Help with 64-bit download

I've never had ITunes before so I am downloading for Widows 7. It downloads, but when I plug the Iphone 3GS into the computer the error says required software not installed. I uninstalled and made sure I downloaded the 64-bit version and it's still not working. Please help

What computer do you have? is it 32 or 64 bit operating system?

Still need help with flash player download

I'm still having a problem with the flash player, please read my last post below:
"I've tried everything here & still can't download the flash player. Anytime I try to download it asks me to install ADM add-on and then when I click on that, my computer freezes. How do I enable this add-on without my computer freezing? Can anyone help pls?"

Can any help with my Xcode download issue?

Hi all,
Can anyone help with my Xcode issue? I downloaded it the other day but it is currently stuck saying waiting. I found this advice online http://scheyeniam.blogspot.co.uk/2011/08/how-to-revive-mac-app-store-when-its.ht ml and it seemed simple enough. However it tells me to go into activity monitor and quite 'storeagent'. The issue is that there is no process called storeagent. I have tried quitting other processes but it doesn't seem to be working.
Does anyone know of a solution to stop the download saying 'waiting' and to get it started?

Most likely it is downloading, although the App Store doesn't show the download progress. I had the same problem yesterday when I did the upgrade. It eventually finished, and it's quite a large download, so it might take hours, depending on your internet connection.
If you open the Launchpad, and locate the XCode application icon, it should show a download/install progress, if you want to verify that it's actually doing something. Otherwise, just leave the App Store running, and it should eventually finish.

If you do not have regular access to high speed Internet access then I would recommend that you purchase and continue to use Creative Suite 6. While it is possible to request DVDa from our support team high speed Internet access is a system requirement. Without regular access you will face difficulty downloading and applying updates and new versions of the software as they are made available.

Help with PDF form download

Could anyone help please. I have completed a form and saved it, then I went back into it and made a couple of changes and now I cannot download it as a PDF file. Here is the error message I keep getting
There is nothing else open on my mac, so I don't understand it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The general things to try are:
1) Make sure that youdo not have the file open, close any applications that might have had the file open
2) Make sure you are saving to a location you can "write" to, such as your Desktop (not a read only location)
3) Try giving the file a new name when saving (you probably need to add ".pdf" or you might end up with a file with no extension and you'd get another error message)
4) Try restarting the web browser
5) Try another web browser
6) If all else fails restart your computer and try again

Help with partial Itunes download on Iphone 4s

I was downloading a previously purchased TV show from my cloud in the Itunes store when my Wi-Fi went out mid download on my Iphone 4s. Now I have the video for the episode listed in my videos but it wont play since it was incomplete and when I go to the Itunes store it says it has already been downloaded. I cant sync to my windows computer because my hard drive is full but I have plenty of room on my Iphone 4s. I cant get the video to delete by swiping on my Iphone. How can I delete this file and reset the settings in the store so I can download it again? Please help! I downloaded a free piece of software called Iexplorer and found the phones download folder but it has files with numbers not episode titles so I dont know what to do. Please help

Help with mountain lion download

I bought the new imac on the 1st september and with my purchase i got a free mountain lion download. The helper set up my imac so that when i set it up at home, the software would start downloading. It has now been downlaoding for three days straight- the wi-fi/internet connection is fine- and the download has barely even started, in fact it hasnt progressed for three days. I do not want to buy the mountain lion software because i got it for free so i was wondering if there is any way i can restart the download? All advice is welcome

Is it not showing up in Adobe Creative cloud app? if not then check if Premiere pro is listed
If you have a 32bit Operating system then it won't work or else if it's 64 bit then we would like to know more about the problem.

Help with jammed Maverick download!

Hi all!
I want to upgrade OSX 10.7.5 to Mavericks on a Macbook Air (2011 roughly).
But after a partially downloaded attempt (I moved wifi spot), it then aborted mission and I now keep getting the error message "We could not complete your purchase. The product distribution file could not be verified. It may be damaged or was not signed.".
There is no partially downloaded Mavericks in 'all files' to delete and start again.
It appears as if I haven't even tried to download it, but yet I still can't retry!

Several causes for this problem have been reported. Please take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when it's resolved.
Step 1
If possible, test on another network, such as a public hotspot (if the computer is portable) or the hotspot created by a mobile device. A network gateway that blocks some traffic, most likely on a company or university network, could be causing the error.
Step 2
Back up all data.
From the menu bar, select
 ▹ System Preferences... ▹ Network
If the preference pane is locked, click the lock icon in the lower left corner and enter your password to unlock it. Then click the Advanced button and select the Proxies tab. If any proxy options are selected, make a note of them and then deselect them. You don’t need to change the bypass or FTP settings. Click OK and then Apply. Test. The result may be that you can't connect to any web server. Restore the previous settings if that happens.
Step 3
Rebuild the Spotlight index. If you try to search now from the magnifying-glass icon in the top right corner of the display, there will be an indication that indexing is in progress.
Step 4
Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a Fusion Drive or a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

Are you able to open Acrobat itself or not?
Do you get any specific message while opening a PDF?

Adobe CC - Need help with billing and downloading apps

Hello,
I just signed up for a 1 year CC membership (includes all apps that are part of the Creative Cloud). Can you please let me know how i can receive a DVD so that i can easily install all the applications? Numerous applications are extremely large in size and i am unable to download them due to my slow internet connection.
Can you also let me know on which day exactly Digital River will charge my credit card each month? i just upgraded my membership a couple of hours ago.
