You can use some third party software to copy the music from your old iPod back to computer first, and then import the music into iTunes and re-sync them to yournew iPod. Here is a guide about how to transfer iPod music to computer. Hope it helps. Feel free to email me if you need further help.

I take it you were replacing an older iPhone and this was the first time you plugged it in? If so, that's what happens. It restored the backup of your old phone. A backup of the current phone is not made in those circumstances.

I have a toshiba computer and it is windows 7, recently after I installed imatch everytime I open itunes I get the message 'i tunes has stopped working' and windows cannot find a solution and has to close. There is no solution and I don't know how to get the crash information on my computer....can anyone help as I want to finish downloading all my songs to match to be available on my mac products.

I just installed ios7 on my iPhone 4s. It seems to be working fine but all of the apps I had previously installed are gone. They show up in my app store as purchased, but the shortcuts are gone. Does anyone know how to get the shortcuts back? Thanks!
I updated via my iPhone 4s. The apps were on my iPhone 4s. That's all the information that I have. The update to ios7 seems to have gone smoothly - everything else is working, phone texting, email, internet, etc. But all of the apps I had installed over the past year are no longer showing up as shortcuts. No facebook, no twitter, no espn, etc. They are all still listed in my app store as purchased, but the shortcuts and my folders are gone. Thanks.

You have to use the right arrow on the remote to navigate all the way and highlight the submit button.

Other indicates data that iTunes doesn't recognize. This can be caused by an interrupted sync or some other data corruption. Sometimes, just adding another song or app can clear up the problem.

Where is your backup copy of your computer? You can use that as well. -
I rented a movie last night on my ipad but I am unable to download it on my ipad I have no space.. so I want to watch it on my laptop computer but do not know how to get the rented movie on it. The latest versions of Firefox require at least Mac OS X 10.5 and an Intel processor. You can revert to Firefox 3.6.xx for Mac 10.4 by downloading the installer from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all-older.html

How to move imovie11 files to new imovie 10.0.3. I did not opt to answer the original question instead selected update later, but I don't know how as the new program never poses that question again any ideas?

i donwloaded new updates for my garage band with instruments (which was about 1.2gb) . When I started my email a message popped up that my email is not supported with the version of the email - I was confused and went into applications and tried using the "mail.app" and then I lost my "Mail" app on my dock and now there's no way for me to get my emails or find the app to load back on my dock. Could someone please help me??
If your Mail app is no longer inside your Applications folder, use Spotlight to locate the application. Once you find it, place the application back inside the Applications folder. Then drag the original Mail app to the dock & let go. The Mail app should now appear in the Dock.
