You don't need to install the older version, you only need the serial number from your original purchase. If you don't have them to hand, did you register? If so, they should be in your Adobe account. If not you really need to contact Adobe, though it isn't clear they will be able to do anything without some proof of purchase etc.

I really need help with re-activating my little sisters iPad, i already set it up a couple of months ago when i bought it,but unfortunately she disabled it by forgetting her password. i followed the necessary steps to reset it again, when the iPad came back on and we put the apple id and password it kept refusing it, i even reset the password, which sent the verification the email account, i followed the steps to reset, But then i noticed the message at the top of the activate screen with the message “this iPad is currently linked to the following apple ID _______ with a a few hidden dashes, but at the end of the email it says co.uk, but the problem is the email ends with .com. I have no idea how this happened, and its driving me insane and my little sister only used her iPad for a month before this happened. for some reason the the iPad email address ends in co.uk when the actual email ends with .com
I also set up the software find my ipad

According to this webpage: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA142/can-i-delete-my-skype-account, only someone from Skype Customer Service can remove my account from the directory. afaik, all users can use the email support option. But as you said you can not use that facility, send an email to their generic email address instead - [email protected]

Need help with icloud activation lock please

i have be dragged by apple for last 3 weeks or so i had purchased a device in new zealand with orignal proof of purchase submitted to apple icloud team and the best part is they re validate it with the pervious owner and got the same copy if purchase from them when i try to call them up they said they have submitted to the concern department for unlocking and yesterday i get an email saying they cant do it as the shop who sold in new zealand has bought it from USA and now they need the receipt from there to make it work where all legal check up was done and everything is crystal clear APPLE IS JUST HARASSING me for no reason this why people now do want to promote APPLE when a genuine case is presented to them with complete info from seller to buyer and all documents they not ready to unlock it. i highly request every one to please raise this type of concern and get this one voice to TIM COOK AND HIS TEAMthat why genuine person are being left behind where the same icloud can be unlocked by paying to hackers who help people like us to trust them more then APPLE.
I hope MR. TIM COOK read this and have a good look into helping genuine person who are stuck with this type of issues please.

How the lock works is explained by Find My iPhone Activation Lock and Find My iPhone Activation Lock: Removing a device from a previous owner's account.
On YouTube you will find some videos helping bypassing the lock and get access to the contacts. With some luck you can contact the previous owner and force him to remove the iPhone from the devices list at icloud.com/find.

Help with account Statements

i'm needing a litle help. I want to create a financial managment with this data:
- Date of the transaction
- Details of the transaction
- If it is a positive amount, it is shown as a debit
- If it is a negative amount it is shown as a credit
- The balance of all transactions, which consists of adding to the balance in the previous line, the debit of the current line and subtracting the credit in the same line.
I will create something like:

Need help with PPM activity type

Hi All -
I am trying to CIF a production version and I have the master recipe with 1 operation and 2 activities. My first activity is SETUP and the second activity is PROCESS.
However, after CIF'fing the PV, I see in APO that both the acitivities have an activity type " Produce".
Which setting assigns the activity type " Setup" for my activity SETUP?

Hi Varun,
in order to transfer the activity as "set up", please check if the following settings are done.
1. In the resource (ERP side), check if you have maintained the formula for "setup' under "capacity" and also in "scheduling" tab.
2. In the recipe, check if you maintained the time for setup.

Need help with account sharing and email

I'm an inexperienced Mac user with a G5, dual 2.0 processors and 1.5 meg ram. Just installed iLife 05 and having an iPhoto problem. My spouse and I have separate user accounts on the same pc. We'd like to share our photos with one another (they're actually the same photo's). On my account, iPhoto email is "mail", no problem. On hers it displays Entourage. I can't change it from preferences pane. Greyed out. On my account it shows America on line but the email icon is "mail" Can you help. We both want "mail"
What is the proper way to share this account? Do we check preferences and share or do we go to the User accounts and move the photo library? Please provide a basic explanation to one who is not really familiar with the workings of a Mac. That's why I went to a Mac in the first place. It just generally works.

