LTE to Data only
