Perhaps we could patition Sun to make a modification to the forums so
that the word Help (and urgent for that matter) are not allowed in the
subject of messages.

I am facing wifi and mobile 2G signal issue after upgrading to IOS 6 from IOS 5 in IPhone 3GS. The mobile carrier signal as well as WIFI suddenly drops zero and are then restored automatically. Sometimes i cannot conenct to WIFI even standing infront of WIFI router. Please help, restoring setting even didn't helped.

Update: my phone's connecting to the WiFi again. I don't know what did the trick. I did nothing since reinstalling the software. It hadn't worked then, it is now. I tried connecting to my dad's phone's hotspot( he uses a Moto G), and it worked. I then tried connecting to the WiFi at a friend's house, and when I came back home, my phone was able to connect to my WiFi! Is it of any significance that my friend's router doesn't require a password? My issue has been resolved( for now; I hope I'm not counting my chickens before they've hatched). For anyone facing a similar issue, I suggest you try everything I did:
1. Turn your router off for a minimum of 30 seconds, turn it back on and try connecting.
2. Click on the WiFi network you are connected to, scroll to the bottom, tap "Renew Lease".
3. Do a soft and hard reset.
4. Reset network settings.
5. Back your data up, erase all content from settings menu, restore from backup.
6. Reinstall your software( put it in recovery mode).
I am not sure which of the above worked for me. Make sure you try everything. If none of the above works, take it to a genius bar or an authorised service provider. Good luck! :)

Hi Guys,
When I click Help icon from HRMS 9.1, I got the below error.
"Help cannot be displayed because no help context ID was passed. To view the PeopleSoft Online Library, click here."
I can access PeopleBooks PSOL by http://webserver:port/PSOL/hrms/eng/index.htm correctly. Did someone run into this error before?

I've generally found this to be a problem with the URL you are using, in particular the case of the URL parameters, for example:
The following URL will work for PeopleTools PeopleBooks
http://hostname.domain.com:port/PSOL/htmldoc/f1search.htm?ContextID=MESSAGE_CATALOG&LangCD=ENG
Howe the following URL wil give you the help cannot be displayed because no help context ID was passed:
http://hostname.domain.com:port/PSOL/htmldoc/f1search.htm?contextID=MESSAGE_CATALOG&LangCD=ENG
Note that in the example that works the parameter is ContextID and when it fails the parameter is contextID (lowercase C).
This URL should be set up the in the appropriate web profile as the Help URL.
Note that you can also use the Oracle hosted PeopleBooks (although they are slower) for context sensistive help. Instructions are here:

The rollover and rollout are animations and you needed to

How to create context sensitive help and call the role based help from my Java Project?

I am new to Robo Help. I have created a Robo help for my Java Web Applicaion. My application is role base i.e some user's will not see some of the pages of the application. So I want to hide those pages in Robo help as well. I tried creating multiple TOC for different Roles.
My Question is
How to call robo Help from my application?(I will be calling using java script. If it is with RoboHelp_CSH.js where can I get that and How to implement it in my project)

I answered that. My point in asking whether it matters was that if it does, then you cannot use content categories and point different users to different categories and not allow them to see the others.
The alternative, as I said, would be to produce different outputs for each role.
As it does matter, then using webhelp you will have to use your RoboHelp project to produce a number of outputs, one for each category. Your app would install each webhelp into different folders and when your app determines the user role, you will link to the appropriate help.
There is another thread running where it has been explained by Willam van Weelden that you can achieve what you want using browser based AIR help. If that form of help can be considered, then the thread is at http://forums.adobe.com/message/4914753?tstart=0#4914753
Browser based AIR help must be run from a web server. It cannot be installed locally.

Is this occurring on launch? Can you post a screenshot? This isn't an error I recall being reported before.

Sure, you can get around it if you don't need the newest version of iTunes. I still use version 7.5 because the newer versions didn't strike me as offering anything I needed.
If you do need a version 10-something then you will have to upgrade your operating system to Leopard (fi your computer will support it) at least. If you need 10.5 for some reason then there's no getting around it, you will have to buy a new computer.

Illustrator 12 (CS2) help does not appear in Adobe Help Center 2.0

Hi, I've just installed Illustrator CS2 today and I wanted to search for something in the help center but the only 2 products that appear in it are Photoshop CS2 and After FX CS2. I've restartred the computer to see if it would resolve the problem, but no..

I forgot one detail. This happened while I was having trouble seeing the mouse cursor (I use Apple's Magic Mouse). It had disappeared briefly. I had to drag the cursor out of the Firefox Window for it to reappear. I accidentally entered full screen view while the cursor was not visible.

I need to fetch the text (CSKT-LTEXT) for the field SCKOSTL from the table CSKT using the field comparing CSKT-KOSTL = ZTPCM004-SCKOSTL...
Note :
Feld SCKOSTL from table ZTPCM004 & Field KOSTL from table CSKT are of same data length & data type....
how do i get this done ?
when F4 Help is pressed for the parameter P_SCKOSTL how do i get the values of SCKOSTL & its respective LTEXT ????

A search help can influence the behavior of a field when the input help is called. The search help must be assigned to the field in order to do this. You have the following options for this assignment:
Attach search help to a data element / table or structure field / screen field / check table.
Conventionally search helps are attached to table fields or data elements. We shall see the same.
Attaching a search help to a screen element
A search help can be directly assigned to a screen field in two ways.
The name of the search help must be entered in the Screen Painter in the Attributes for the field in the field Search help.

Adding elementry search help to SAP standard Collective Search help

Hi,
I had copied standard elementary search help to MAT0M to ZZ_MAT0M and added some more fields and activated to it.
it got activated sucessfully.
Now i have to attached the ZZ_MAT0M elementry search help to standard collective search help MAT1_A.
How can i do that?
can i add it directly to MAT1_A (sell --->search help <MAT1_A> changes --> in included search helpss tab using + (insert icon) )

I solved my problem :

both got activated sucessfully.
Now i have to attached the ZZ_MAT0M elementry search help to standard collective search help MAT1_A and this Z-search help shd appear on the first tab.
so I just went to collective search help MAT1_A in change mode --> click on "+" icon addedd my ZZ__ search help, save and activated it.
If you dont really care in which tab your search help shd appear, then the best option is to use Append Search help.
Note : if you are directly adding your search help in collective standard search help, then its better to remove hotkey form your custom elementry search help, as, if not remove will lead to warnings or make sure that you have unique hotkey in that collective search help.

Did they respond to you? Did they not respond?
Did they tell you how to fix it?
Did you ask for clarification or further help from iTunes support?
