Help! Trying to redirect a website currently hosted by 1
Hi
I created a website in iWeb for a friend of mine but I want his old webaddress(currently hosted by a company called 1&1 who's customer support is almost non existent) to redirect to the new iWeb created page.I've tried logging into the control panels of 1&1 but must have entered the wrong info because now it just asks for a user name and password when I type in the URL. I'm not very techy so if anyone could talk me through step by step that would be great.

You can use CNAME forwarding or ordinary web forwarding.
For CNAME enter their domain name into the personal domain name settings under your MMe account. Then go to the DNS settings at 1 and 1 and set up a new CNAME for forward the domain name to web.me.com where the site is published.
If you don't want to use CNAME forwarding because it is under your MMe account, then use masked web forwarding. Go and log into the account at 1 and 1 and then go to the web forwarding section and then mask and forward the domain name to web.me.com/username/sitename and this should then work.

Warn me when a website tries to redirect me blocks
"Warn me websites try to redirect of reload the page" option when checked in firefox 23.0.1 doesn't warn when pages redirect it simply blocks the pages. this is rather frustrating as previously it did work properly and I would get a pop up warning in the yellow ribbon that would tell me it was trying to redirect and give me the option to allow or block.
However it no longer seems to do this as websites that used to work for me no longer do, and I have been informed by the devs of those sites that the problem is the "Warn me when websites try to redirect...." option as their sites work when the box is unchecked, but not when it is checked.
This is rather frustrating because the option was useful previously on unknown sites by warning me with the yellow ribbon and letting me choose whether or not to allow the redirect. It no longer does this. is this a bug or is there some setting I need to change to fix this problem? it happens whenever I do a form submission, in this case it a login or a search on the site. The same problem has happened on other sites as well but not ones I frequent.
I am not seeing a shield or anything. In this particular case I type in search criteria, hit enter and get sent to a blank white page. I have tried turning off the option and the page does work fine when it is turned off as the site devs said it would.
I had not realized this was a feature for persons with disabilities. If that is the case then I should be able to safely turn it off without issue. -
Just downloaded IOS 6 and it disabled my favorite game, Bubblets Tllt. Restarted and no luck. Tried to download new app and it is gone. Tried to download from website off Safari and message it is no longer sold in the US. Please help. Apple owes me for the cost of this app. Plus Google Maps is infinitely better and that the download kicking it off makes me want to buy an android. And I am not alone is resenting this meddling in my right to keep what I originally purchased. What are they thinking?

Some website called MyStart keeps trying to redirect every blank tab I open to its website. I doesn't seem to work, but I get sick of seeing it try anyway, and it worries me because I don't recall giving it permission to do this. I added the SiteBlock plugin and added the URL it's trying to redirect me to on the blacklist, and even though now my new tabs are blank the way they're supposed to be, I still see the URL in the tab heading, so whatever this thing is, its still on my computer or in my browser. But I can't find it anywhere in my add-ons and extensions and such. It's also not in my programs on my computer.

I am trying to edit my website which, was composed on iweb about 2 years ago. I have the website stored on my hard drive. When I open iweb, I can't figure out how to load the website into iweb for editing purposes. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
You need to migrate to a modern, supported webpage development application and leave iWeb behind. It hasn't been supported for 2 years now and was behind the curve feature wise when it was dropped by Apple.
One app that many have migrated to because it is very similar to iWeb in the GUI and features is Everweb. It has a demo version that you can try. Text and photos from you current published site can be copied and pasted into Everweb to help the migration over.
There are other possible candidates. Just search the iWeb forum for "iWeb alternative" or "iWeb replacement" to get a list of topics discussing them. -
I keep getting 'error lander' when trying to access any website
I isolated and deleted a trojan horse virus, but ever since then, when trying to access any website, the tab shows 'error lander' and goes no further. I partitioned my hard drive years ago and can access Firefox/Mozilla on the second partition, but cannot do so on my primary partition, which is where all my data is stored. Help!
Do a clean (re)install:
* Download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
* Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
* Don't remove personal data when uninstalling.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.

I have OSX 10.7 Lion. I set up a separate email account for my wife. All of a sudden when she tries to enter and website from email we get the following error message. JavaScript; The notnull validator has already been loaded. From there we can't seem to go any where. When you hit OK it just keeps appearing and the only way to get out of it is to quit Safai. If you try and got directly to Safari you get the same error message and can't go any further. Please help.

I am trying to add Windows 2008 HV host in SCVMM 2008. While adding host i am getting error message...

I have already done DCOM security modification for my user. I am able to RDP or any file sharing HV host from SCVMM machine. My user is member of local administrator for both the machines.
Before that i have added one Windows 2008 HV (Core) successfully and 2 ESX host in same SCVMM machine.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

is off (I even tried turning it on and configuring program/port access), I've tried with 3 different domain accounts that are a member of the local Administrators group.
The other day I managed to get the host added (don't ask me how) but then all the VM's were in status 'Host not responding' so I couldn't even manage them. So I removed it and now can't get the host added again. I'm using SCVMM 2008 R2 SP1 and the problem
host is Server 2008 R2 SP1 x64.

I was getting this error after I got the host added:
