Help with SAPSCRIPT logos

Hello All:
How do you download logos to SAPACRIPT form? Is there is a transaction to download images from a source so that I can upload to sapscript form? Where are thess logos stored in SAP? Thanks in advance.

Need Help with a Logo

Hi people,
I'm struggling with a logo, i want to remake this in Illustrator, and since i didn't find anything around the web, even searched for some fan-made fonts, i've not been able to remake the "Zero" part, i mean the "brush effect"
I'll appreciate any kind of suggestion or help that you will provide me, thank you very much in advance.

The brush effects could be made with Art Brushes, which are basically shapes drawn horizontally that are automatically bent and stretched to fit any given path.
You can find similar Art Brushes already available with Illy (in the Brushes palette) which you can study.
The creator may have the actual Art Brushes, unless the logo was done as Luts says, which is quite likely.
An exact reproduction of the ones shown would be laborious, and recreation of the logo would violate rights, unless you have them.

Need a little help with my logo regarding cutting it out

hi all, i have a roland stika sx-15 vinyl cutter and cutting software is dr stika.
I currently use illustrator sc5 which i import BMP format to dr.stika to cut it out.
I recently tried this with a logo i had created by an outside company and after cutting it out have a few queries.
certain bits of the lettering dont actually cut.
And certain bits like parts of the lettering are straight where they should be curved and dont look too good.
How would i go about modifying this so that it will look alot better.
Its the logo so only needs to be done to this piece of work etc.

Any vinyl cutter I've ever worked with cuts paths, not bitmaps. (Some can print raster images, but I have never used one that tries to auto-cut raster images without there being provided a vector path to follow.)
So if you are drawing paths for the plotter to cut, the cutter should be able to cut the paths regardless of what color they are. The vinyl, of course, is what determines the color of the results. Some cutters which also print may require you to use a particular Swatch name for the cutting path, to distinguish it from vector content that will be printed, but not cut. But as far as I can recall, the Rowland Stika (at least the original one) was just a cutter, not a printer.
You need to see the documentation for your device. You have not stated whether you are importing an EPS file from Illustrator, running a plug-in driver for your device within Illustrator, or what.

Help request - Could need some help with a logo for my site

Hi I'm working on a project and i have come across a huge problem.

I have no idea how i should make my logo and it seems like i have no skills to make one either, i have been trying for days to make one that look decent but it end up looking really really bad each time.
Could really need some help to get a nice logo up, the site im working on is about fishing, the name of this site will be changed to: Absolut mete. So the logo need to have this name.
I have managed to make the layout for my site but i cannot make a logo its a bit funny really but yeah...
Any help are very much welcome!

I have a cleaner copy now after someone suggested GIMP, so played with it last night - though couldn't figure out transparency - that was clear on converter- just not cooperative till these wonderful directions.
So now I know how to do it without messing with the pic, and with messing with it - both good lessons and got a bit brighter color out of the deal.

I really need a lot of help 'cause i'm completly new on programming sapscript, so I don't know where and how to edit a sapscript, for example in program that extracts information before it is send to the script, how am I supposed to do that, and where to edit the sapscript, for example the especified fields that receive the information, if any one could help me, I really aprecciate it!

In print program, there is a function 'OPEN_FORM', here you can find the name of your Sapscript form. Put a breakpoint there and see. Alternatively, if it doesn't help, look in the table TNAPR for the name of Form for your print program.
Once you know exactly the name of your Sapscript form, go to your sapscript form using TXN SE71.
Try to use Graphical form painter (its easy), for doing this: goto setting (in top menu) -> Form Painter -> check the Graphical form Painter.
You will get a graphical window for 'LAYOUT'. When you right click on any window in this graphical layout, choose edit text. Now, change the editor from GOTO -> Change editor. Here, you will get a very comfortable looking editor.
Now, look for symbols '/E' in the left hand side boxes, corresponding to them are the 'ELEMENTS'. This is what you need to identify first. Now, see which information is getting printed under which element. You can find same element in your print program in Functions 'WRITE_FORM'. So, you can find which portion of print program is printing in which element. Now you can definitely plan for making changes.
Moreover, like ABAP, debugger is here too for your help, For activating the debugger, just goto SE71, write your form name and without going further, just go to UTILITIES -> Activate Debugger. Now, run your print program and see the fun of debugger on script form. It will help you understand each and every thing, what changes are desirable in print program and what in form.
To assign a changed form name to print program or vice versa, i.e. in simple words, to redefine the mapping of print program - form name so that your desirable print program prints your required form, please check the link below (i got reward points for it ):

Also, if you are apprehensive about making changes, its a good idea to copy your Sapscripts to local files, later if something goes undesirable while making changes, you can re-import your saved script. Need help with a logo for a website

I am not sure where else to ask, but I have had major difficulties with creating a logo for my website. I need some ideas, what colors to put together and fonts, etc. If someone can show me an example of the logo he/she can make (put watermarks on it), I would be willing to purchase it. The Illustrator forum may be a better option since logo creation is best done in vector format.

Adobe Illustrator Logo on Transparent Background-Need Help with Altering Logo

Hello all!
I have a logo that was provided to me in Illustrator, but I need it on a completely transparent background. When I place it on a file, it's mostly transparent, except for the white area in the "A" and two "O"s. Do you know how I can make this 100% transparent? I've attached a screenshot to show you what I'm talking about. Any advice/help you can give would be great! Thanks! (Also, I'm using CS6)

I need help with a logo

How can I get the small circles like in the second and fifth logo? I'm trying to get the small circles to go in a round shape. Thanks in advance.

