Help with Master Reseller account

Hi.
Not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but here goes.
I former coleague of mine bought a reseller license of BC in 2010. Later that year I 'bought into' literally that license by paying him for half of the license. Essentailly we were going to work togther on projects and use the reseller account jointly. We have since parted company and although not on bad terms I recently asked him for the mater admin login, which I have never had. He has not replied and given me the login and he may never do. This leaves me vunerable as I have two important clinets on that BC account. The logins for those accounts are fine, but if I needed to change anything on the accounts I have to go via hime and he's not replying to emails.
Anyway, my question is: Is there any way I can get access to this account login info through Adobe and BC?

Help with Merging Two Accounts....

We ended up with two my Best Buy accounts.
I called up and talked with someone, who said they would merge the accounts....
A few hours later, when I logged in, the website said I had two accounts and to choose one to view.
That lasted for about 4 days,
Then, the website didn't ask anymore and just logged into one account ... which I thought meant the merge had occured.

I used the email address you registered with the forum to review your information, and I do see that you currently have two active My Best Buy™ accounts. If the primary information shared between the two accounts matches, then we should have no problem merging them. That process would involve closing one account, and then moving any unused points/certificates from the closed account to the active primary account.

Help with 2 iTunes accounts on 1 computer

A few questions here
Gfs laptop has broke so to replace going to get an iPad so she wants to put her iTunes account on my computer.
I am assuming the simplest way to do this (windows 7) is to create her own user name, sign herself in, download iTunes and put her apple I'd in?
Also before syncing her iPhone to her iTunes account on my computer, she wants her photos/videos backed up without using iTunes for fear of losing them when updating to iOS 5.0.1 (currently using 4. Something)
I am assuming to do this you need to check make iPhone storage device then my computer select her phone then drag n drop to a new created folder for he iPhone photos?
Next is she has very little music not purchased through iTunes which is obviously on her iTunes account. Can she somehow copy Music that I have on my iTunes that has been either imported from cd's or downloaded (not from iTunes store) from my iTunes to hers? Possibly copying the files somehow

Hi, I have a bit of a problem and was hoping someone more wise in the ways of Adobe could help me out, as my searching has failed so far. Back when I first got into ereading, I discovered Sony and set myself an account with them under my college email. Then I was given my Kobo Vox, which I setup under my personal email, and have mostly used since. I am going to be losing the college email, and my old prs-350 sony is dying. Back then I didn't realize that doing it that way created two different Adobe ID's. I was wondering if there was some way to merge the accounts under my personal email,and keep both sets of books. I know if I sign in to the ADE website, I can change my email address, will that make it so all the books from both stores will have the same Adobe ID? Or can I call Adobe customer service and have them do it? Has anyone managed that?

Need help with merging itunes accounts.

Hello. I was wondering if any of you mac experts can help me. My husband and I recently purchased a new mac and are having trouble figuring out how to merge our information into our computer's itunes. I set up the computer under my apple ID/email. However we both have separate apple id's linked with the same bank account information. The problem is, itunes on our computer isn't recognizing any of the purchases through my husband's apple id, even though they were paid for through the same account. I haven't been able to figure out whether or not I can add his apple id/email to itunes and merge the two, since a substantial amount of music/apps/etc were purchased under his ID. Surely it's possible to have more than on apple id on one family's computer? Anyone know? Hopefully I worded this clearly enough. Thanks!

Open the NetInfo Manager in the /Applications/Utilities/ folder, click the padlock, type in your password, and then locate that account in the list of users. Delete that account and only that account; don't make any other changes. The account's home folder will remain on the drive.

Help With Master Pages

Hi all -
I'm more of a finance guy who has been given the task to design a PDF with forms - so please excuse my naivete as designing isn't my strong point.
For some reason now, my Master Page is showing up in the middle of my document, between two forms. In the Hierarchy, the Master Page is still on top, but when I view it in Acrobat or scroll down in LiveCycle, I'm seeing a blank page in the middle of my two forms. Any ideas what might be causing that and how I can correct the problem?
When I started, I just kept adding a new blank page and adding my form fields/text fields/objects/text. The document is now about 30 pages long.
I'm using Acrobat 9 Pro Extended and LiveCycle Designer 8.3

Help with Master Page

I'm using Adobe 7.0 LiveDesign to create a static fillable PDF. I have imported a word doc. to create the PDF. Now, I want to add text fields to some pages but not all. i'm trying to navigate the Master page ,but can't seem to format it so that if I place a text field on page 1 and want that text field to repeat on pages 13, 26, etc. Does anyone know a good master page tutorial site ..Help this is due by 5pm est

Not a problem at all
In Plan View, go to your Master A
Master A > RIght Click > Duplicate Page
A dupliate page will then appear to the right of Master A with the title highlighted so that you can change the name to Master B. Now click into and edit that master page as required.
To then change your Contacts Page to Master B...
In Plan View go to your Contacts Page > Right Click > Masters > choose Master B from list.

Help with Master frame placeholders

Hi.
I'm using IDCS3 v5.0.2 on windows vista SP 1
Im using facing pages with facing masters, which only differ on the left and right header title. I placed graphic frame placeholders in both left and right pages of a master, that I used to place content (images) in the document pages. All works fine and I can move things on that master with exact results in the pages assign by it. The problem comes when I move or add another page, then the page graphics (images) get detached from the master frame placeholders, and Im no longer able to control them from the masters.
Any help would be much appreciated

Yes you're right, it works ok when i add pages in pairs.
Maybe I can also disable the "allow pages to shuffle" command and add pages one by one? This way it works too.

Help with imap gmail account via mac mail

What are the best settings for gmail as imap in mac mail?
I have my gmail account set up with mac Mail as an IMAP account.
I notice that in the last few weeks?? not sure how long, my mac mail is taking forever to load. I opened the activity window and it seems like there are so many things happening. I did find an old account that was still had some activity and while I had delteed it, I did need to do a few more steps to get it out of the process.
Now, as it still seems to take forever for my inbox to fully load, I began looking into the settings.
I am not able to change the settings for trash and I think saving the deleted messages to the server could be a waste of time. This is the advanced setttings page
the trash is 'grayed out' and won't allow me to uncheck the 'store deleted messages on the server'. Anyone know how to change this?
Also, I want to uncheck 'store sent messages on the server' as I think that will save a LOT of process activity, but gmail's directions for imap accounts says to leave it checked. Not sure why, any thoughts?

I'm not familiar with CalbeOne, but you can follow the instructions they provided at their site:

You might also want to make sure you followed their transfer instructions.
Build your accounts in Mail as per the POP or IMAP settings provided. When adding accounts to Mail, when you get to the first screen, you can hold the option key down when you hit continue for more options on the Mail configurations rather than the standard defaults.
If you are viewing these accounts at the gmail website, then you might need to do some configuration there also. I'm not sure on how much they are integrated with gmail.

Need help with master colection cs6 install

short is that I got a trial of master colection cs6- from the adobe website--it installed ok ish but said it couldn't install help files, or DW widgets- I also noticed photoshop was missing. Went back through told the installer this time to only install dream weaver and photoshop. It bombs after 5% with:

I don't see any such process at all- this is a pisser- this primarily for school work.

I would start at the beginning. Reboot your system to stop any installers from running, then use this removal tool to uninstall all installed components: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
Then run setup again.
