Help! When I set Colunm_header_visible=off(web item), I can't see new line

Please help!
When I set COLUMN_HEADER_VISIBLE = OFF for Web Analysis item I can't see new line for input ready form. What should I do to fix this problem?

I had deployed a composite in weblogic 10.3 from Jdeveloper 11.1.1.6.I am grtting this error.

I think I have already provided you a reference on this error earlier -
SOA-20001: Message Router for {0} is not able to process messages.
Login to SOA EM console and "Start up" and "Activate" your composite (default/EBIZ_Sync_SummaryOrders!2.0). You may refer section "7.4.2 Managing the State of an Application from the SOA Composite Application Home Page" at -

Apple doesn't have any built-in ad blocking components in teh OS or in Safari...so what ad blocking program or Safari extension are you using? It should have the ability for you to change its settings.

The message requesting that you download Adobe Flash Player takes you to Flash Player requiring an Intel processor. Doesn't work on a PowerPC processor. I found a hack, installed it & it works with Firefox, TenFourFox & Safari.
Download this http://www.steelbin.com/FPforFBPPC.zip to your desktop, unzip it, and replace the current Flash Player plug-in which is in your main/Library/Internet Plug-Ins folder, (not the user Library). Save the old one just in case this one doesn't work.

Thanks for your response, I forgot to add that the five 3uk sims we have in use, I have tried all of them none of them are recongnised non of them have pin codes, I even purchased four more sims Tmobile (original carrier) Vodaphone, 3 and giffgaff.
