Help  What free trial will eable me to edit a PDF

I need to edit a PDF what free trial will work.  Tried to download three times and keeps saying 30 days expired.

As George as suggested, the answer is sort of maybe, though you should not expect perfection. The OCR is not perfect (almost no OCR products are, unless you pay a lot of money possibly). You should always edit the original document and not try to do it from a scan if at all possible. The OCR is step to trying to recreate the original document, but there will always be manual steps involved.

  • 30 Day Free Trial Will Not Work on Vista

Anyone have any suggestions? I would like to try out
Dreamweaver (I am a GoLive CS2 lover) and have downloaded
Dreamweaver twice and loaded it twice and cannot get the 30 day
    free trial to load.
I get an error on start up that says Adobe cannot open the 30
day free trial, please try restarting your computer or loading the
software again. I have tried this numerous times.
Adobe can't you give me a dummy license so I can check this
out or send me a comped CD?
Customer services on the phone sent me here for some queer
    reason.

When you start the file you downloaded, have you tried right
    clicking on it
    and starting it as Administrator?

  • Skype didn't work with free trial, will it work if...

I tried a skype free trial once, it was like a dollar free, and couldn't call anyone. I'd like to use skype, specially since these days it seems there is way less delay. But i don't wanna buy service if its not gonna work for me. Last time i would call numbers but people wouldn't get the call, so i gave up. Could i get a free trial again? It's been awhile and i was using a different OS at the time so i'd like to try it again.

I didn't work for me as well. It's a shame. Skype offering something that doesn't work.
I paid the "free", tried to make a call to a cell phone in another country and...bang! 20 cents per minute.

  • Aperture free trial - later purchase of student edition

I want to get going with Aperture right away because I have little patience. I will be picking up the student edition next week, but wondered if I download the free trial if I can just enter the SN later?

yes you can.... i have the student edition and when i bought a new MBP i ran the migration assistant to migrate all my programs and files to the new laptop.
when i started Aperture is was the trial version which i thought was weird since i was using the full academic version on my old mac, but it saw my library and loaded it... anyway i then just put in my serial number from the academic version and it unlocked it/registered
you'll have the install disc when you buy the academic version anyway so you'll be covered either way.

  • Help! adobe acrobat X pro. Cannot edit a pdf.

help! I have adobe acrobat X pro. Cannot edit a pdf. watched videos, followed directions, nothing. Tried tools, edit document text, recognize text, then tried even to change font, nothing.

What are you actually trying to do? Don't forget that Acrobat is not really an editor, but provides some tools to allow minor edits. If the file has security set, you may no be able to do anything.

  • I have a mac osx 10.6.8 and would like to know what free trial version of photoshop would be compatible?

I would like to know what recommendations people have for poster software?  I have a mac osx 10.6.8 and would like to know if there are any versions of photoshop that would be suitable.
    Any help appreciated.  Thanks.

I wouldn't use Photoshop to make posters, though of course I'd use it with the photos that are part of the poster. For text work I'd use Illustrator or InDesign as appropriate.

  • Help with only allowing someone to fill or edit a pdf form twice

I need to make a pdf form. This form I would like the customer to only be able to fill it out and save it one time. No printing. The form will be on a usb drive. I then need the same thing but be able to fill or edit the form twice and five times. But still no printing at all. I need to sell a package that would allow me to unlock the file if the customer pays for an upgrade of 1, 2 or 5 more times to edit the file. Is there a way to do this???? Any help would be great.. Please and thank you.

  • Free Trial help

I downloaded Adobe for the free trial but it doesn't seem fully functional.  I can't convert any PDF to Word.  What am I missing?

What free trial did you download?
There are two potential products. One of them is Adobe Reader (this forum is for that product) that has no trial period. It's free. The other is Adobe Acrobat which DOES have a trial and creates PDF's.
If I were to guess, I would say that you downloaded Reader but really wanted the Acrobat Trial?
