HELP! "We are unable to activate -"

Been using photoshop cs5.1 forever and I just updated my Mac to OS X 10.8.5 and now it won't open, saying it needs to be activated and i am not connected to internet WHICH I AM… I've tried everything please help!
I uninstalled and re installed.. it worked for 5 minutes then went back to this. I also checked clock settings.
THIS IS THE ERROR MESSAGE I GET
host file looks like this.. i know how to edit it if needed but don't know what to change it to.
What can i do? Please help! HAVE A TON OF CHRISTMAS photos that need editing FAST =[

In general, I’d guess there might be a firewall or some security software blocking access to Adobe’s servers, though it could be something wrong with the servers, themselves, or the internet in between you and the servers.

    If the phone was NOT unlocked, it can't work or be activated with any other carrier than AT&T.  It CAN'T be used with Tigo or Movistar.

    I too had the same issue and tried all the steps mentioned in the above document. But it failed. I contacted my IT guy who informed that there is no firewall enabled in the modem. I'm using a home pc.
    Lately, I contacted your support team who performed the same steps again and did not resolve the issue. Finally one guy said do something called selective startup on my Windows 7. I'm uneasy with this. He said that it is a part of their troubleshooting steps and can enable them back. I said okay and did it which did not resolve this issue. At last he said to create a new admin account!!! I was not at all satisfied with this resolution but yes I did and it did work! But I'm greatly confused. What could have been the issue? I don't want to create a new account everytime I face this issue. So any possible reasons other than which are mentioned in the document?

    CS6 perpetual Mac is version 13.0.6 Windows is version 13.0.1.3 Subscription cloud version is 13.1.2.  If you have a cloud subscription and a perpetual licence you would not be able to have both version install at the same time on same machine. What does your Creative Cloud desktop application show and if you start CS6 if the flash screen shows or you can get to menu Help>About Photoshop what version i shown 13.0.6  or 13.0.1.3 or 13.1.2?

    Hi guys, I tried to enroll in the iPhone Developer program, but I got this message when trying to activate it via the link in my email.
    We are unable to activate your Apple Developer Program membership because we are unable to successfully verify your identity. Please contact us and reference Enrollment ID# ******** for further assistance.
    Apparently according to the member centre "Your credit card and enrollment information do not match."
    This doesn't make much sense to me as the only difference is that my name on the credit card is all in caps, while my enrolment name isn't!
    Any ideas?

    Generally this is a sign that the iPhone had previously been
    hacked/modified/jailbroken and the update relocked it to the
    original wireless carrier. If this is the case, only that wireless
    carrier can unlock your iPhone. You must contact them to see
    if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.
    Where did you acquire this iPhone?
    What wireless carrier did you use before this problem?
    Does the app Cydia appear on your iPhone?
    What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>About=>Carrier?

    That message usually indicates that your phone was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it.
    Then when you updated your phone it locked back up to the original carrier.

    I am MARIOCANFLY, I made a new apple id for my father and reguest again. Before I purchased, I clicked the code which I used before to activite my Apple Developer Program membership but I login with my new id and  I successed.
    The reason that I fail before is that I used my own apple id , and I was only 15-year-old,  so I couldn't get in.

    Delete all the DS and try creating from starting, to export DS, with correct selections, and then Activate the Transfer Structure..
