Help With purchasing a CD on itunes

Tonight I purchased a CD on itunes but for some reason two of the songs kept giving me an error message when I downloaded the album. The rest of the songs are fine, except two. I tried buying both of them separately but it didn't work. What should I do?

It should use up the remaining credit and then charge your credit card for the balance.

I was thinking either one of a few things here. You may need to open the Music tab in the iPhone device window and select the music you want to sync over to the phone. Use this article to help with that if needed:

Also you may need to associate the device with your Apple ID then try syncing again. Use this article to help with that:

Help with the missing file in iTunes library on Mac

My recent purchase, a movie, from iTunes does not appear in the library. It shows up on my other devices, iPhone and Apple TV, though. There's an exclamation mark next to the movie file in the libaray and I did try to locate the missing file but it didnt work out. It seems that it hasnt even downloaded the pertaining *.m4v file. I also checked for any incomplete downloaded file, but there wasn't any... Is there any other way I can retrieve/redownload the missing file from my Apple ID account (because I have the movie on my other devices) to my library on Mac?

Well it started working for me today, out of the blue.
The only thing that I think could be a coincidence is that I recently installed Adobe CS6 on my Mac (it's likely that this is when the problem started), but today I had to open a CS5 product. The next time I looked at iTunes everything was working.
I doubt that has anything to do with it, but hey maybe! I hope others are experiencing the fix too

Can anyone help with "session timed out" at iTunes store?

I am trying to purchase music from the iTunes store and I am being asked to accept Terms and Conditions to continue which I do - I check the box and I click on accept (immediately). At this point I am told that my session has timed out and to try again. I cannot get past this step, I'd appreciate some advise. Thank you.

I used to see that in iOS6 once in a while. Close the apps and reboot the iPad and then look in the apps again. You know how to close the apps so close them first.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Need Help With Purchased Song

I purchased a song from itunes but when i download it it starts downloading then goes to error message 5555. I have tried restarting my computer and disabling my antivirus software but it does not work. I have been using itunes for quite a while but this has never happened.

HELP with purchased song issue

I recently purchased a song off itunes on my iphone that came out not long ago. I tried purchasing it off my computer but itunes just brought me to the page "content not available" or something like that. So I went to my phone and purchased it off there. The purchase was successful, however I don't see the song I bought under my purchased section when I checked my account. And when I go to the song's page, it doesn't say "Purchased", instead it just states the price tag. Does that mean I have to re-purchase the song? Because I am not interested in paying another buck for it.
Basically I want to find out why doesn't the song I purchased show up on the Purchased page on my iTunes account.

Need help with many devices and one itunes account!!

I recently purchased each of my kids an Ipod Touch. They all three are now using my Itunes account which has become a little bit of a problem. The biggest issue now is with iMessage. When a friend send a text message or tries to Facetime one of the kids, we all get the message. They are all using my itunes account user name and password, for apps, music, etc....
What's the best way to seperate the three devices so they aren't all getting the same text messages? Also, is it best to set up their own user accounts to sync their ipods with itunes?

If you want to use only one AppleID account for multiple devices but seperate imessage, you will have to use different email address to differentiate the device.
I would assume all your devices' imessage are setup under your AppleID email address.
First go to your kid Device's SETTINGS/MESSAGE/RECEIVE AT, Add another email address, type in email address of your kid(you will be asked to enter your Appleid password). Once done, an email from Apple will be sent to this new email address to verify. When your kid receive this email, click "Verify Now" link. The new email address now is ready for imessage.
Now go back to the same Device SETTINGS/MESSAGE/RECEIVE AT, go into your original email(your AppleID email) and tap "remove this email". This will prevent your own imessage to appear on this device.
Do the same for all other devices for other kids.
You don't need to change anything for your own device.
That mean everyone will have an indepedent imessage based on their own email address.

Help with email address please and iTunes account

I have had a iTunes Account now for the last 4 years maybe more and I have a iTunes account that I used my email address which I have had for over 10 years, I I done the iPhone update for a iPhone 4 and it was telling me my password was incorrect it was also saying the same for my ipad4. I have tried and tried to recover my password from hotmail with NO luck what so ever the form comes back saying not enough info when I have filled in every question. I am going to have to make a new email address but can I chance my email and keep my same iTunes account or do I also need to make a new iTunes account? Thanks

I would not create a new Apple ID as this will cause lots of confusion when you try to update the apps you've already purchased. Go to this Apple support page for Managing Your Apple ID and sign in, then search for how to change your email address. If you can't get it done contact Apple Support.

