Help to save on iclouds

my iphone5s will not save to icloud. it say that i dont have free space in icloud. i have 10 gb free and i dont save my phootos so i know that i should fit. sorry for the bad english. i have tried to find anwnsers i apples support but i did´t find anything. i had the same problem on my other iphone 4s. my other divices don´t have this problem.

It sounds like you are unable to backup your phone to iCloud becuase of this error message that you do not have enough storage.
I recommend the troubleshooting in the following article to help you resolve this isssue:

Create a smaller backup. Tips for creating a smaller backup:
Select which apps to back up. Include only the apps that contain important data.
Reduce the size of your Camera Roll backup by deleting unwanted photos and videos before backing up. Optionally save the photos and videos to your computer before deleting them.
Turn off backup for Camera Roll, especially if you already back up your Camera Roll to your computer.(Your iCloud Photo Stream is not a backup of your Camera Roll.)
Delete old messages from your device, especially messages with attachments. To delete a message, swipe over it, then tap Delete.
Delete items that you no longer need from iCloud, optionally saving them to your computer before deleting them. For example, you can:
Delete old backups, such as backups for devices you no longer have.
Delete app data or documents.
Delete old email messages, especially messages with attachments

cannot logon to my iCloud account on iPhone but have no problem logging on mac, so username+password is ok. Get the above error message.

If I tap "Sign In" again I get a message saying " '[email protected]' is Already Added. This iCloud account has already been added to your iPhone". If I go back to Settings and then go into iCloud again it's not set up and appears as I stated at the beginning of this paragraph.
Nothing works and the sync does not occur. Contacts are empty and Calendar has no entries.

I finally got my iphone out of recovery mode, after 7.1.1 but now it won't accept my Icloud info and states "An error occrured while trying to save the Icloud account?" What do I do????

I'm assuming you have Photo Stream set up of both devices. However, it seems many users are experiencing the same as you - my take is that streaming photos is not foolproof yet.

The Store who originally sold the phone can't help you. The iCloud account was set up on the phone by your friend and he has evidently enabled 'Activation Lock', which is designed to make the phone useless if it's stolen.
If a second-hand iOS device has been 'Activation locked' then only the previous owner can unlock it, either by providing you with the account ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices (as he should have done before selling it to you) - please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4515
If you are unable to get him to do this then I'm afraid you will not be able to use the device - there is no other way of unlocking it at all. Apple cannot unlock it for you unless you can provide both proof that you purchased it, and the original owner's receipt.

Help Cannot Save As File

I'm a brand new InDesign user. Have had one class and am expected to do all types of collateral here at work. I've opened files, started designing but when I click Save As, the whole thing freezes up. The only way out is to cancel through the task manager. I have InDesign CS3 running on Microsoft XP. The same thing happens if I try Save As in Photoshop. I am not going to be very effective if I cannot save my work. I am in marketing and not a techie. So if any one could help me without having to know a tremendous amount about program set up it would be greatly appreciated.

How do my boss and I share documents via iCloud? I log in as her to download a Pages doc, edit, then save to iCloud again but it does not save to hers. Even if I'm logged in as her.

This only works if you add her account as your primary accoun on your device and enable syncing "Documents & Data" in "Settings >iCloud".

Auto Save to iCloud

iCloud seams to be working fine on my mac and iphone. How do I set up auto save to iCloud so I can save stuff from Numbers and Pages to access on my iphone?

That is not entirely a bad thing. iCloud is having reliability problems. You should always keep an offline backup of any files in iCloud.

The Cloud is for Apple-purchased items only. To get pdfs across multiple devices, you can email them, sync them through itunes or save to an app like Dropbox (a cloud-based service) and open in iBooks.

I cannot find a document which I think I asked to save to icloud when I didn't have wifi so now only have .folder title and no content (pages document). How do I retrieve content?

Back in September, I typed over a document, duplicated it and renamed duplicate. I think I then clicked save when prompted to save to icloud. At this time I wasn't connected to the internet. Now I cannot find the document but have found a .folder with the same name as the document I created but this folder is empty. Is there any way of retrieving the content of that original document created in Pages?
