Help with a new iPad... Trying to recover apps
My iPad was stolen some days ago. I have a ne one but I lost my apps. Can I recover them? Should I go to an apple store? Or there is nothing to do? I am using the same I'd so the history should be saved anywhere... Big mistake that I made... No iCloud!
You don't need an iCloud account in order to download your apps again. Go to the purchased tab of the app store on your new iPad. You can download all of your apps again for free as long as you use the same Apple ID.
If you sync with iTunes - all of your apps should be in your iTunes library on your computer and you can sync them again if they are in there.

any help would be welcome .You're OK. You probably have it plugged into the keyboard which doesn't put out a lot of current (I'm not sure if it puts out any current at all). You have two options.
1. Temporarily unplug your printer and use that port. (Do NOT use a USB hub.)
2. Use the wall charger and charge the iPad completely. Then use the more convenient keyboard connector and ignore the message. The iPad battery is phenomenal and you can do whatever you need with no worries.

Help with brand new iPad 3, wi-fi DREADFULLY slow.
I just bought it a few days ago, and I'm still tinkering with and moving into it, my problem is the wi-fi is painfully slow, almost to the point that it's unusable. Since last night at about 9pm I've had this thing downloading my podcasts, and it STILL hasn't finished. To be fair, it's about 130 episodes. But still, it shouldn't have taken more than a few hours. By comparison, my Android tablet and phone have no problems with wi-fi speed. I even performed a little unscientific test. My ipad was downloading a podcast and it was at about 30mbs out of 65mb downloaded. I got my Galaxy Nexus, browsed for the exact same podcast episode, and downloaded the full episode in the time it took my ipad to get all the way up to 37mbs. My ipod touch is having the exact same problems by the way, but I don't really care about that since I'm getting rid of it.
I've tried playing with a few of the settings in the wi-fi settings, and once in a while it will get a little bit better, but it reverts back to its terrible speeds after a minute or two.
What's going on here, how can I fix it?What make, model, and version router do you have?

i am having problems with my new ipad that i got for Christmas today, i don't get free wi-fi at my home and it said if the wi-fi is not available, connect to itunes. i have done that and it didnt help me. mind helping me out?
Further info - I changed my security settings to allow apps from anywhere, and again tried to install. I again got an error message
that the update failed to install, and to contact Customer Support. -
I have an iCloud email and Yahoo email on my iPhone that is now old as hacked and unused. I can't access anything as it asks for that account info and I don't remember the password etc. How do I delete and replace it with my new iPad email? ! Help..

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare(or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan. -
Help please with my new ipad 4 Retna.
Please help find a solution to my problem with my new ipad 4 Retna. The keyboard seems to have a mind of its own and keeps jumping up and down on the screen without any assistance from me.
I did have the screen replaced and I am not sure whether that is the reason or whether it is a known software problem as I had only had it for one day before the screen got broken.
It seems to settle down for a while. The longest it has been normal without a problem is 3 weeks and now it is doing the same thing again.

Recently in the Bahamas where I helped a friend with his new iPad. We could not find Bahamas in initial setup so we used United States and could not enter Visa/MC billing address in Bahamas. iTunes rejected, billing info is not what's on file. What to do?
Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app. I am certain other applications also need this information. Problems with the new iPad and Joikuspot premium after iOS 6
Hi,
I'm experiencing serious problems with my new iPad after last iOS update. Usually I was connecting to the internet through Joikuspot premium on Nokia mobile phone (E6). I was able to do everything, https sites surfing, absolutely everything with no exceptions.
Now, after iOS 6 update, I can't connect to https sites, google+, sync calendar etc.
I've tried to change connection criteria on joikuspot but nothing. The fact is also that other devices as laptop or other smartphones are still working perfectly, in any case, sharing the wi-fi connection created by joikuspot.
Finally the problem is 100% due to the iPad and the new iOS.
disappointing, amateur for such a device... (iPad I mean).
Any help?

My laptop is no longer reliable. I want to share my iTunes account with my new iPad 3. I just started viewing my iPad window on my 50 inch Panasonic wirelessly via Apple Tv 2. That's amazing.
Now I want to share my iTunes account with my Apple TV 1, and my iPad 3, without the need of booting up the unreliable laptop where I set it up last year. do I have to use my. Pc laptop to access the iTunes store again too authorize home sharing. I have tried it before. O for a while I thought the we're sharing, now the Apple Tv has gone back to telling me to use my computer too sign into iTunes.
there maybe a far simpler way to enjoy iTunes on my iPad and Apple Tv. I also have the Sony blurry Google Tv. I will upgrade my PC with Windows Z8 and a screaming ran cache, ram disk on a 79 mother board and then pay 5 bucks a month for OnLive Plus that I hpe to show wirelesslypy on the big scree 50 inch Panasonic. I have waited for years to upgrade as I wanted to help my kids in college. They are finished and so I have money fr my self.CELEBRATEAre you using the charger and cable that came with the phone?

Itunes 10.6.1.7 keeps crashing when syncing with the new Ipad

It's been a disappointing and frustrating week for me as I have tried to sync my new ipad with itunes 10.6.1.7. Itunes keeps crashing without reasons when syncing either apps, music or videos. Btw, I am using Windows XP SP3.
So far, I have not been able to play any videos because Itunes always crashes.
I have tried to re-install Itunes for more than 5 times [with fresh install] but the problem still occurs. I have also tried to downgrade to Itunes 10.5.3 as suggested in the other threads but Itunes still crashes. This only happens when syncing with the new Ipad.
I have an Ipod Nano which works great on both version of Itunes.
I am really disappointed because I can't watch movies and/or listen to music on my new ipad because it keeps crashing.
My wish is just simple. I just want to be able to watch movies and listen to my music on my new ipad. Sadly, this is not possible yet.
Can anyone help?I get the exactly the same problem with win 7, i rang apple support who suggested i try another machine/or create another account on my machine???? why should i, stupid ipad 3rd gen is now sitting here un syncable, apple support ....tut tut very poor support, its a shame im out of the 7 day period otherwise this ipad would be going straight back, older versions of itunes worked fine, some one must know a fix for this??

How do i pair an Ipod touch (2nd Gen) with my new ipad.... I turn on Bluetooth on both devices and they just sit there searching! Is there a setting somewhere?

We are trying to play a game together that is able to use bluetooth.
But both of our devices say that it just keeps "searching" and can not connect to each other via bluetooth.

Does anyone know if a lightning 30-pin apdater works with the new iPad?
I have a Philips Fidelio DS9000 and the new iPad doesn't fit! Apparently a 30-pin adapter will work (according to Philips), but on the Apple site it doesn't say if this pin is compatible with a new iPad. Please help! Thanks.

While it is true that mice or other pointing device like track pads are not supported on the iPad since there is no real pointer, I use a stylus pen. I know it would probably tip over the iPad if you are standing it up, but it's the closest I've seen. I use the Wacom Bamboo stylus and a Zagg keyboard and the case for the iPad and keyboard. I use the stylus a lot on the Paper app to take notes in meetings and such. Not really a solution but if you are trying to move an insertion point in a document, it does work.
