Help unable to host/join games on network

Question

I am trying to play diablo 2 with my wife and she is unable to conect to my computer i have set my comp to dmz and still nothing forworded all ports needed for diablo 2 to run i have my comp set to auto DHCP i have alwasys had problems with my hardwired comp conecting to the internet after swithching to static ip total i  have 3 comps non can connect to any of the other and i've tried it all

Whats the Model number of your Router? Who is your ISP ?
Are you trying to play the same in the same network. If you have enable the DMZ on your Router for your Computer, Make sure your assign a Static IP to your Computer. If you set your computer to work with DHCP, then your computer IP will keeps on changing. So the best things is to assign a Static IP to your computer.. 
To assign a Static IP to your Computer follow the steps : Click on the Start button >>> Settings >>> Control Panel >>>Network Connections- Right click on the icon for Local area connection and go to properties- On the 'General' tab select 'Internet Protocol TCP/IP' and click on the Properties button- Select 'Use the following IP address'- Provide IP Address - 192.168.1.5, Subnet Mask - 255.255.255.0, Default Gateway - 192.168.1.1- Preferred DNS 192.168.1.1, Alternate DNS - 4.2.2.2 >>Click on Ok button to Save and Click on "Close" on main Properties window.
For your Wife's computer you need to assign a Static IP that is : 192.168.1.20 , Subnet Mask - 255.255.255.0, Default Gateway - 192.168.1.1- Preferred DNS 192.168.1.1, Alternate DNS - 4.2.2.2 >>Click on Ok button to Save and Click on "Close" on main Properties window. And you need to open the Ports on your router for your wife's computer.. 
Once you are done with all the settings on your router and on your computer, I think you both the computers should be able to connect to each other..
