Help! Vimax ***** enlargement ads!

Question

I realize that there is another post with this same problem but I have a newer model computer and cannot figure out how to do it on mine. Basically I have ads for vimax (which enlarges a certain body part) appearing on basically every page I open in safari. i have run the trojan horse application suggested in the other post but it did not work there is another suggestion about changing my TCP/IP which is what I am trying to do now. here is what I posted in that forum but it seems that everybody who was talking there has moved on!
I found my TCP/IP tool under System Preferences > Network > Advanced >TCP/IP but I am not sure where to paste the DNS servers. Here is a screen shot of what this area looks like on my computer: /Users/katiebreece/Desktop/Picture 1.png What should I do from here? Thanks!
The original suggestion was:
Reinstalling Mac OS X will not solve the problem, as it's not with anything in OS X. If you have no Trojan Horse, then it would seem your ISP is doing this. So try this:
Open System Preferences > Network > Configure > TCP/IP and paste these two DNS servers into that field:
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220
click Apply Now and quit System Preferences. Then restart Safari and see if the problem continues.

Can anyone help me figure out how to get to that point from where I am? Thanks! Oh I also have wifi if that makes any difference.

This is not a direct answer to your question but rather I wanted to let you know that you can not post a direct screen shot from your computer into discussions. You must first upload the screenshot to an online storage site (such as PhotoBucket etc.) and then post the link to it here.
