Help!!!Urgent!!! Please!!! Installing CS5.5 master collection programs

I downloaded CS5.5 master collection but didn't install all the programs. What happened to the ones I didn't install? Where can I find them? Can I install them later? Do I have to download the whole collection again? Where is the installer for the rest of the programs? I cannot find the installer. I found a folder "a folder CS5.5 master collection" at the location I provided while downloading, but the folder was empty. Nothing was there. No .app file was found. When I was downloading the programs, I saw an icon on my desktop, but it disappeared when once the download was completed. The icon looked like a disc. I'm using OS X 10.6 system.

yes, I saw that one. However, it shows up as an uninstaller. It seems I can only uninstall things that I have in my system instead of installing programs I don't have.

Another case of not being able to install CS5 Master Collection

I'm running Windows 32 bit and I cannot install CS5 Master Collection. I have tried most of the fixes on this forum with no luck. I can't believe this wasn't thoroughly tested by Adobe. I have been buying Adobe products since the early Photoshop days and I have to say I'm shocked that so many are having this problem, C'mon Adobe we need a fix.

I am running Mac and as I had no problems what so ever I am wondering myself why this is the way it is?
A quick fix is in order.

Can't install CS5 Master Collection

Hi,
I have problems installing the Adobe CS5 Master Collection on my ASUS U80V laptop. When I run the installation, the "initializing installation" window pops up. Sometimes it loads a bit and freezes there, the only way I can get past that is to restart my laptop. If I do manage to proceed past that point and get up to the "installation progress" stage, it just gets stuck at 1%, where it says it's installing "Adobe Dynamiclink Support", and it's calculating the time remaining.
I've turned off firewall and antivirus, tried moving the files to the root of C drive, and I've rebooted my laptop so many times already. I'm still getting either the freeze at the initializing stage or the freeze later at the installing progress page.
I've checked the system requirements with my computer and I should be able to install without any problems. I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64, 4GB DDR2 RAM, Intel Duo T6600, and I have more than enough memory in the HD. I don't know why this is happening, please help!

Try install all .MSI files
If you receive this error:
Go to regedit, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\ Components, find de Key Error, that case, DA42BC89BF25F5BD0AF18C3B9B1A1EE8,
Right click in key, and click in Permissions
Click, Advanced:
Click in ADD
Click Advanced:
Click Find Now, and select de first option, Administrator, and click OK:
Select FullControl, ad clique OK.
And, click APPLY
If receive any questions, click YES.
Do IT for ALL .msi, that you received ERROR.
Done it, install ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS5 normally.

Install CS5 Master Collection using AAMEE and Casper Suite

We have purchased Adobe CS5 Master Collection for Mac with a site license and I would like to use Casper Suite to distribute it. We downloaded the MasterCollection_CS5_LS1.dmg from our account but the AAMEE packager will not recognize the .dmg as a valid installer. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how to create a distribution for Casper? I have read the "Simplifying Adobe CS5 Administration with the Casper Suite" guide and the AAMEE version 2.0.242.0 guide. Do I need to obtain a .pkg file to use with the AAMEE package creator?

Problem solved. I finally realized I needed to extract/drag the Adobe CS5 Master Collection applications from the downloaded .dmg to a folder. Then AAMEE packager program was able to recognize the applications.

I am going to receive my CS5 Master Collection by tomorrow. I am currently running the Trial Version.
Is it better to uninstall all the Trial version, and my older Adobe products, and Start with a Fresh Installation of CS5 Master Collection.

You should be able to simply activate with the serial number. Once you launch, you'll be told that we need to download the protected content and that you'll need to restart. After that, you should be good to go.
If for any reason you have to reinstall after that, remember to deactivate first.

Need to Re-install CS5 Master Collection without CD

I purchased a student edition of CS5 Master Collection in 2010. I backed up my applications, to update my Operating system, but since re-installing the new software, I get an error code: 6. I haven't been able to find the original Master Collection Download CD, to reinstall the software. I still have the Serial #, but is there somewhere else I can re-install the software?

Trying to install CS5 Master Collection onto a macbook pro with no disk drive.

I would like to install my cs5 master collection onto my macbook pro, however it does not have a disk drive...instead, it's an air drive. Does anyone know if there is any way to download these applications without the disks? I attempted to contact customer service, but apparently adobe does not offer customer support for versions below CS6 (which is unbelievable to me). Thanks.

