Help with executable files after DW install?

I installed Dreamweaver a few days ago. After the insall, I
noticed that I can't launch a few applications and programs any
more. Specifically, my SugarCRM icon is gone and all the Sugar
files now show Dreamweaver icons. When I attempted to download a
new version and install it, I cant run the install program because
clicking on it automatically launches Dreamweaver. Same with a few
other installs that I am trying to do. I'm sure this must be a
common problem, does anyone know how to fix it?

Help with InDesign CS4 after re-installing

My iMac's hard drive had to be replaced due to a recall. When back-up operation was done, Design Premium CS4 did not transfer. I uninstalled and reinstalled according to Adobe tech support's instructions. Now my InDesign does not work. It will open, but there are hardly any features. What should I do? Please, please help. What does "hardly any features" mean? Are tools not avialable? Palettes missing? Are ther any warnings/ errors during program startup? sounds like none of the core plug-ins are loading....

Help with add file name problem with Photoshop CS4

Frustrating problem: Help with add file name problem with Photoshop CS4. What happens is this. When I am in PS CS4 or CS3 and run the following script it runs fine. When I am in Bridge and go to tools/photoshop/batch and run the same script it runs until it wants interaction with preference.rulerunits. How do I get it to quit doing this so I can run in batch mode? Any help is appreciated. HLower

That's strage. Seems that the Camera Raw.8bi file has been moved to different location or has gone corrupt. By any chance did you try to move the camera raw plugin to a custom location?
Go To "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CS5\File Formats" and look for Camera Raw.8bi file.
If you have that file there, try to download the updated camera raw plugin from the below location.

In case you ae not able to locate the Camera Raw.8bi file on the above location, then i think you need to re-install PS CS5.

Photos 1.0 not showing all images from Photos Library.photoslibrary folder/file after update install

I installed the update that changed my iPhoto to Photos 1.0, and the new Photos program is not showing all images from Photos Library.photoslibrary file/folder (not sure to call it file or folder since it is actually a folder with all my pics but it acts more like a file) after update install. The Photos Library.photoslibrary file/folder shows to be 55 gb in size, and it shows to be loaded into the photos program, but there are maybe a few weeks of pictures showing instead of a few years. Lots of pictures in the 55 gb are not showing for some reason.

No - iPhotos has not replaced anything - it is new and an addition - iPhoto is still on your system in the applications folder and still works just fine
Outlook is not supported by Photos - not sure if the support must come form Apple or MS as Photos uses a different interface to external packages than iphoto did

Camera Raw (7.0.0.308) doesn't open Nikon D800 NEF file after re-installing Photoshop CS6 (13.0.6 x64) Help!

Well, the title sort of sums it up. Ohyeah, and updater tells me photoshop is up to date.
I had this version of photoshop running for about a year with no problems, after doing a clean instal of my macbook an re-installing of photoshop CS6, camera raw doesn't open my D800's files anymore.

What OS are you running? Perhaps it is too old to be updated to the latest ACR plug-in.
If it turns out that you need to manually install the plug-in, due to the age of your OS, you can try the process described, here, which is for rolling back ACR 8.4 to ACR 8.3, but the same thing would work to replace ACR 7.0 with ACR 8.3:

You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5.2 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.2 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Older versions of Pages 5 can not open files from later versions of Pages 5.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud and opened in a newer version of Pages is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has removed almost 100 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

Can I update with a CAB file after I installed BizTalk ?

Can I update my base configuration of BizTalk with a cab file after everthing is installed and configured ?
I missed installing it while I was installing BizTalk for the first time, now I want to update it with a CAB file. Is that possible ?

