Help to find ip address that changed password Apple ID on my Iphone
Dear Apple Support,
I have lost my Iphone yesterday, then the thierf reset & used to sign in Apple ID on other device. Could you please help to find IP address that changed password Apple ID and send it to me. It’s useful for me to locate my device.

This is a user to user forum: you aren't talking to Apple here. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com ; click 'See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Apple ID account Security'.
Your images contain your Apple ID and another address; it's a bad idea to publish these in a public forum and I've asked the Hosts to remove them.

The settings displays new id. When I try to update or buy an app on my phone it automatically puts in the dead email address and asks for the password.
Please help! Thanks.Sync with iTunes so you have a backup. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase all content and settings. Restore the unit as New. Reconfigure for your new ID and password. Restore your apps, etc. from backup.

My current email address that is my apple ID is going to be discontinued. I tried to change it to my valid email address but that is my recovery email. Without starting still another email address how can I fix this?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too. -

I decided to change my apple id on my iphone 5 to have a seperate account from the other people in my family. I changed all of the settings to the new id and I can't sync new apps or music to my phone and apps on my phone will not sync to my computer. Please help!!!
If you didn't already do so, authorize your computer for the new ID by opening iTunes and going to Store>Authorize This Computer. Then sync your phone with iTunes.

Yes, I logged in and out of the Ap Store and it is correct on that end. I have signed in on my PC too and connected cell. I am out of tactics to resolve! Please help!If your phone is signed into an old ID and you are trying to change it to an updated version of the old ID, do the following:
Make sure you are signed into iMessage and FaceTime with your current ID. If they are signed into the old ID, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID.
Then temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. (You should not have to verify the old email account so it doesn’t matter if you no longer have access to it.) Now go to Settings>iCloud, turn off Find My iDevice and enter your current password when prompted (even though it prompts you for the password for your old ID). When finished goThen go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out (or Delete Account if you are not running iOS 8) and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in with your current iCloud ID and password (your data will download back to your device). -

If you go to Manage your Apple ID and edit your existing Apple ID to a new email address, then everything will remain in place: https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/
Be sure to delete your iCloud account on any device that it is signed onto first and also sign out of iTunes on those devices!!! Then go into Manage your Apple ID, change and verify the new ID, and then go back into your devices and sign onto iCloud and iTunes with your new ID.

How do you change the Apple ID for my iPhone 4. I am able to access my iTunes account using my new ID and password on my computer; however, my iphone has a different Apple ID and I do not have cannot access iTunes on this phone.
Also, if you have iCloud, you will probably also want to change the iCloud account on the phone to be yours:
Settings>iCloud - if Account is not yours, go to the bottom and Delete Account. Then sign back on with your iCloud account info.

Hi ive had 2 iphone 4's under the same apple id for the past yr. One phone is my fathers and the other phone is mine. I want to create an apple id for my dad and change his apple id on his iphone but keep his contacts and calendars. Can that be done and how do i do it?
Run iTunes, and you can select all the music that is on there and delete it if you wish. Then deauthorize the computer from your account if she won't be playing any of the music you bought on your account (this can be done under the store tab). Then have her sign out of your account on iTunes and then sign into hers. Also have her authorize the computer for her account.

I have successfully changed my apple account using my iphone. Can i now just plug my iphone into my pc using the itunes account in my husbands name (this used to be my apple id too) or do I need to set up a whole new itunes in my name and download all music etc to that from scratch...........i am not very technical so very basic answers would be appreciated!!
