yes thank you I have found out that it is a version 2 motherboard, if I have understood the MS-6378 cpu support status correctly I should be able to upgrade my processor to a
Palomino (0.18u)133/266MHz FSB
Athlonxp 1500+ to Athlonxp 2100+

Can you help with RoboHelp Version 11: WebHelp Index Keyword Sorting?

I'm new to RoboHelp 11, and I am finding it difficult to alphabetize topics listed under my Index Keywords. When I look at the keyword topics in my RoboHelp HTML editor, they are listed in alphabetical order (see the Tools topic in the first image), but when I generate WebHelp the Tools topics are not in the correct order (second image). I believe that the problem pertains to new entries made to a converted RoboHelp Version 6 WebHelp application. Basically, I have been adding content to several old version 6-generated html files in the new RoboHelp HTML editor.
Another issue that's perplexing is the fact that the Move Up and Move Down icons at the top of the Index editor pod, or whatever it's called, are grayed-out (not functioning). I remember with the Version 6 application, they worked fine.
Can anyone offer any suggestions on how to get the index alphabetized? I appreciate your help.

Just an expansion of what Rick has suggested. Binary index is only used when Microsoft HTML Help "CHM" is your primary layout. So, because WebHelp is your primary layout, Binary should definitely be unchecked. Selecting the Index file (HHK) is fairly standard for WebHelp use and it is sorted numerically and alphabetically by default. The HHK file contains all the Index keywords and their topic associations all tucked into one file, whereas adding Index Keywords using the "Topic" radio button embeds the coded reference right in the topic html file itself.
This online help topic explains a little more about the Sorting options depending on the primary layouts and whether Binary is selected.

As you have noticed, your Index Designer view is apparently working as documented. I share your puzzlement about the out-of-sort listing in the WebHelp output shown in your screenshot. I wonder if there is some left-over crud from the ancient RoboHelp 6 code that is not converted properly and gumming up the works? Also curious if you have more than one Index in your project and if you are selecting the right one in the WebHelp Settings > Content dialog. Maybe Rick, Peter or Willam can shed some light on this?

Can someone help with Incompatible versions error with taglib and project?

I am trying to import a tag library into my web project but I keep getting the error "Incompatible versions: Tag library is version 1.2, project version is version 1.1".
I am using IBM Rational Application Developer as my IDE, Tomcat 5.0 as my target server and I'm compiling my code with SUNs 1.4.2 JRE.
I created the tag library as a java project and my web site as a dynamic web project in IBM RAD.
If anyone can tell me why I'm getting this error message and, if possible, how to fix it I would be very grateful.

I am using IBM Rational Application Developer as myIDE, Irrelevant, I believe.
Tomcat 5.0 as my target server and Tomcat version 5 implements the Servlet 2.4 and JavaServer Pages 2.0.
I'm compiling my code with SUNs 1.4.2 JRE.That's fine.

HELP WITH CS3 VERSION AND WINDOWS 8.1

I have just purchased Photoshop CS3 on Ebay. Unfortunately, I had no idea that it might not be compatible with windows 8.1. Before I open the package and have no way to return this product, can anyone tell me if they have been successful in uploading this program with Windows 8.1. I did find Adobe note saying that there were no known major issues ... but have read some other reviews that conflict with this information. Thanks so much for any help you could pass on. Ok it's like the serial number model in that you download the actual Photoshop programs to your PC (you can install on up to two PCs or Macs for your own use). But instead of a serial number, you set up a recurring charge account, and you sign in to activate the program.
Your work can be saved anywhere on your computer just like the older serial number type. You keep your files even if you discontinue the subscription. Your files can still be opened by other programs, but if there was a feature exclusive to CC or CC 2014 you won't be able to edit it. But to answer your questions your files stay with you, Adobe doesn't see or possess any copies.
If you decide to stay on, what you get is upgrades and new versions as soon as they are released. No more upgrade fees. You get the Extended version of Photoshop with 3D and video editing features. Not bad for $10 a month.

1. Redhat Linux 8 is pretty old version. If I may suggest you upgrade then upgrade the operating system.
2. In case you want stay on RH 8 then you have two options how to ommit this error.
Modify /etc/redhat-release and change the line to "Redhat Enterprise Linux 3 (Taroon)"
or
execute runInstaller with "-ignoreSysPrereqs" parameter.

