Photoshop says: Some of the application components are missing from the application directory. Please reinstall PS CS6. How do I do that?

Well, you reinstall it using you original media/ download. Not sure what you mean beyond that since you did not tell us anything about the system...

Please help with reinstalling Windows 8 on the U410 touch!

Hello,
I've recently dropped my U410 touch laptop from a small height, but it landed unfortunately and the hard drive was running, which eventually lead to its failure. After getting this hard drive replaced, I ordered the recovery disks in order to reinstall the Windows 8 OS on my machine.
Here is the problem I encountered: the U410 touch does not have a CD drive and thus I cannot insert the recovery disks in the device. I have access to my old laptop and I have been trying for the past few days to connect the two, ( with an Ethernet cable) in order to be able to use the CD drive of my old laptop.
What I have done already:
- repaired my hard drive
- allowed access privileges to everyone on my old laptop CD drive
-recovered the Lenovo recovery disk for my specific model and Windows OS
- tried numerous times ( to no avail) to get the cd working for my new laptop
What I would really appreciate help with:
- instructions how to connect my old CD drive to my newer laptop
- launch the recovery sequence from the CD drive of my old laptop
Any help would be really appreciated,
I am quite lost with this.

I need help with reinstalling Itunes on windows 7

Please help me, Im having an issue with reinstalling Itunes on my Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Oeration system. I usually never had any issues with updating it. But today it started to mess up with me. everything goes fine except for these issues: when it comes to the Starting services it bring an issue.then it brings this issue It says it has been installed correctly but when i try to open the itunes brings up this error.and thats it. I tried to delete all the file from the Itunes folder in Program Files (x86). Please help me. I cant work w/o itunes.......

Help with reinstalling my Creative Suite!!

I have the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Premium, and I recently purchased the Creative Cloud (monthly) for a class I am taking that I needed After Effects for. I was having trouble opening After Effects, and in order to solve the problem, I chatted with someone at Adobe who ended up having to remote control my desktop and uninstall every Adobe product on my computer. He reinstalled the Creative Cloud for me, but now I am missing my Creative Suite. Can someone help me get these products back?

You have not provided any relavant system info or other details. Simply run the cleaner tool and reinstall.

Can anyone help with reinstalling please?

Was trying to watch tv on son's laptop. It told me to deinstall flash and then reinstall. It deinstalled fine but when I try to reinstall and push the yellow button nothing happens except a small, new window pops up saying "Bad Request". Please can anyone help? I've tred loads of times.

Help with Reinstalling CS4

After not using CS4 for a few years, I tried to launch Photoshop and Dreamweaver on 10.9.2 but wasn't able to get them running.
I downloaded the CS4 installer and was hoping to "repair" the installations but, when I run the installer, the checkboxes next to those apps are disabled.
What's the best approach to being able to use my apps again - do I uninstall them and then run the installer or is there a way to get the standard installer to let me "repair" the current installs?

Can you at least launch the application even if you can't do anything before it crashes? If you can then you need to deactivate the product first before uninstalling and reinstalling it. To deactivate it go to:
HELP >> DEACTIVATE
If you can't launch the application at all then when you uninstall the product, make sure you remain online so that uninstaller will prompt you to deactivate it and this is all automatic.
Once you have done this, you can use Adobe Cleaner tool to remove it completely from the system:

Help with reinstalling Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection

About a year or so ago, I purchased and installed the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection on my 1TB external hard drive (since that hard drive was bigger). Unfortunately, the hard drive just died, which means that all the programs in the suite are gone. I'm now trying to reinstall the suite internally on my computer, but it isn't letting me pick the directory. Everything else is fine; the serial number works, my account is working and there aren't any errors. But when I reach the 'options' page, I'm stuck. I check the option to install all the programs, I pick the language, but where it says the directory, it still has the directory of my old hard drive. I've tried unplugging the external hard drive (just in case it was still reading it), but it still has the directory chosen, and there isn't any button to let me browse and change it to another hard drive. I tried installing it anyway to see what would happen, but the install fails and stops. I even tried to copy and paste the new directory into the space, but still nothing. Can anyone help? Also, I went to Control Panel to see if the files were still there, but they weren't.

Thank you so much! I ran the cleaner, and it's given me the option to change BUT now, it gives me this when I pick the new directory. Any suggestions?

ok as per my earlier post took Imac to apple for new hard drive - BEFORE failure I had snow leopard. They installed Lion and ILife 11. Got it home worked fine till I tried to thru Command R restore my snow leopard time machine backup on my external - Got the blue hang up screen. I have decided to ERASE my Hard Drive following the instructions Kappy put up on discussion board 12/5/2011.
After I erase then i will reinstall snow leopard from my disk My questions are:
1. Once snow leopard installed and I remove disk and reboot, do I use my ORIGINAL disks I received with my computer to install the ILIFE software (I never upgraded my ILIFE) and would that be on disk 1 or 2?
2. After I have snow leopard an ILife back do I want install my Microsoft office for Mac?
3. Do I then want to go do my snow leopard software updates?
What is the proper way to get my computer back to where it was before the HD failure so when I do my Time Machine restore from my external everything goes well?
What is the best way to get my files and pictures back on my computer from time machine?
I just want to get it right so hopefully I dont have to keep my appointment at the Genius bar tonight

I think you can use the original install discs, but it might not work since you now have a later IS. You might want to use your original install discs (iLife should be on the second one) and then upgrade to Snow Leopard and then install Microsoft Office.
After you have done this, use Time Machine to get all your data back.

Try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer?
If you can't get an installer via the standard download links, try the following download links instead:
iTunes 11.1.4 for Windows (32-bit) - iTunesSetup.exe
iTunes 11.1.4 for Windows (64-bit) - iTunes64Setup.exe

Need help with reinstalling iLife and appstore

I recently erased and reinstalled Mac OS X to my late 2010 Macbook pro 13 inch.
However, I am not able to install iLife with the installation cd included. And I also do not have App Store in my Applications anymore. How or where do I go to reinstall these features back into my computer?

Apple didn’t make a 13-inch Late 2010 MacBook Pro; did you mean a 13-inch Mid 2010 MacBook Pro? If so, I have the same model as you.
You are going to need to run Software Update to be able to both reïnstall the iLife applications from your grey Applications Install DVD and to get the App Store back. The App Store will reäppear once you’ve installed the Mac OS X 10.6.8 combo update, and you’ll be able to reïnstall the iLife applications once you’ve installed the Apple Software Installer Update. (Software Update probably won’t offer the Apple Software Installer Update for installation until you’ve restarted after installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 combo update.)

hello, I recently bought a computer With Adobe Acrobat X Standard already on it and recently the hard drive failed. When reformating the computer adobe acrobat X standard was not put back on the machine. I have the product key but cant figure out how to redownload the Adobe Acrobat X Standard.

Normally companies used to provide application disks for those applications that they had installed. On a lot of newer systems they have started putting everything on the system and usually give guidelines on how to back it all up before you go further. In any case, as long as you have the key and hopefully registered Acrobat, then Adobe should be able to help. When you do get the install file, be sure to back it up to CD.
