HELP With Subscriptions / Payments

Hi , It seems as you guys tried to charge my card yesterday , On yesterday there was no money in my acct , but there will be money deposited after midnight tonight,  so the monthly fee will be able to go threw at that time  will that be an issue ? and is there anyway that you can have your system ONLY charge  my card on the 3rd of the month , as to not have that  issue happen again ? also i was considering a 3 month premium subscription , how ould i be able to change that and how does that work with the 3 month subscription for the phone number that  i currently have ? ( i am  about 30 days into that  PLEASE let me know so i know how /what is teh best route to take for your payment .  Endora 

Hi Endora,
I checked your account and Unlimited US&Canada subscription payment went through now. It's extended till October.
Subscription recurring payments are taken 3 days before in order to avoid any last minute payment delays.
If you are interested in Skype Premium and Unlimited US&Canada bundle then purchasing it won't affect your Online Number.
Online Number is a separate product and not linked to your subscription.
If you want you can cancel next recurring payment for your Unlimited US&Canada subscription. It will still run till October 3, 2011
Then you can maybe wait for couple of days and purchase Skype Premium on the 6-7th and even when recurring payment is done 3 days before it should still work out for you if there will be money on your account by 3rd.

    Have you tried the Adobe Chat support, if that is available where you are?  The chat support that answers queries from the US is in India not the US although they usually type ok English.
    There could be some issues with the international banking network for authorizing credit and debit cards that Adobe doesn’t have direct control over, but at least someone should be able to tell you what is happening, I’d think.
    Your bank may only be “authorizing” a $1 charge, to test to see if there is money in a valid account.  An authorization doesn’t actually move money anywhere, so the $14 may come back little by little as the time expires on each authorization after a few days.

    Please find below my account summary. Even though the money has been deducetd from my account for the subscription it shows that my subscription has expired & I have 67 days to reactivate it with the same settings. Also, the payment seems to have been deducted twice from my account.

    According to == How do subscriptions work == "If you use up your minutes allowance before the end of your subscription period, you will be charged Skype’s standard rates until your minutes are reset the following month.
    The newly purchased minutes will become active only when the billing period for the first one ends.
    If you urgently need more minutes, we recommend you to buy the same package but with different amount of minutes or consider buying an unlimited subscription."

  • Help with removing Payment information...

    For a while, my itunes account has been telling me there's a problem with my credit card (the credit card that's on their now doesn't exist anymore). So, I decided to just not put any payment information there at all. However, there's no option for "None" In the payment information when I go into my account. Is there any reason for this? I've heard others talk about this happening to them, but I'm not sure why its like this. Does anyone have an explanation for this? I'm updated to the newest version of Mac OSX, iTunes, etc.

    I can't access the Compute Music apps on my new Ipad. I have no problems with my sold iPad2. I can't gent after the intro screen as my id keeps trying to authenticate. With all my Future Publishing appliacations all is fine. I have contacted Future Publishing and they todl me that Apple could take care of the problem and check if they can help and if not I will get a refund. I want to resuscribe to Computer Music, Can anyone help me?

    I want to subscribe to the 49.99 per month service because I see that I can use Indesign for my books, but will also need Illustrator and possibly Photoshop. Does this subscription give me access to all of these...? The materials I've seen thus far don't mention Illustrator specifically.

    You may want to do couple things
    1. cancel auto renewal for icloud - instructions here -under downgrade storage

  • Problem with your payment

    Hi I tried paying for my skype number, which is about to expire, with paypal credit.
    As I didnt have enough credits I got an email saying Problem with your payment, they payment didn't go through.
    Now I've added credits to my account, but the skype number is still about to expire, and I don't to be able to change the payment method, or force the payment to try again with skype credit.
    As I don't want to loose my number I like to make sure the payment goes through. 
    What should I do?

    Hi LondonLass,
    Skype Number and a Skype subscription are two different products and have to be renewed separately.
    You used Skype Credit as a payment instrument for your number and now you don't have enough funds to extend this service.
    If you want to continue with Skype Number then please add some credit to your Skype account and then system will try to extend it (currently you have  2,25 GBP and your Skype Number costs 3,5 GBP).

  • Monthly Creative Cloud subscription payment has nearly doubled without notice

    I have had a Creative Cloud subscription since it was introduced. Since November, the monthly payment has nearly DOUBLED. Why is this, and why wasn't I notified before this happened? I don't use all of the software, and cannot justify a nearly 100% increase in payment for the service.
