Help with Work Template Version 1.1 purchased at Apple Store
Need help with an app i purchased from the apple store called Work Templates Version 1.1. I downloaded it but when I tried to open the file, it tells me that file cannot be opened through Brain games ( a game I have installed a long time ago) does anyone know why this is happening? I keep tabbing on the Work Template icon but the Brain game icon come up and it give me that same message. Hope someone out there can help.

Perhaps and perhaps not.
The T-Mobile phone comes with a T-Mobile sim card inserted, so what you need to do is take that sim card out of the phone without activating it and insert the sim card that you want to use in the phone and then activate it. The phone should and might work then, but only on 2g and 3g - due to the frequency differences you won't be able to get 4g/LTE on the phone.
Remember if you do this you won't have warranty cover for the phone either - if you buy in the US, then its only valid for the US and no other country. -
I recently uploaded OSX 10.6.7 and ever since then, my Boris titler in FCP does not work with all the fonts, notably Avenir. It actually crashes FCP now. It was fine with the previous version. What's up Apple?
I know what your'e going through, Gary. OSX 10.6.7 is an absolute disaster. Since I upgraded, I've had problems in FCP, Logic, Garageband, even issue dealing with peripheral hardware like external monitors.
Before 10.6.7 my system was running fine.
I've brought this up with Apple repeatedly. They smile and shrug. They've been helpful resolving the issues, but none of them has been easy to solve. I have spent days, dealing back and forth with tech support, sending logs, etc., before solutions have been found.
I wish I could give you an answer to your question. My only guess is that Apple has totally dropped the ball on this one. In the future they should provide a disclaimer when they offer an upgrade. Something like: "Caution: all of your software may not function after this upgrade. But go ahead, you'll feel cool that your OS is the latest thing."
As someone who has been with Apple for close to 25 years, I'm disturbed by what appears to be an increasing sloppiness in their work. This is especially disturbing when you depend upon their system to make your living.

Get the AT&T version. The verizon is CDMA, which doesn't work in other countries while the AT&T version uses SIM cards, so you can use it with other networks.

Please help!! I have iPhone 4.Version 6.1.3.I have upload and purchased a lot of things from Apple store.It was Music free icon Japanese media,also Movie uploader icon.I was intended to open but requested to sign in and I was registered in You tube and Google.The Video has been opened and after 5 min,everything stopped.Screen Touch dont recognize anything.I mean I was trying to close the video but screen touch was not reacting.After I have switched off/on the iPhone but no result.I can switch on but cant press the buttons.And there is a voice which is just repeating if you are trying to press the button.Now I dont know what to do ? No, I have not tried any backup tools. I havent restored my ipod back to factory settings yet and then sync everything back on it. I am kind of scared too because I dont want to lose anything. I have just been hoping some new apple software update will come out because I know several people have had problems when updating to the newest version available.

Thanks,If you can't remember them then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 to 48 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox). A month or two ago Apple had temporarily suspended the reseting of security question/answers whilst account security processes were improved, but that may now have finished. -

How can I receive list of my purchases in Apple store from customer support
Hi I need help in contacting customer support to get full information about my purchases on Apple store through Visa card. All I purchased was a 20$ in game purchase for my little brother , however several days later I found out that more than 70$ were withdrawn from the debut card... And after checking the bank I was notified that all purchases were through Apple Store...and i'm 100% sure that only 20$ were used by me from this card and did not purchase any other item.
Any advice or help of how I can know of how and where the money went?

It sounds like the cellular data will not activate for some reason on the iPad.
I found this article that will help you resolve this issue here, named iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular Models): Troubleshooting a cellular data connection, found here http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4249
Check for a carrier settings update.
Update your iPad.
Toggle the Cellular Data setting off and on under Settings > Cellular Data.
Restart your iPad.
Tap Settings > General > About. Locate the Carrier entry and make sure that your carrier is correct.
If your SIM card has SIM PIN enabled, try turning it off: Tap Settings > Cellular Data > SIM PIN.
Make sure you're in an area of good coverage. If the cellular data connection works in another area, contact your carrier to report the original affected area.
Reset network settings: Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Restore the iPad as new.
If none of the above steps resolves the issue, make an appointment at an Apple Retail Store, contact your carrier, or contact AppleCare to troubleshoot further.
I know you may have done one or two of the steps here, so you can skip those.

Perhaps, but maybe not, as what can they do with one with the UK plugs? I'm just saying regional things like that often have to be returned at a store in the country you bought them.
But, just go and ask as the worse they can say is no. If they do say no they cannot exchange it, then for very little money you can buy a UK-to-India plug adapter and use that charger in India anyway. Such plug adapters are only $2-$5 here in the USA on Amazon. -

I must send it back or Apple can send me new ones?Apple's [service web page|https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do] will tell you your service options. I had a pair of headphones go out on me, they sent me a new pair very quickly. I had to send the old ones back, but not until after they sent me the new ones. Worked out really well.