Help regarding files after re-installing M. Lion

Hey everyone,
I stupidly deleted the VAR folder today when I was using DaisyDisk and didn't look into it before hand. I then had to reinstall Mountain Lion which worked succesfully adn didn't delete my files however they didn't come back in my normal user window but are still on my HD. I opened iTunes and nothing was in there, my folders on my desktop are gone etc etc. If I spotlight any of the files though they show up and also if I go into the Users folder it shows my old user but doesn't show up in the login pane for me to log into.
Is there anyway I can get my old user back with my files? As I said everything is still on my HD but for some reason Mountain line basically made a new user for me adn I can't access my old one.
I hope I have provided enough info for somebody to be able to help. Thank you in advance any help is appreciated.

If you have a hard drive and it's not Filevaulted you can recover the non-overwritten files with a external boot drive and a copy of $100 Data Rescue installed on it.
.Create a data recovery/undelete external boot drive
The software reads the 1's and 0's of the bits themselves, not going by what anything else says.
You have to quit using the internal drive/MacintoshHD partition particulary as the more your using it, the more it's writing over your files and less is recoverable.
Also it might be possible to see and grab the files without Data Rescue from the external drive.
Once you have your files, you just erase and install fresh and return those files into the new account and then #6 repair users permissions.

Autosaved as Unix Executable Files after editing font size?

When I open a .txt file in TextEdit, and change the font, in the Finder I see a new Unix Executable File appear, with (Autosaved) after the file name. This is in addition to the original .txt file - so there are now 2 files of the same name showing.
However, when I manually save the file, the Unix exe file disappears from the Finder, leaving the newly saved .txt file.
Is this normal? If not, please let me know what else I can try to fix it. I've already tried both suggestions in this thread & neither of them worked.

Ok I noticed that TextEdit preferences shows an option to "delete the automatic backup file" so that's why it's disappearing...
...but what happens if TextEdit quits on me unexpectedly (which it has before)? Will I be able to open the autosaved Unix executable file with TextEdit or will it be "unrecognized?"
If anyone can give me confirmation that their autosaved files are Unix exe files and/or if they've been able to open the Unix exe backup files in the program they were created from, that would help.

According to your post bug check 0x7F is recorded. Bug check 0x7F typically occurs after you install a faulty or mismatched hardware (especially memory) or if installed hardware fails.
I suggest you check below link and troubleshoot it accordingly.

I have been following the example of instruction at:

Help with oracle listner after trying to change the hostaname on Fedora 9

After searching high and low on the internet for help with this error I am coming here for a little assistance with this issue. A week ago I tried to change the hostname of my machine and the connection to my Db stopped working.
When I type lsnrctl status I get the following messages
TNS-12537: Tns Connection closed
TNS-12560: Tns protocol adapter error
TNS-00507 Tns connection closed
Linux Erro: 29 Illegal seek
Then when I try to run netca I get a java vm error sigsev. Can anyone provide assistance.

Problems of executive files after PC crash

My developing PC was crushed last week when LabView project was programming. The culprit is due to device driver conflict from both Keithley USB driver and NI 488.2 driver. After recovered the corrupted project, the executive files started showing errors like"LabVIEW:Memory is full"; "LabVIEW Load error code 33: Could not load front panel data logging...";"LabVIEW:End of file encountered" ; "LabVIEW load error code 12: Could not load connector type map" etc... when executive files were distributed to run-time PC.
I removed all LabView 8.0 developing suite and re-installed LabView 8.2. However, the problem was not resolved. The executive files are ruuning no problems on developing PC but failed on run-time PC.
I brought same source files to another developping PC and made executive files. They are also running fine on run-time PC. Really, I totally have no idea what's wrong with developping PC after crushed. How comes the installer and execution files start having problems even I re-installed LabVIEW? Some of those error codes have two possible causes. They are usually given as:

LabVIEW: Some system capacity necessary for operation is not enabled.

NI-488: File system operation error.
Since you had problems with the NI-488 driver, my guess is that the possible reason is the second listed . Uninstalling and installing LabVIEW does not automatically uninstall and re-install the hardware drivers. Try doing a repair of NI-488 or completely uninstall that and re-install.