Can't install CS5 Master collection engl Win 7 64- bits

I've downloaded the trial (no problems) and went installing.
After only 3% the installation is shut down (exit code 7) with an impressive error log of 12 fatal errors, 144 errors and 135 warnings.
Am running English (IE) Win7 64-bit (no additioanl language packs installed), quad core 3,23 GHZ, 8 GB RAM, 2* 1024 MB ATI HD5770 graficcards (crossfire enabled) the computer is actually just a few days old, all updates installed. The installation is run as administrator.
I tried installing the Microsoft VC80 and 90 files (in payload) - no result, it did not matter if I just ran the trial installation or provided a license code (genuine).
Any ideas?

Unable to install CS5 Master Collection, No Product Code In Box

Hello,
I purchased my copy of CS5 Master Suite several months ago from Academic Superstore. I did not install it right away because of issues with my laptop(MacBook Pro mid/late 2009). Yesterday I tried to install the software but was unable to. On the outside of the box is a sticker saying that I have to fill out and send in the enclosed educational form to get my serial number. First problem, there is no form inside the packaging. I was able to speak with an Adobe representative today via their support chat and was told to give them the product number and they could give me my serial number. Second problem, there is no product number in the package. I have been looking through all of my paper work trying to find this product number incase I may have inadvertently placed it some place other then with the CS5 packaging, but I doubt it. I feel completly lost here. If anyone should have any idea as to what I should do I would appreciate your help.

There is absolutely nothing anyone here can do. The only advice I have for you is to go through every single thing in the box.
Remove the disks and all the packaging and go through it all.
BTW, you can install it in demo mode and it will run for 30 days without a serial number.

I built a new pc which has no optical drive, making my discs useless. I've tried downloading files 1 and 2 from this link Download CS5 products. When running the application it says, "The downloaded files must be extracted before you can use them.". I click next and get a problem occurred while extracting, try downloading again.
Am I doing something wrong?

Computer setup for CS5 Master Collection do I need more Memory?

HI! I am looking for some big time guidance. My IT dept. installed CS5 Master Collection on my
desktop. I have a hard time rendering and even in the Media Encoder, as it takes forever for it to finish. I'm thinking I'm not even close to what I need in terms of memory, etc. Below is what I have. Any help would be great!
HP 6005 Desktop
Windows XP- Professional x64 Edition. Version 2003 SP2 ( I know Premier won't run on this system, so we have CS4 Premier Pro on it, it's still slow.)
AMD Phenom X4 B95
2.99Ghz
2.75 GB of Ram
149GB capacity on C drive ( I keep all my files on an external 1TB drive). Currently says I have 103GB used and 45.5 Free.

XP64 is unsupported!
You need a new operating system and a boatload more RAM. That's a low end machine and isn't up to the high end tasks.
With Win 7 you might get away with web design work but forget it for video.

Have you tried to manually update the individual programs?
All updates start here and select product, read to see if you need to install updates in number order, or if the updates are cumulative for the individual product http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

PPro and AE not installing in CS5 Master Collection

I was able to finally installl the CS5 Master Collection on my notebook, but I am having a problem with my workstation.
I can install everything except for Premiere Pro and After Effects.
I have a Boxxtech workstation running win7 64bit 8 GB RAM and an nVidia Quadro FX 3600 graphics card.
Following the suggestions made on the above mentioned thread:
Uninstalled any CS      products
Ran Windows Installer      Clean up Utility
Ran WinCS5 Clean up script      (all three options)
Ran msconfig and shut down      all but the basic MS startup processes
Rebooted
Ran WinCS5 Clean up script      (all three options) (again)
Rebooted
Logged on as the      Administrator
Installed CS5
I have tried this three times so far all with the same results: everything except After Effects and Premiere Pro installs.
I get the following details on the errors:

Still can't get it installed.
Based on suggestions I uninstalled CS5 complete, ran the cleaners, rebooted, etc etc, result nothing installed at all
Tried this several time same result.
Went on vacation
Came back followed darkmatters suggestions and voila could install everything...except Premiere Pro and After Effects
I needed to get some work done in the course of which I allowed the installed programs to get updates.
Finished the work I absolutedly needed to do and went back to try and install AE and PPro. No joy.
Help!!?? Please!
