Help with repair order

I sent my nano in for repair a few days ago and I would like to check on the status of the repair. I went to the "check status of repair" section on the website and it prompted me for a case # and some other #. I checked my email and Apple never sent these numbers to me, nor did the service tech give them to me over the phone. All I have is the shipping label from the box Apple sent me. What can I do?

If you completed an online repair request, then you would have received an email with the information
also, your repair request should be listed in your online account
the information should also be on the shipping label for the box you received
if not, call AppleCare and give them your name and they can look it up
you have various options....

    But an error is being displayed saying that the REFURBISHMENT ORDERS CANNOT BE PROCESSED USING BAPI.
    ERROR DURING PROCESSING OF BAPI METHODS.
    This is while u pass the order type as either ZM03 or SM01or SM02 or SM03.
    pls help me on that.

  • Help with an order form

    I'm a newbie to javascript and need help with the simplest way to create an order form.  The fields required are Order No., Description, Unit, Price, Quantity and Total.  The user would enter an order number which would automatically complete the Description, Unit and Price fields.  I have 448 products on the order form.

    There are a few things to consider first:
    Where is the data coming from? Will the form connect to a database?
    Is the data in an XML file?
    Will it be OK to hard wire the data into the form? This is harder to maintain.
    448 is a lot of codes for the user to process. Can these be split into groups, so that one dropdown with 10 options, would populate second with say 40 options.
    What you are looking for is possible, but will require some scripting to get it to work and will probably require maintenance going forward.
    Maybe a bit more info would help,

    I need help with an LSMW for Sales Order (VA01).
    I need to do the following:
    1. Copy the Standard Sales Order LSMW
    2. They (users) would like to be able to pick the batch (lot) from the sales order.
    3. Also, they would like to have functionality, where from the list of Sales Order numbers, they would be able to switch one part number for another.
    Please help with the above 3 needs.

    Just only you need to consider the BDC program needs to read afile with all informations to create a sales order, so you have to create a program to prepare a file arraged as RVINVB10 needs, the documentaion explains how the file has to be created.

  • Billing issue with repair order(RA)

    Dear Experts,
    I am getting the following two errors while processing a repair order type RA for product swap (no repairs),using 101 Accept repair stage in repair procedure for creating a credit memo (as per client's req).
    Is tehre a work around, please suggest.

    Dear SAP Experts,
    We are implementing SAP CS for our customer and I faced the same error while Billing the Repair Order. I had made an error in assigning the Transfer of Requirements correctly to each of the item category in the Repair Order.
    By SAP standard, the status of the main item of the Repair Order will be changed to "Repaired" as soon as the Service Order is Technically Completed (TECO).
    I had wrongly assigned the same Requirement class to both the main item and also the repair item. So the system was expecting there were 2 service orders created for the main item and the repair item. So when I TECO'd the actual Service Order, the main item status was changed to "Partially Repaired" and not "Repaired".
    So I corrected the Requirement class, and assigned the class SE to the main item and the copy of Requirement class 204 to the repair item.
    This solved the issue and once the service order is TECO'd the status of the main item in the Repair Order changed to "REPAIRED".
    Then I was able to invoice the Repair Order without any issue. So please check the requirement classes assigned to each of the sub-items in the Repair Order.

  • Help With Repair Permissions!

    Hi All,
    I have a June 2009 17" 2.8 UMBP. I keep getting regular Spinning Beach Balls, Lock Ups, Delays and a whole host of Trackpad Issues much like many people are experiencing with the 1.7 Firmware Update which only is supposed to affect the 13" & 15" UBMP Models. I read on another post that Apple recommended to "Verify & Repair Disk Permissions" which I done. The problems still remain and the report in "Verfiy Permissions" is exactly the same (it seems) as that of the "Repair Permissions" and where it says "Repair Permissions Complete" at the end. The "Repair Permissions" Report still says that "Permissions Differ" on all lines - how can they have been repaired if they still differ? I am a novice and not technically aware about Macs so I hope someone can help me. Here is a copy of the report:

    I think you will find that many people are suffering this very same problem with permissions, it is nothing to be too concerned about and will in all probability disappear after a system update sometime in the future.
    There was a similar problem when I had a PowerBook G4 every time you repaired permissions it showed a whole raft of errors which would not go away. Eventually Apple released a system update and they all vanished.
    It is not broken and it is not going to impact on the running of the computer in anyway.
    I have just got a new MBP and have the same permission problem but my trackpad is functioning perfectly and I don't suffer any spinning beach ball.
    I would contact Apple, or go into an Apple Store and seek advice about the trackpad and spinning beach ball as these are probably caused by other problems than permissions being wrong.

  • Help with purchase order detail

    I am currently trying to get information on a purchase order, but not having any luck.  I need to find the PO Number, and PO Approval Date.  I cannot find either of these.  I have tried using BBP_PD_PO_GETDETAIL, but have no luck with this.  here is what I have:

    try below steps to retrieve purchase order details from a shopping cart.
    get the purchase order GUID in ET_HEADER_REL parameter of BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL fm using the shopping cart number or GUID.
    then to get the purchase order details, use BBP_PD_PO_GETDETAIL importing I_GUID = purchase order GUID from ET_HEADER_REL.

The item text  for a line item is over shadowing the line item, they are sitting on top of each other.. how ever if i comment out the item text the line item is displayed properly. the Item text is attached to the last line item on the order. please help

    I recently placed an online order for Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2 but it was cancelled almost immediately from bestbuy.com itself for some reason.  I'm really trying to lock in a pre order bonus with this game and I am unable to go the store personally today and pre order.  I was hoping that the proof of placing an online pre order was enough to get the bonus if I go to the store tomorrow and buy the game regularly.  Like I said I can't make it to store today, and really wouldn't want to drive all the way over there to pre order then come back the next day to pick it up if i could just make it one trip instead.  Please respond quickly as I'm weighing in my options with gamestop and amazon at this moment if you guys won't allow this.

  • Help With Picture Order

    I have scanned into iPhoto, in random order, the proverbial shoeboxes full of negatives. Then I created five albums and placed each of the pictures into the appropriate album. The next step was to arrange the photos in each album into chronological order. I then created a Smart Album and put the five albums into it so I could burn them onto a DVD. The problem is that when I put the albums into the Smart Album the pictures revert to the order in which they were scanned. I cannot stop that from happening, nor can I rearrange them once they are in the Smart Album. Any suggestions or solutions would be appreciated. Thanks JPS

    Actually the Smart album can be set up as Album is Album1, Album2, etc., thus including all of the 5 albums.

    TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto (iPhoto.Library for iPhoto 5 and earlier versions) database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
    I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger or later), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. There are versions that are compatible with iPhoto 5, 6, 7 and 8 libraries and Tiger and Leopard. Just put the application in the Dock and click on it whenever you want to backup the dB file. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.
    NOTE: The new rebuild option in iPhoto 09 (v. 8.0.2), Rebuild the iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup" makes this tip obsolete.

  • Need help with pre ordering the iphone 4s.

    I did everything and im at the screen where it tells you how much it is total and everything you chose. But it says No text plan, it didnt ask me about a text plan, is this something i have to do with my carrier to get a text plan?

    I lost my $5/200 plan when I upgraded to the 4S. It disappeared from the web site showing my current 'plans' at the same time the 4S activated. 
    I just called AT&T and they are putting it back because I can request grandfathering for both data and messaging.  I have already received their email confirming the reapplication of the $5/200 messaging plan.