You may (also):
1) Create a circle where you wish to have the dots/circles and cut it where you wish the dots to start/stop;
2) Create one dot as a circle with a black fill and no stroke;
3) Move a copy horizontally to the right (the distance matters little, but it looks more nice if you move it more than 20 dots away);
4) Object>Blend>Blend Options, set the Spacing to Specified Steps with 19 steps;
5) Select both dots from 3) and Object>Blend>Make;
6) Select the Blend from 5) and the circle from 1) and Object>Blend>Replace Spine; that will give you 21 dots, the first and last on top of each other, so it will look like 20 evenly distributed dots.
You may Object>Blend>Expand if you wish to have the dots as separate paths; in that case, you may delete the first or last dot.
If you wish the dots/circles to keep the original orientation (Anchor Points at top/bottom and sides), set Orientation to Align to Page in 4), if you wish to have them rotated set Orientation to Align to Path.

Need Help with adding Logo to footage!!

I have been looking everywhere over the net the and cant seem to find anything!
I want to add a small picture (logo) to the bottom corner of my footage like TV stations have on their footage.
I am able to add the Image but not make the background of the logo transparent. (ex. if the logo is a red circle on a blue background I want to get rid of the blue so its just the red circle.)
Is there anyway to make part of the image transparent? (note: i have access to photoshop)

I've just developed a SAPSsript form in Training and Events management that is acting up strangely. On printing, the contents of the main window is displayed twice.This seems to be happening only on one of the DEV clients. Has anyone come across a similar problem such as this earlier ? Is there a solution out there ??

I found the problem to be a concatenation of two variables.
Date,,:,,&VAR1& and &VAR2&
- made all the contents on main window print out twice.

Sapscript Logo upside down with reverse color

Hello experts,
In ECC6, my colleage and I tested a sapscript logo on the same black&white printer. However, the printouts came out differently. My laptop produced a correct logo, but my colleage's one produced an upside down logo with reverse color. This is the statement we used in the form. Do you know if we miss something to check for? Please help!

Hi ,
First go to se78 and check the uploaded logo in the print previw. If it is fine then instead of defining the incluide statement manually
open the window where you want to include the logo then select the path include ->Graphics then select your logo
If logo appears in the upside down then the problem is in uploading.

SAPScripts: Problem with displaying Logo

Hi,
I have created a SAPScript with a logo window embedded into it. I used transaction SE78 to upload the image.
My query:
The image does not fit into the window and it is overlapping on the other windows. Is that something to do with the DPI or the image size(Width X Height)?
I think the image should automatically be adjusted in the window.
Can you please guide me on this?

Hi,
Don't change the dimensions using MS-PAINT, instead use the Batch Converter.

Decrease the DPI of the image and then try uploading it.
What I would suggest is to convert this image to TIFF Image file and then upload the new TIFF image to a TEXT OBJECT using report RSTXLDMC

Let the battery fully darain. After charging for an least an hour try a reset and restore. Use Recovery mode if necessary.
If not successful, then time for an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

Help with putting a logo on top of a photo as a web page heading

I am new to this and stuck with what i imagine is a simple
problem. I need to replace a former name with a new one on a
website. The old logo has also been changed. The page headings have
been changed also.
I have a logo scanned as a jpg but can re-sacn it if need be.
I need to take a photo, crop it to fit the alloted available sapce,
and somehow combine it with the logo on top of it, with a
transaprent background so that bi can see the photo underneath.
But, the logo has a white background and I cannot get it to
be transparent.
Re the section titles I need to put in new ones as some terms
have changed. I can remove the existing ones but don't know how to
get them inserted back into the webpage with edit in contribute.
I am trying Contribute as I thought Dreamweaver might be too
complicated for me. However, I also own MS Publisher and the usual
MS Office XP office suite. In Publisher I can make transparent
effects over text sections, which has the logo but not its
background showing, but it won't work with putting it on top of a
photo.
And, I cannot get the section headings to insert into the
page i am editing with Contribute. Please help if you can. thank
you.

First:
1. get hold of a Photoshop-like program that can work with
layers (Photoshop Elements, The Gimp, etc.)
2. Open your logo.jpg and use the magic-staff to select the
background
3. delete the background
4. import the photo you want to use for the background (or
open it in your pohot-program, select all and copy to your
logo.jpg)
5. your photo becomes the background layer and your logo the
layer on top of it.
6. save your original file with the layers as a f.i. psd file
Second:
1. in you browser select the image you want to replace
2. use your right mouse-button to see the properties (height,
width, path and name)
3. now open your logo.psd
4. adjust the file to fit the image it has to replace (height
and with), you probably have to crop the image
5. save your file and export you new logo.jpg, but give it
the name of the image it has to replace
Third:
1. open Contribute
2. Click File, Publish file from my computer
3. Publish the file (make sure you have 'delete'rights on the
website to be able to overwrite the old file)
4. find the folder the image that has to be replaced is in
5. publish you new image to that folder
6. Contribute asks you if you want to overwrite the old file,
and you want that
7. The image has been replaced