Help with iTunes version 5

Hi,
Just installed the newer iTunes version 5.0.1.4 hhad problems with it, but now i have finally got it to run but now when i plug my ipod in it says,
The software required for comunicating with the iPod is not installed correctly.Please reinstall iTunes to install the iPods software.
I have done this and it still comes up with the same error!
Please could someone help me.

Need Help with iPod Version

I want to put Linux in my iPod but I need to "unUpdate" it to v 1.0 (its updated to 1.2 right now). I tried alot of stuff but never works...
I got the 20gb iPod photo (the generation just before Video iPod)
When I use "restore", my iPod stay at V1.2
Could someone help me please?
Is there any way to unUpdate an iPod?

By the way, I suggest you do not put Linux on you iPod, as you will loss the warranty immediately. Also when your iPod get into trouble, it is not easy to revert back

Can anyone help me with this situation, because its driving me blimin' crazy. Okay I have been trying to install the 4.3.3 update. Whenever it comes to the end of the downloading process, it says that the download has timed out and there is something wrong with my settings. Need help with latest version of Google Maps

Have the 8700 series Blackberry, google maps 2.0.3 worked fine for last 2 years, upgraded to 2.3.2 yesterday and the application downloaded but wont run. Starts to run and then get the following message:
'Network unavailable: This application requires a data connection and some Blackberry devices require reconfiguration to work properly'.
Can connect to the Internet using browser just fine, all other features of the blackberry working just fine.
Any help would be appreciated.
By the way, did already uninstall and reinstall the application a few times. I wish I had kept the old version just in case.

Seems that new version GoogleMaps does not work on your device.
You can install old version on your device.
If old version does not work after uninstalling new version and installing old version do the following:
Backup your sensitive data via Blackberry Desktop Manager.
Wipe your device memory:
Go to: Options - Security Options - General Settings
open menu and select "Wipe handheld"

Help with trial version of PSE for Mac?

I searched for this and couldn't find it, so I apologize if it's already been answered.
I downloaded the Trial version of PSE8 for Mac (Leopard is my operating system) and nothing happens and it's not in my Applications folder. Anyone know how to crank this baby up?

Help with which version I need with PS CS4

Hello, I have PS CS4 Extended and have never used Illustrator before but am wanting to learn more about vector graphics. I am confused about which version of Illustrator to try? Is there a difference in which version of Illustrator since I have PS CS4 Extended? All I really want to do is be able to open and work with EPS and AI files so I dont need anything wild! Once Adobe releases a new version of a product, it ceases to sell the previous versions. So Illustrator 14 (which is the version included in CS4) is the only one available from Adobe.

I need an earlier version of Flash Player and instructions on downloading. The 11.0 version locks my computer and I tried the 10.3 but it also locked the computer. I have 32 bit windows vista home premium, 2.0 GB ram, 1.80 ghz processor. I am using Firefox browser. What will work on my computer?

Help with iMovie version 5.0.2

I have iMovie version 5.0.2, running on an older G4 that has OSX 10.4.11 and I'm trying to edit an existing .mp4 clip, but it's not working at all ~ help!!

iCal under Lion looks different than prior versions of iCal. As long as you've viewed the article I referenced and your screen looks different than the article's picture then we can proceed.
-- Side note: To attach an image to your post click the little "Camera" button at the top of your reply window and then choose the screen shot on your desktop.
Try:
1. First make an iCal backup: Click on each calendar on the left hand side of iCal one at a time highlighting it's name and then going to File Export > Export and saving the resulting calendar file to a logical location for safekeeping.
2. Go to iCal > Quit iCal
3. Remove the following to the trash and restart your computer:
Home > Library > Caches > com.apple.ical
Home > Library > Calendars > Calendar Cache, Cache, Cache 1, 2, 3, etc. (Do not remove Sync Cache or Theme Cache if present)
--- NOTE: To get to "Home > Library" in Lion: Click anywhere on the desktop and then click on the "Go" menu at the top of the computer screen while holding down the "option" key on the keyboard. You will see "Library" in the menu.
4. Launch iCal and test.
If the issue persists:
1. Go to iCal > Quit iCal
2. Remove the following to the trash and restart your computer:
Home > Library > Caches > com.apple.ical
Home > Library > Calendars > Calendar Cache, Cache, Cache 1, 2, 3, etc. (Do not remove Sync Cache or Theme Cache if present)
Home > Library > Preferences > com.apple.ical (There may be more than one of these. Remove them all.)
--- NOTE: Removing these files may remove any shared (CalDAV) calendars you may have access to. You will have to re-add those calendars to iCal > Preferences > Accounts.
3. Launch iCal and test.
