HELP !!! What do I do now ????
After downloading updates, wanted to sync itouch. Screen shows i-tunes logo (cd with music notes), and usb cable. Does nothing !!!! Have turned it on and off with no results. Can't do anything else. What do I do now?????
I've got the same problem. To make matters worse, I can't even connect it to my computer, because ITunes tells me "The Ipod is locked with a passcode, you must first enter the passcode on the device..." or some such jargon, which is useless, since I CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH MY IPOD. I'll tell you what we do. We buy a Zune, and let Apple finally die. I have always loved apple products, but the absolute lack of support on this issue has made me 'switch teams' as it were.

With your phone plugged in, open Image Capture and see if the iPhone shows up. If not, you are having a sync problem. If it shows up in Image Capture, but not iTunes, I'd delete iTunes and reinstall it.

i have an ipod touch and it is disabled cause my cousin changed the password and forgot what it is so now it is stuck .. i connected it to the itunes but still the keypad didnt appear and couldnt remember the password.. anyone can help me ?
Place the iPod in Recovery Mode and restore via iTunes.

Whats my next move as I CANNOT use the ipas at the moment!!!!!!!!Your iPhone's iOS must be same or newer than the one in backups. In your case it is older so you need to update your iPhone and then recover it with backup.

i am using 10.7.5 lion there are a lot of problems in this OS.
like most of the programs quit's unexpectedly. some programs does not work on it. like adobe cs5 is not working. everytime time when i do click on adobe cs 5 icon it shows a message "To open “Adobe Photoshop CS5,” you need to install a Java SE 6 runtime, but you are not connected to the Internet.To install a Java SE 6 runtime later, open “Adobe Photoshop CS5” again" while i always remain connected on the net.
2. when ever i insert an avi or mpeg video disk it shows the file format not recognized. to **** with this macbook pro n its 10.7.5 lion. the same disk works/runs on windows on windows systems.

[email protected]it sounds like a fualty installation of Lion, this may happen from time to time.
The best thing to do in this situation is to reinstall Lion. You will not loose anything doing this, but you should always keep back ups of your information.

basically hold Cmd+R on boot..
first go to disk utility, verify and repair your disks and permissions. Exit out of Disk utility and then go directly to "reinstall Lion"
choose that and let it reinstall.
Adobe CS6 does need Java to run.
To play your movies you might need to get an application called VLC. VLC is a free app and will play most videos and music files you throw into it.

I tried to update a few apps from my iPhone, and to install new applications from APPSTORE. But i got a message :" Your Apple ID has been disabled"!!!!!!
What can i do now? Can you help me please?
The same thing happend with my IPAD....
How can i do to function all this in the same way which was working till this problem appears.

Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -
I have Iphone 4s on iso 6.1.3 I have tried to Update it to Iso 7.0.4 but the phone stuck on Recovery mode and now i cant update it or restore it to the old iso so please help what i should do?

Contact the original owner, and ask them to remove the device from their icloud.

Quit Creative Cloud desktop application .
Launch Photoshop cc 2014 application from C: > Program Files > Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 .
Once launched , click on Help menu in Photoshop cc 2014 and select Updates option .
It should update.
If Mac:
Quit Creative Cloud desktop application .
Launch Photoshop cc 2014 application from Applications folder:
Once launched , click on Help menu in Photoshop cc 2014 and select Updates option .
Let me know if you face any error .
Error 49 occurs while updating the application , when Creative Cloud app does not have reference / Access to installed CC app, so that it can apply updates for the same .
You can try to update from CC app like Photoshop itself and check. -

The first time an iPhone is connected to iTunes that is used to sync with another iPhone or iOS device, you are prompted to transfer the backup for the other iPhone or iOS device or to set up the iPhone as a new iPhone.
The former does as provided - it transfers the backup for the other iPhone or iOS device to the iPhone replacing all data on the iPhone that is included with the backup being transferred. The latter does nothing allowing you to make your various selections for the iPhone sync preferences with iTunes.
This is designed to be done right away with a new iPhone.
If you don't have a backup for the iPhone with iTunes on your computer and don't have an iCloud backup that hasn't been updated since choosing to transfer the backup for your iPod Touch to the iPhone, the data that was on the iPhone is gone. -
