Help with seeing content of my pre-order of iPhone 6 Plus 128 GB silver--so that I can print it out

I pre-ordered a silver 128 GB iPhone 6 Plus in the wee hours of the a.m.
9/12/14. The verizon pre-order website wasn't working (nor was apple's) but
eventually I spoke with a verizon rep who took my pre-order including
credit card info.  I did accept the terms, etc.  She said she could not
send a confirmation email but would text me a confirmation number. Message
was " VZW Order/Tracking Info: Order number: (sixteen digit number). Thank
you." But I could not track/find my order that way.  Spoke with another
verizon rep yesterday who told me that was not the actual order
number--that I needed an order number and location number. He was able to
go into my account and get me those two numbers and texted them to me. He
could see my order, but I cannot. All the website gives me is the order
number and an empty field for "Tracking number." I would like to be able to
see the actual order--phone ordered, delivery/shipping date/shipping
address. Every other vender send email confirmations of what was ordered.
Why can't I get one? Please help! (Has anyone else had this experience?)

I've been playing around with this, trying to find the source of the problem. I think that the problem happens initially when an Administrator tries to create a blog for him/herself. I don't know javascript, but I can see there are separate cases for when a regular user creates a blog and an Admin creates a blog, towards the end of the file: /usr/share/collaboration/javascript/userwebloglisting.js
What would be happening by an Admin creating a blog for him/herself that improperly sets permissions so that it never appears in the blog listing?
