Thanks for your help. There were two issues in it:
1 - The Firewall and Antivirus program - stoped the firewall and exit anti virus
2 - In service manager when I gave the IP address of the machine instead of "local" and click Set it worked.
Finally, when I ran my web application it was connected successfully.
Suggestion: SAP Business One development team should update the scree of Service Manager. If you dont click on the "Set" button it doesnot start communication. Although you have imported the license file it still remains the same. The Import license File button and Connect button should remain disabled unless the Server Name and Port Numbers are set.

Help w/License Transfer

Hello,
I have aperture 3 running happily on my iMac,and it was also running fine on my work MacBook Pro.
Yesterday my companies IT replaced my MBP with a new one (running Lion), but I didn't remove aperture from the old one.
Now when I try to install Aperture 3 (using the provided license plus the license # of Aperture 2 from which I upgraded) -- I get the invalid license error as soon as I type in the Aperture 2 license.
Do I need to somehow disassociate my old MacBookPro with the license, or what? My IT department has since wiped that laptop and put Lion on it for somebody else.
Please advise.

No there is no 'unlicense' with Apple software. I assume you are installing from DVD and that this is an upgrade DVD (from 2 to 3)?
Most times this turns out to be input error see Troubleshooting Professional Application Serial Numbers for common missteps here.
If that doesn't help then you will have to get a new serial number for that see Pro Application Replacement Serial Numbers

Please help with video transfer

I just got a Canon HF200 camcorder but can't figure out how to transfer to my iMac. It came with transfer software for the PC, but nothing for Mac...ugh!. I can transfer *.mts files to my desktop, but nothing opens them.
Can someone please help!!???

You need to plug in your camera to wall power, not batteries. Connect via USB. Turn camera on to the correct mode for transfer to computer according to owners manual. Then start iMovie and the import screen should come up.

Help with info transfer...

I've just gotten a MacBook Pro (OS 10.6.3) and have been trying to import all my info from my other MacBook (bought 4.5 years ago). I've been using Migration Assistant/target Disk mode, but I've run into trouble. Can anyone help?
1) I seem to have ended up with 3 user accounts. I'd only like 1, with all my info on that 1 account. How do I accomplish this, or do I have to start all over?
2) iTunes isn't budging. I keep getting error messages saying that it can't open because it was created by a newer version, or something to that effect.

How many accounts are on the old Mac?
Your best bet is probably to start over, and use +Setup Assistant+ instead. See [Setting up a new Mac from an old one or its backups|http://web.me.com/pondini/AppleTips/Setup.html] (or use the link in *User Tips* at the top of the +Snow Leopard > Installation and Setup+ forum). You'll need to start with the green box there.
That will set the new Mac up exactly like the old one.
If there were 2 accounts on the old Mac that you want to consolidate, that's difficult at best. See [Transferring files from one User Account to another|http://web.me.com/pondini/AppleTips/Transfer.html].

What version of OSX is your old MacBook? If it's 10.6.4 or later, that's going to be a problem.

Help with licensing issues?

I moved to a new Mac Mini from an older iMac. Transferred files from a Time Machine backup. In 2008 purchased a license to Design Premium CS3. Deactivated installation on old machine. When I try to launch on new machine, I get an alert: "Licensing has stopped working..." I've followed instructions, and have tried to re-download the Design Premium CS3 installation files (404 error from Download CS3 products page). No luck. Help?
I've chatted with a nice support person, but apparently I was taking too long following the instructions on Error "Licensing has stopped working" | Mac OS, so the chat was terminated. Appreciate any help anyone could provide here.
If your "help" includes lecturing me about how I should have posted this elsewhere, or how I should subscribe to the current version of Creative Cloud, I will politely decline and ignore your help (though your advice may be true).

As CS 3 was not tested on 10.9.4, there could be an issues while installing CS 3 on Latest Mac due to incompatibility of OS and software.
Please check out the system requirements for CS3 from the link mentioned below.

You can certainly try if it works for you. You already have the link to download CS3 : Download CS3 products
I would really appreciate if you could try the download it with different browser or on another machine, which you can carry in a flash drive/pen drive to your new Mac Mini.
If you get "Licensing has stopped working" error.

