we have protests to blackberry company.many people in iran buy blackberry products like smartphones and tablets,but after 1 week or 2 they want to sell their products because they can not use them,and thats why blackberry company boycott iran and close all ways for us,even we cant active our phones or download apps from app world,
we demand from blackberry to open ways for us and remove the boycott.please if u can help us so help us.because we love blackberry and we want to enjoy from our products,

Hi :) i need serious help! apparently, my country (Iran) isn't I'm the provided list of countries when i want to complete my Apple ID info, and since it's incomplete Apple Store and iTunes keep telling me i need to review my account and can't use it

Okay, so here is the problem:
Since my account information is incomplete cause Iran isn't a country in the list (!!!) I am not able to add my address or anything and so I can't use neither App Store nor iTunes cuz they keeps telling me to review my info and i can't so they won't work and I'm literally stuck because what can i do without them!!

that's true and I'm fully aware of it, but the thing is that I'm not asking for company's support inside the country! I just need to be able to register thoroughly so i can download apps and buy music...it's an issue which could be fixed online! Apple has so many customers here in Iran and this is the least help the company can provide those who have paid them, but are not able to receive any support from the company, currently, in their own country.
At every store around the corner here in Iran i can make a fake Apple ID, that would work, only with the help of a teenager. But i thought it would be much better if the problem could be solved from the root. i really think this should be discussed by those in charge

How to reset your Apple ID security questions.
Go to appleid.apple.com, click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.

Go to the Password & Security section on the left side, and click on the link underneath the security questions that says 'Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to [email]'.

I read this to say that the phone is not jailbroken and the OP does not want to jailbreak it.
The only way to unlock it is to contact the carrier it is locked to, and ask them to unlock it.
You are also in the unfortunate position that the iPhone is not supported in Iran due to the international embargo.

The 1009 error is normally associated with a blocked country. There are a list of countries that Apple is not allowed to sell their software to due to US restrictions. Iran and Syria come to mind but I believe there are about a dozen.

If you've forgotten your answers, there should be a link just under the security questions fields where you can have a reset email sent to your Rescue email address. If the link for the email doesn't appear, as can happen if you didn't set a rescue email address or (apparently) have a .Mac email address, see the user tip created by Kappy, another user here, on how to proceed:

Note that Apple has not yet released any of their producst in Iran - in fact until recently they were prohibited by US law from doing so. They have no iTunes Store in Iran and you are not allowed to use another country's iTunes Store from outside of that country, so Apple Support may not be able to do anything to help you.

Account Help. Can't use Apple ID

Hello.
I am in a complete shambles over my Apple ID account as such I can no longer login to the community using it and had to create this account just to ask for help.
Ok so my main issue is I login using my normal ID that I use on everything and that I normally use on these communities. But as I login it asks me to re-login for security and set my username. Which is odd as I have already done this once. As I choose my name it states that I can't use that email as its already in use.
This is where I get stuck. I am trying to login to the account that is using that email but it says I can't as it is in use yet won't let me use it. I cannot physically get past that barrier and use the account that says its in use.
What am I doing wrong? Why am I locked out of my account?
