Help...what is error 2330??

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I havent logged into my itunes for awahile. And now when I try to go to my itunes, I cant seem to get in. Its also telling me that I have an error 2330.
I also tried deleting my itunes and then reinstalling it, but again it tells me that I still have that error 2330. I even tried deleting all the file individually. And their were 2 files that I could delete were "ko.lproj" and I forgot what the other file name was called.
Can anyone please help me out? I would greatly appreciate it. Oh one more thing, sorry im kinda computer illiterate (sp?), so you might have to walk me throught it step by step.

I scrolled around in this site and I saw some alot of people had the same problems as I did. But to go into the details that im running into....I just did that diagnostic test (or what ever you call it), and it says that I had a problem with my "NTFS" file. And it did an automatic fix. So then I tried to install itunnes once again. And it still runs into the same problem. it says...
error writing file:
D:\iTunes:Resources\ko.lproj\APPLE TV Help.chm.
Verify that you have accessto that directory
So then I tried getting into the file and its asking me to format the drive. So I say yes. And then it tells me that I am not able to format the drive.
So again, if any of you can give me any advice on how to solve this problem, I would greatly appreciate it. Once again Thanks in advance

Error 2330 on Itunes 8 install on vista log attatched... I need some help

I can't tell if this is quicktime or itunes, but I really could use some help here. I think I have spent 10 hours trying various fixes on this. Does anyone know of a fix?

I can't make sense of all that, there seem to be several things going on.
What error to you get from the installer itself rather than the event viewer?
In general, 2330 errors can be due to filing system problems so, a good start would be to run a disk check.
Then try again if it finds errors.
If it still doesn't work try the general install troubleshooting in this article:

It would help if you say what you have tried and what the results were if you have been working on this for some time.

If the file was not originally from iTunes, you'll need to redownload it from it's original source or rerip it from the CD. Files can sometimes go bad and become corrupted. As to how or why that happens, there are a number of ways.
What format are the problematic tracks in? Have you tried converting them to another format in iTunes?

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.
XP instructions in the following document: How to perform disk error checking in Windows XP
Vista instructions in the following document: Check your hard disk for errors
Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

See this support document Resolve iOS update and restore errors - Apple Support, but an error 16 is usually a hardware error. I will also ask the hosts to edit your personal information about the phone. You should not post this on a public forum.

Today I tried to get on iTunes and out of nowhere a box popped up that says "Please wait while Windows configures iTunes" (I may have agreed to upgrade it the night before, I'm not sure). It looked like the process was running smoothly but then a box popped up that said it couldn't find C:/Program/iTunes/iTunes.Resources/nl.lproh/iPhoneHelp.nib. I tried uninstalling iTunes but then error 2330 popped up. I tried re-downloading iTunes and then installing it but Windows says that an error occurred during installation. Now when i try opening iTunes it says the following:
"The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:/Program/iTunes/iTunes.Resources/nl.lproj/HomeSharingPlacard.nib. The installation cannot continue. Log on as administrator or contact your system administrator."
I'm so confused, I know this is a lot to read lol. Can anybody help me out with this?

That's probably disk/file damage causing that, Scarlet. (Is there a Rutgers connection to that alias?)
Try running a disk check over your C drive, as per the instructions in the following document. Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors.

Does the disk check find/repair any damage? If so, try launching iTunes again. Does the repair install go through properly this time?