Need help with licensing part numbers

Ok, here's the scenario:
I have abandoned my original plan to use an IAD2431 to run CUCME and gone with a 2901 instead, but after reading & searching and reading for hours, I can not make heads or tails of this licensing scheme. Can anyone please just review my environment description below and tell me what license part numbers to buy? Maybe I'm just an idiot, but I've never seen anything this ridiculously difficult to figure out.
(1) already installed 2901, with (1) VIC2-2FXO and (2)EHWIC-4ESG installed.
This router will do nothing at present other than run CUCME. I have obtained a 60 day UC evaluation license from Cisco, but I will need to replace this with a permanent license.
(8) 7975G's (spares - no license included)
(1) 7925G (spare - no license included)
I currently have two POTS lines coming into the residence and one external SIP trunk (dialin/dialout). I need for all three of these to be accessible to ephones on my system.
Router is running IOS 15.4(3)M and CME 10. Phones are all running latest (as of today) SCCP firmware.
So, in this scenario, what license part numbers do I need to purchase to make everything work?

Need help with audio transfer!

I'm having problems with audio in idvd. The problem is with clips that were pasted into an imovie project from a different imovie project. The idvd preview seemed fine, but when I burned my disk, the audio associated with the pasted clips was inaudible. The same problem occurred with clips that I had "shared" as a quicktime movie and then imported into idvd. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I'm a total amateur!

Got SoundTrack Pro? It will perform miracles with getting rid of unwanted sound. It's a matter of isolalating a few frames of the sound where no one is talking, and then using a simple command to remove that sound by itself from the entire audio track.
There is a possibilty that the Hum remover in FCP 4.5 might help...

Help with file transfer issue

When importing a music file from my computer, Itunes does not transfer the file complete, but rather separates songs from the album. I end up with several files in itunes, all from the same album. It seems that the ones seperated are usually songs that "feature" other artists.

Yeah this is a common issue, what you need to do is highlight all the songs that are suppose to be under the same album and make sure the Album title is correct and the Album Artist is correct. If not you will want to change it so it is reflected correctly.

Help With Licensing

Up to now we have typically been using retail licenses, and developers have been using MSDN or one of the partner programs. I want to look at testing Volume Licensing and see if that is any more convenient.
My questions:
1) Does Microsoft have more than one kind of Volume Licensing, or is there just one kind of license now?
2) I understand there is a five license minimum. Can you mix and match different licenses in that group of five? For example: buy qty 1 of Windows 8.1 Enterprise and qty 4 of Windows 8.1 Pro?
3) Once you are on volume licensing, what is the procedure to move a license from one computer to another?

There are many volume licensing which depend on the products or program. We cannot use one volume license activate both Windows 8.1 enterprise and Windows 8.1 pro.
We need to buy 2 volume licensing, one is for Windows 8.1 enterprise and another is for Windows 8.1 pro.

the problem is that the ls_infile have the direction on the server where i need to transfer the data but is to long the direction and show's me an error, but i need to uploaded to this direction do you know another way to trasnfer this file.

please test your come with a small path name..with /tmp eg..
if it is working fine then there is problem with path concatenation or file path name is too long...

Need Help with License!!!

I purchased a 2.5Ghz G5 a few months back from an advertising company that went out of business. It's worked like a charm.
Recently, I picked up Final Cut Studio Production Bundle, and installed it without a hitch. But when I started up FCP, I noticed that the Licensing information from the advertising company came up. When I bought the computer, they said everything was removed, and there was no "weird" folders or files, so I assumed they wiped it.
I know I can "wipe it clean" myself and reinstall Tiger and all my other programs, but I would like to avoid that on all costs. The last time I wiped a hard drive, I lost some irreplaceable stuff,a nd even though I have everything backed up, I still feel very uneasy about clean installing because of the many places X hides things.
So does anyone know how to kill this license that is already on the system so I can put in my serial number?

Delete what is there and the next time you launch FCP, it will ask for your info.

Help with photo transfer

I can transfer photos from my Nikon Coolpix S6500 wirelessly to my Nikon app on my iPad but they do not appear in my photos. How do I get them to appear with the rest of my photos? Can I transfer them from the Nikon App to my photos?

You also need to make sure that you have not removed the photos from the album on your computer or in iPhoto which ever you use.
Adding a photo to an album on your computer will add that photo to your iPad at the next sync. Deleted a photo from an album on your computer will result in that photo being deleted the next time you sync.

Need help with Firewire transfer to lacie harddrive?

I restarted ibook & held dowm the T key. the transfer symbol has has been running across the screen for 8 hours. Is this normal? how would I stop without causing any damage? thanks

8 hours! 8 minutes would be too long.
Are you sure the external drive is a bootable volume?
You can check that in System Preferencesw > Start up Disk, where it will appear as a choice if it is valid.