The iPhoto sharing that was in the previous version doesn't seem to exist. There is now iCloud Photo Sharing.

Help with CS5 Activation

I'm installing my CS5-Extended on a new computer (I finally upgraded my PC).   Since my CS5 was an upgrade from CS4, I was ready to enter both the CS5 and the CS4 serial numbers. But, I was only asked for my CS5 serial number. It accepted the number and opened Photoshop.   My next step is to update all of the CS5 programs (Bridge, Camera Raw, etc.).   But, every attempt to update the software fails - and the error message states that my serial number is NOT correct.   I deactivated the copy and when I ran the program again, it asks me for the serial number - JUST the CS5 number and once again, it accepts the number, but will NOT update any of my CS5 programs.   Does anyone have a recommendation.

I started with Photoshop version 6.0, then version 7.0, then CS2, CS3, CS4-Extended and now CS5-Extended.   The confusing item in my purchase history was the accidental purchase of Photoshop Elements - I intended to purchase Premier Elements for video. Adobe was kind to allow an immediate refund of the mistaken purchase of Photoshop Elements (which was never activated).
When I spoke with Adobe earlier today, the rep from the concierge team asked me to read him the serial numbers I used to activate my CS5-Extended. He confirmed the serial number I'm using is exactly correct.   That is why it activated my CS5-Extended.
Here's the issue. For some reason, THIS install of CS5 did NOT include a request for my CS4 serial number. As a result, something on the back-end of my install is now blocking any update of my CS5 software, including Camera RAW.
I've tried the following to correct. First, I "permanently" deactivated CS5 and re-launched the program which prompts the request for my serial number. Again, it ONLY asked for my CS5 serial number, which it accepted and again, the program BLOCKED any software updates.   Second, I installed CS4-Extended on this computer (which, by they way, the install of CS4 DID ask for both my CS4 and CS3 serial numbers and activated).   After this I deactivated ("permanently") and re-launched CS5. Unfortunately, the successful installation of CS4-Extended did NOT change my inability to update my CS5 software.

Open iChat go to the iChat drop down menu and place the cursor over "accounts", check if you are using the right one. If the account you want to use is not displayed make sure you are logged in with the right account on your Mac. Select "system preferences" from the Apple menu>accounts. If it is not your user account quit iChat and select the right user account and login to your Mac. Now login to iChat again, see if your screen name works. The box "use this account" should be selected in iChat preferences, accounts. If it still doesn't work check if you can use the preferred AIM screen name to login to the AOL/AIM site.
When you successfully can log in to the AOL/AIM site, your AIM screen name is valid. Log out of AOL/AIM. Open iChat>preferences>accounts>click "+" and enter your screen name. Tick the box that says: "use this account". Log in to iChat, use the same details you previously used to login to the AOL/AIM site. Your AIM contact list should appear now. If the contact list contains the names of the buddies you added and it corresponds with your settings in iChat>accounts>security>privacy settings, you can delete the screen name that didn't work for you.

Help with 2nd activation attempt please.

My second installation of Adobe Design standard CS5 failed to work as it blew the fan on my laptop! That is now finally fixed however I can't attempt to activate it again, & I can't find out how to contact Adobe to ask for help! Grateful for some advice as having paid for it, I would like to be able to use it!

Help with badi activation

Hi friends! I want use badi definition BADI_J_1BECD for transaction J1BECD. To do this, I have created implementation on SE19 with definition "BADI_J_1BECD" and coded method "Fill entire register I051", but I cannot debug it even putting Break-point in this. I tried debug with SM50 (fake loop) but without sucess. I'm forgetting anything?

I found the problem! In release 4.6c has a parameter p_bapi with 'X' as default value that block bapi calls.
