can anyone help me please my phone is a n95 8 gb and the net is so slow loading if it does at all sometimes even on my home broadband connection its slow any idears on how to speed it up please

It's definitely Mac OS X then. To see exactly which version you are running, click the Apple Menu  then click; About This Mac. The version number will be displayed there. Should be 10.5.x
Please click My Settings on the right side of this window and update your profile.
Which internet provider is this? Are you using Safari/Firefox ??? More details please.

  • Images load really slow after using Reduce File Size...

    After using the "Reduce File Size..." feature in Acrobat 9 on Windows Vista, some of the images load really slow as I page through the document. Is there some kind of compression setting that I should look for to prevent the images from be affected by this?
    For some of my documents it will take 30 to 60 seconds to load an image. Sometimes I can't do anything with the document until the graphic loads entirely.

    Can you post an example of a file that has this issue? Personally, I recommend using the PDF optimizer, it gives better control of the final pdf file.

  • My internet is really slow

    Hello, Since yesterday my Internet connection has been really slow. I have changed the channel and checked my phone line and nothing seems to be wrong except some websites don't load or load really slow its should be much faster.  STATS Router StatisticsSystem Up Time: 04:14:24PortStatusTxPktsRxPktsCollision PktsTx b/sRx b/sUp TimeWANPPPoA62799883765700004:12:30LANUp79721183100004:14:24WLANUp86097964728200004:14:24Broadband LinkDownstreamUpstreamConnection Speed4094 kbps799 kbpsLine Attenuation52.5 dB33.4 dBNoise Margin3.4 dB12.12 dB

    Based on your attenuation figure there is nothing you can do to increase your speed(unless you can upgrade to Fibre) as your just to far from the exchange your attenuation figure puts your distance at roughly 3.8km(cable wise).
    It is possible that a line fault or equipment fault is causing a false figure.
    Do you have any crackling, hissing, ticking or other noise on your line when amking or reciving calls?
    Are you connected to the Master socket?
    Have you tried using the Test Socket(located behind the Master socket faceplate)?
    Are you using any extension leads to connect to the socket?

  • Why is it YouTube loads really slow sometimes even when I'm connected to wifi ?

    Why is it YouTube loads really slow sometimes even when I'm connected to wifi ?

    Hard to say. The speed of your Internet connection. Congestion on YouTube's servers, problems at any point in between you and them... When you are connected to WiFi, you will get a substantially higher resolution version of some videos than you do on 3G.
    Are you using the youtube app or are you just accessing it via a web browser.

  • CEF loads really slow

    So, just recently my computer started to load everyting in CEF relly really slow. It does load but it takes forever. What could be the cause and what can I do about ti?

    Sites that load fine -
    http://DStall.com
    http://LiturgicalDesign.biz
    Site that takes extremely long time to load -
    http://LifeGivingSpring.info
    All sites use same hosting provider, but are hosted on 1 account,
    by way of folders (similar to subdomains, but they are standalone sites with their own domains)
    But I'm talking about the sites loading in the File Viewer on my computer,
    and not the remote server connections for the sites.

  • Looking for help with movie loading in a different spot every time page reloads.

    Hello,
    I have a Flash movie that I need to jump to a one of 6 chosen frames when say a user hits the back button or home in the site. I just dont want the same user seeing the flash movie replay in the same spot everytime they go back to home.
    ANY help with this is appreciated.
    Thanks ahead of time.

    Here is what I have scripted:
    var numbers:Array = [2,114,415,687,960,1195,1485];
    _root.firstTime = true;
    if(firstTime) {
        firstTime = false;
        var frame:Number = Math.floor(Math.random() * numbers.Length);
        gotoAndPlay(numbers[frame]);
    I have also tried this:
    Array.prototype.shuffle = function() {
    for (var ivar = this.length-1; ivar>=0; ivar--) {
    var p = random(ivar+1);
    var t = this[ivar];
    this[ivar] = this[p];
    this[p] = t;
    ASSetPropFlags(Array.prototype, ["shuffle"], 1, 1);
    var Array_ar:Array = new Array(2,114,415,687,960,1195,1485);
    Array_ar.shuffle();
    index = 0;
    function load_random() {
    gotoAndPlay(Array_ar[index++]);
    if (index == Array_ar.length) {
    (index=0);
    load_random();
    But this keep jumping to frame 1 each time i hit back or refresh.
    Thanks again.

    That did not work. It loops back to the frame that it first loaded to not to frame 1 the beginning.
    It tried putting gotoAndPlay(numbers[frame]); on the very last frame, then I made a new keyframe after the very last frame and neither worked.

  • Help with data load model

    Hi,
    I need help with a data load model. First, i'm doing delta extraction from R/3, we load data with a InfoSource to InfoCube A and InfoCube B.
    I'm doing master data validation on the load, so if a load fails for InfoCube A, it fails for InfoCube B too (this is because i can have only 1 InfoPackage for the 2 infocubes, because of the delta update).
    So i propose a new model in wich:
    - The delta load is taked first to an ODS.
    - ODS is cleaned before the delta update.
    - Then i create 2 InfoPackages for full load from ODS to  Infocube A, and from ODS to InfoCube B.
    With this solution i can have 2 infopackages from ODS because i'm not doing a delta load from here to the cubes, and with 2 infopackages i can have independent validations for each cube so if one of them fails, the other can still be loaded sucessfully.
    The solution fails because if i load delta from R/3 to the ODS i can't clean it first. The initialization and the old updates needs to be previuslly loaded on the ODS. Then i can't do full load to the cubes and neither have 2 infopackages.
    Please help me to solve this issue.
    thanks a lot

    Hi jeremy,
    what about this simple solution:
    load data by delta from R/3 in your ODS. You can also have an ODS/cube for the historical data which is more space-saving than holding all the old data in PSA. Then you load your historical data from PSA into the historical ODS/cube.
    From your ODS with the actual data you update your requests by full from ODS into the cubes with 2 different full infopackages. But because you load by full you have to use deletion selections in the infopackages to avoid duplicate data!
    regards,
    Jürgen

    would being on a d-link wireless router be the problem?

  • Site loads really slow in File Window

    Dreamweaver 8 on Mac OSX4.11 stopped loading my site instantaneously in the File Window.
    All other sites load fine, but 2 sites load extremely slow; both are Wordpress sites with lots of files.
    I deleted 1 of the 2 sites and recreated it, but it still loads slow.
    When I try to switch to it in the File Viewer, I get the spinning color disc for quite a while
    What can I do to get sites to load instantaneously again?

    Sites that load fine -
    http://DStall.com
    http://LiturgicalDesign.biz
    Site that takes extremely long time to load -
    http://LifeGivingSpring.info
    All sites use same hosting provider, but are hosted on 1 account,
    by way of folders (similar to subdomains, but they are standalone sites with their own domains)
    But I'm talking about the sites loading in the File Viewer on my computer,
    and not the remote server connections for the sites.

  • My Internet is really slow in the iPad 3. It was pretty fast in my iPad 2!

    It's really slow!

    Hello Diego,
    If you are having issues with slow performance on your Wi-Fi, take a look at the article below. It will walk you through using Wireless Diagnostics and also if you go further down the article and there is a section for slow performance.