Help with purchasing from shopping cart

When I try to purchase my shopping cart, I receive a message that my "session has timed out. Please start this operation from the beginning." I have purchased and downloaded songs on this computer before (my macbook), but not for a few months (I don't buy songs very often). I tried updating to the latest version of itunes and restarting my computer but it is still giving me the same error message. Any suggestions? I have quite a few songs in the shopping cart that I want to buy

This is a bit of a long shot, but it worked for another user, so it's worth a try. Create a normal playlist and title it anything you like ("Buylist", for example), and drag the items from the Cart to that list so you have them for reference. Then go to the iTunes Store preferences, select "Buy and Download Using 1-Click", close the preferences window, reopen the preferences window and reselect "Buy and Download Using Shopping Cart". Then see if your Shopping Cart will work; you can click the "buy" button for each track in your "buy" playlist.
If not, another user reported that the problem occurred when his credit card expiration date needed updating. Log into your iTunes Store account and check your credit card information.
If neither of those suggestions helps, you may need to contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the form linked from the bottom of their web page and explain the problem to them.

Help with purchasing new Mac Book Pro- 2014 release vs. 2013?

OK, so my 15" 2008 Mac Book Pro is on its last gasp--didn't help when I dropped it while open (I can now see into its innards though it's still working...sort of).
I'm not a technophile (mainly use my laptop for writing--my profession--and eBay business) so my sister told me to make sure that I had at least 8 GB and a fast processing speed. Retina display not necessary (her graphic artists friends hate it apparently) so that would lower the price; however it seems that there are two releases: Oct 2013 and July 2014. Read up on the latest release but not sure how much is necessary for to have...or care about.
Can you all weigh in and tell me (a) how important it is to have "the latest and greatest" and (b) how necessary is Retina display and (c) which would YOU purchase if you had my budget constraints. Thanks!

Hmm... I'm not really sure where you found a July 2014 release without a retina display. I think it might be the old version because that laptop was last updated in 2012 (to my understanding. Also, your sister is kind of wrong, if you want a computer that will work well for everyday things, 4gb of ram is just fine. I have a three year old MacBook Air with 4gb of ram and do things in Photoshop, Illustrator, Pixelmator, FCP, etc. all the time running OS X Yosemite and it runs like brand new. However, if you want to future proof it, you might want 8gb so it can always run the latest OSes.
Flash Storage is amazingly fast compared to a Hard Drive. It also has no moving parts, therefore is much more durable, and much more likely to survive a drop than a Hard Drive (which would seem to be useful in your situation).
Also, I don't know why your sister's friends would hate the Retina display. Many people love it because it gives them the ability to edit pixel by pixel with perfect accuracy.
I would go for the Retina display. It has better specs for the same price so why not? Not to mention that it's much faster and will likely receive updates much longer than the new MacBook Pro without Retina display.

The problem with using multiple javascript frameworks on on page is that each framework modifies how javascript works and this leads to incompatibility problems between the scripts. The simplest way to fix this is only to use one framework, alternatively check the documentation for the frameworks as there is often a snippet of code that one can use to stop the framework from modifying the browsers native javascript interpreter.
You must include the snippet for each js framework.

Need help with purchase of PC please

My husband needs to purchase a computer for a PlasmaCAM which is a metal cutting system. He has charged me with this task since I know a little more about this stuff than he does. Although I have no idea what some of these items mean on the requirement list.
Below is a list of requirements for the pc on the PlasmaCAM sheet that husband gave me. What exactly do we need to buy and can I get it at any old Wal-Mart or Best Buy?

Hi. I hope someone can help me. I purchased an application (shazam encore) on bb app world, I clicked on the price tag, and then entered my password 2 start the purchase and downloading. When it was supposed to start the download, it gave me an error message of insufficient funds, while I had R160.83 in my account. When I checked my balance, I found that app world billed me for the application which I can't download. What can I do?

I suggest that you clear the AppWorld application cache:
1. Open App World
2. Go to My World
3. Follow one (and only one!) of these steps:
3a. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and then press, in sequence R, then S, then T
3b. For Touch Screen Only BBs -- Hold the num-lock (!?123) button so it locks and then press, in sequence 3, then 4, then (
3c. For newer (e,g., OS6 and 7) BB's, see this KB:
KB24714 How to clear the BlackBerry App World cache
4. AppWorld should close.
5. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot
6. Return to AppWorld/MyWorld (it may be sluggish while it re-synchronizes).
If step (4) does not happen as listed, then the clear cache did not work.
Hopefully that will allow you to download the app you paid for. If not, then you need to contact your mobile service provider (vodacom, according to your profile) for resolution of this...they may have to escalate you into RIM so that teh records can be properly checked. Please be aware that if the vodacom rep tells you they can't help or that you need to contact RIM directly, then you need to either ask for their supervisor or hang up and call back. There is no method for you to contact RIM directly on this...only via escalation from your carrier can your case receive formal attention from RIM.
